About: Hi, I'm Mel! I grew up surrounded by pets, and that passion grew into a lifelong career in animal care. I bring over a decade of professional facility experience to Rover, including serving as a Pack Leader at Tailwaggers Doggy Daycare and spending seven years as a specialized Caregiver at the world-renowned Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Utah. There, I worked with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and behavioral needs, including dog-selective and dog-aggressive behaviors. Currently, I keep my skills sharp working part-time as a Kennel Technician at a daycare and boarding facility right here in Green Bay. ​Because of my professional background, I’m highly experienced with administering medications, recognizing subtle body language, and reinforcing basic training. I know how important routine is, so I am more than happy to strictly follow whatever household rules you have set for your pet. My part-time schedule as a local kennel technician makes me incredibly flexible for pet sitting! I work from 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM (about 25 hours a week), which leaves my entire midday window from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM wide open for lunchtime walks, playtime, and companionship. I am also available for quick check-ins before my morning shift, and my evenings are completely free after 6:30 PM for late-night cuddles and dedicated overnight stays. Because my daily job already centers around professional feeding, medicating, and cleaning, keeping your pet's routine seamless and sanitary between my shifts is second nature to me! My goal is to keep your pets in their happiest, most comfortable element, which is why I specialize in caring for them right in their own home! About: I have my puppy with Hydrocepilitis. People always ask me to sit with their dogs as they know dogs will be safe and happy with me I do Uber so my time is mine. About: I have 10+ years of experience caring for dogs of all sizes and treat every dog like my own. I have the most experience with hunting breeds and high-energy dogs, but I’ve also cared for small dogs. Since I miss having my own dogs around every day, caring for others’ pets truly fills that void and is something I genuinely love doing. Pet care fits naturally into my routine since I have most nights and weekends available. I’m even willing to bring your dog along with me when possible so they have plenty of company and attention. Daytime availability Monday–Friday between 8am–5pm is more limited, but I’m willing to discuss options for check-ins in the Howard/Suamico area. I make sure each pet is well cared for, comfortable, and given plenty of attention while you’re away. Depending on the dog’s needs and your preferences, that can include walks, playtime outside, backyard exercise, or trips to the dog park if allowed. My goal is to keep them active, happy, and on a routine that feels familiar and stress-free.

About: Growing up I've always been surrounded by pets of all sorts; dogs and cats and many others. Currently since I've moved out on my own I have a few of my own furbabies (my three cats Penny & Minx & Cheezeburger) that being said I live in my own home.If you choose me then you are helping me give some love to a furry critter who might need that extra help from a new special friend! I currently work first shift and have oodles of love to give hense why I 3 furbabies of my own haha. Typically you can find me fixing things around my house and with summer around the corner I crave to walk more hense why I think being a dog walker would be a interesting twist on how to spice up my life. Depending on your service that is needed we could further talk about what the expectations are. May it be a walk or feeding or simply to give them the good old belly rubs; just being there will be quite the joy.
