“She did a great job with my older special needs dog and kept me updated every day. When I got stuck with a canceled flight, she was willing to stay an extra night which was such a relief. Great first experience with Rover for us”

“Sydney and her husband were absolutely amazing! One of our girls is on medication, and they went above and beyond to clarify and ensure Elza received it exactly as needed. We looked forward to the nightly updates and adorable pictures- our girls truly looked like they were having the time of their lives!”

“Emma was absolutely amazing!! This was the first time ever I’ve had so much peace of mind leaving our fur babies behind. Everyday I received pictures and updates on how they were doing! They were very spoiled with snuggles n love while we were gone by her! She cared for them like they were her own! For that we are very grateful and will definitely be using her again. Highly recommend her to anyone!!”

About: I’ve taken care of animals at a very young age due to working on my grandparents farm growing up. Loved spending time with many different animals. I am a barista at a local coffee shop hours typically around 7am-1pm the latest 3pm. I am available for drop ins, walks, and over night stays! I take the dogs out multiple times and make sure to go on walks as well as play with the dogs when I am taking care of them. My cat prefers to be held like a baby while I’m at home (he’s terribly spoiled) so I would love to spoil your cat as well!!!
“Jodi did a wonderful job caring for my dogs. They were in great shape when we returned, and she always left the house looking better than when we left. I have such peace of mind knowing she can handle and accommodate the special needs of my dogs with care and confidence.”

About: I've cared for dogs since I was a young boy when they would follow me home. I discovered I loved spending time with them. I've cared for a variety of dogs, small to large, pup to senior and dog's with disabilities who need extra TLC. I am able to assess and adjust my attention based on a dog's needs and desires, energetic and playful or gentle and loving. I've spent many hours training my dogs and will follow your instructions and commands to ensure best experience for you and your dog. I look forward to caring for your dog as if he or she was my own. I have lots of time most evenings (Wed-Fri) and all day on Saturday to care, walk and play with your dog(s), giving you time and peace of mind. I currently do not have a dog as my last rescue, Buddy, crossed the rainbow bridge last year. We are waiting for a move to the country before getting another dog and fostering many more. I will walk your animal on leash or use a dog park as you desire. Safety is always top priority. I stay aware of my surroundings and on the look out for potential threats to the dog I'm walking.
“This was my 1st time using Rover for house sitting and Zack did a great job! I was nervous leaving my pups for the week but he was a pro and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Already have him booked again for another vac next month and would highly recommend him!”

“Olivia took great care of our three dogs and an axolotl. She stayed at our house and was a very considerate guest leaving the house clean upon her departure. She was very easy to work with. I can’t be more happier with my decision to hire her to watch after our dogs. I highly recommend her.”

About: I’ve been caring for pets and homes for 4+ years, including dogs, cats, and puppies. I have experience feeding, walking, and giving medications as needed, as well as providing companionship and attention to each pet. I’ve been trusted with house sitting, ensuring homes remain clean, secure, and well-maintained while owners are away. I take pride in being reliable, responsible, and attentive. Pets quickly become comfortable with me, and owners know their home is in excellent hands. I’m in school on weekdays, but I’m available mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. I’m flexible with last-minute bookings and happy to adjust to pets’ routines. My schedule allows me to provide consistent care and attention while ensuring pets feel safe and comfortable. I treat every home as if it were my own, respecting your property and following your instructions carefully. I provide a safe environment for your pets by supervising them according to their needs, maintaining their routines, and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for. I communicate regularly with owners, providing updates and photos, and I’m attentive to any special instructions or health concerns. Your pets’ safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities.
About: I have been taking care of pets for 10 years, whether they were mine, my neighbors, or my friends. I am very attentive and patient. I can read body signs very well. I am a college student. I am trying to make some money while going to class and being in a sorority. I am open most afternoons and weekends. I love my pets, they give me so much love and I try to give as much love back. My dogs can go outside when ever they need and they have two spaces in the house that are like a safe space for them.
About: From a young age I've always gravitated toward the unconditional love that an animal provides. Throughout my life, I've cared for miniature Yorkies all the way up to 90lb German Shepherd's. I’m currently a graduate student at Drury University so my schedule is flexible. Recently adopted a French bulldog and I'm looking forward to caring for yours! Your animal will have the peace and quiet of a house with only one other small French bulldog and no children. I would love to take your furry friend for a walk or relax at home.
“Stephanie is the best pet sitter we've ever had! She went above and beyond when one of our dogs had a medical situation and likely saved his life. Calm, pleasant, super responsive to calls and texts both! The house was immaculate and our other pups and kitties super calm and happy. Really caring! We can't thank her enough, and will surely invite her back. Fenway, Scooter and Sally say "4 paws up!"”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for my friends and neighbors for as long as I can remember. I have a huge passion for animals and LOVE loving on them! I’ve taken care of of every kind of little pet-from dogs and cats to lizards and rats. I do have little ones in the house but we have taught them from a young age to be very respectful of animals and their space. We also have two Corgis in our household. Both Corgis are very friendly with other dogs but we understand that some owners may be uncomfortable with having new dogs around their furry friend. With this being said, the corgis are used to following my husband’s schedule who works from home during the night so they can easily be separated from your four-legged friends! As a Stay-At-Home-Mom I am able to offer 24-hour care! We do occasionally like to get out for an activity so do let me know in advanced if around the clock care is needed so we can accommodate! We love to take morning walks and would love for your furry friend to join us! If a walk won’t work-we have a giant fenced-in back yard to run around and play in! I am currently a stay-at-home-mom so most of my day is spent in the home following whatever schedule my boys keep me on:) We would love to incorporate your furry friend into our schedule! I am able to crate your dog (if needed) during the night or when I’m away. If a crate is not needed during the night then your furry friend will be allowed to sleep wherever!
“Brooke had to go through a severe storm at our house that took out power to half of the city. She kept Belle, who is terrified of storms, comfortable and safe until we were able to get home hours later. We can't thank her enough.”
