About: Going away for the night, weekend, week or however long just contact me! I absolutely love dogs no matter the size! I have been watching friends dogs for a few years now and have really enjoyed it. I do have a full time job from 8-5 Monday thru Friday but would be with the dogs before and after work and they would get the full attention that they require when I am with them. My full time job does not require any overtime so I am always done on time. In the past I have stayed with a cat that had diabetes and had to have shots which was not a problem for me to handle. I do have a teenage daughter who would occasionally come with me if that is not a problem with the owners. I work full time but I have plenty of time in the evening to play with your dog(s), spend time with them if they would rather just cuddle or take them for a walk. I am patient and calm with pets that are withdrawn or missing their owners. I try to help them feel comfortable by playing with them or petting them white cuddling. When the pet is feeling comfortable I will send pictures to the client, letting them know that the pet is relaxed and comfortable with me in the house

She stayed at our house over the weekend with our pets and did a great job! We appreciated the picture and video updates she sent us and she was very good at communicating. She took great care of my dog and my home, and she really went above and beyond. When she thought he may have had a food allergy, she took the time to cook his food and make sure he was okay. She also took him to get a bath, picked up extra dog treats for him, and even cleaned my home before I got back. About: Welcome to C & L’s Cozy Dog Retreat I have 2 pups, Chip & Lucy, ages 11 & 8, that I have raised from puppies. Many of my friends have dogs, and they frequently come over. About: From caring for 10 senior dogs at a rescue, to bathing dogs that got sprayed by skunks, to training and taking dogs on their own outings to parks and nature hikes, you name it I’ve done it! We live in a 3 story townhouse with a small unfenced yard in front of our home, to a large grassy area on the side of our home, to a giant green grass patch directly behind us just out our back door. The neighborhood is VERY dog-friendly with lots of sidewalks and comes complete with a dog park in walking distance. Our home is dog-friendly meaning dogs are allowed on all furniture and we even have doggie steps for little pooches to get up on our bed if they wish. We also have a 2mile + walking path near us. So we have plenty of activity options. We even have Pluto cartoons for your pet to watch! Pets get 100 percent of my attention when they stay with us. Their comfort and safety is my priority as I do pet care full-time. Our home has no place that’s off limits to your pets. If they want to snuggle on our bed or relax on our couch or even be in our guest room - they are more than welcome wherever they are most comfortable. We even have a massive bean bag most animals love thinking it’s a giant dog bed 😂.

About: Dogs have always been a big part of my life. I grew up with Border Collies and have also adopted several dogs over the years, so I'm comfortable with everything from high-energy working breeds to laid-back companions. I've also volunteered at several shelters, giving me experience with dogs of different ages, sizes, temperaments, and backgrounds. I work from home (as does my wife) so your pet will be getting consistent, attentive care. To be honest, our dog passed away last fall and we are missing the joy of being dog owners and having dogs around, but we need something a little more flexible for the time being.
