About: Pretty much not a single day of my life has gone by without being around animals/pets. Even though I am new to the rover platform, I have cared for animals my whole life and will treat your fur baby just like one of my own! I’m really trying to build up my clientele to make this a successful side business so if you give me a shot I won’t disappoint! I currently work 2nd shift so I am readily available most weeks as listed: Mon, Wed, Thurs = 10am-3pm Tues = 10am-1pm Fri & Sat = 10am-6pm Sun = not available None of those times are set in stone and depending on the situation I may still be able to work something out with you. I’m flexible so you just let me know what you need. Those times are just a general idea of when I’m available each day of the week. I will treat your home with respect and will follow any guidelines you ask in order to care for your pet. Safety is my #1 priority so I will always ensure I am following your routine of doing things to keep your pet free from danger (walking on a leash if you do so, not letting them escape the house, etc)

About: I love cats and dogs, and have had cats most of my adult life. I believe animals are truly family members and should be treated with gentleness and respecting their nature. I have no problem following detailed instructions, and every visit I take pics to show you your fur baby is being well cared for! I am free most mornings before 8:30am and in the evenings after 6pm. On weekends I have more flexibility in my schedule. I’ll be happy to work with you on whatever your scheduling needs are! If a client discusses a list of instructions, I’ll do my best to follow them to the letter. Otherwise, I’ll follow what to me is ideal care for an animal: ensuring they have clean and fresh water, proper food, cleaning litter boxes or taking a dog out for a walk as needed, and spending a little time cuddling and playing (respecting how shy they might be!). If a pet is too shy to play, sometimes I’ll just spend a few minutes sitting on the floor and talking to them in a soothing voice so they can get used to my presence as someone who is friendly. If approved beforehand, I can even bring (or use your own) a few treats! I may also reach out to you if I see something that I think needs addressing (not enough food or litter, a pet seeming lethargic or coughing excessively etc.). If that happens, I’ll discuss with you how you want to handle it. In case of illness, I take my own cats to Wentworth Animal Hospital so, for example, if I saw your cat seemed to be vomiting excessively, if you approved it I would have no problem taking them in for a walk-in and working out the payment and a reasonable rate with you over the phone. The most important thing is to ensure that your fur baby is given the best care possible. :-)

About: I’ve had animals all my life. I have volunteered for a rescue since adopting my first guy 7 years ago. I foster for the rescue and facilitate adoptions. Since beginning that journey I started working at a training/boarding facility under a behaviorist where I obtained my CPDT-KA. Now I am on the road and I’d like to work with dogs in a way allows flexibility in my schedule. I am newly on the road, I will be in Pelham, NC area for a few months. This gives me ample time and flexibility during the day to take care of your pets! I am used to being able to board dogs at my house. However, with the life change of living in a camper two dogs I will make myself available for visits in your home.

About: I love working with animals and have taken care of dogs and cats since I was 11, I’m a very calm and caring person so you can trust me with your pets. I am available every day at any time except for Tuesday and Thursdays where I am available anytime after 1230pm since I am currently in school. I currently live with two dogs(friendly), a labradoodle and a newfiedoodle, and I have a fenced in backyard. There is room for your dog to use it as they please.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 6 years old. We grew up with a dog who lived to be 16 years old. I’ve dogsat for my sisters dogs for years now and my wife and I have our own dogs (a 5 year old Golden Retriever and a 7 year old Goldendoodle). Dogs forever have a special place in my heart because they will always love you unconditionally. I work 8-5 everyday of the week, but am looking to supplement my income with my favorite animal. I can do any time on the weekends and after work during the week. I will always be respectful of your home and leave it in better condition than it came in. If there is anything I need to clean up after myself, I will do that.

About: I grew up on a pig farm with various animals including dogs and cats. We had every pet I can think of big and small. While I don't miss the smell of the farm, I sure miss the animals and all the work that comes with them! I currently work from home and have a lot of time to entertain. I also have a teenager around who loves animals as well. When I am occupied with work, she is extremely helpful with tasks, feeding and playtime. I am knowledgeable about safety and will implement that information on a variable basis. Every situation will be different as every animal is different and requires different methods.

About: I have been in pet sitting world for over 6+ years. I have major experience with working with animals that need more medical care. Including shots, medication administration, etc. I am a stay at home/ work from home cat mother so I have all the time in the world to care for your furry babies and more! I don’t have a fenced in yard but we can do have a park in neighborhood! We can play and let loose as much as they want to! We love snack time at our house!
