About: I have two friendly cats and backyard chickens. I have had cats and dogs for most of my life. I go trail hiking at local forest preserves and state parks 2-4 times a week and would love to take your dog with me! I only have one dog guest at a time (unless they are from the same home) so I can give them lots of care and attention and provide you with regular updates and photos. You will know your pet is being well looked after. My goal is to make your pet feel like it is on a fun vacation while you are on a fun vacation. Nothing makes me happier than dogs I've cared before, coming back and pulling on their leash to come into my house on their next visit! I only work half-time so I have plenty of time for pets. I know how important your pet is to you and I'm very responsible. My dog guests are walked at least three times a day including a walk or hike of 30 minutes or longer. They are also able to use my fenced in backyard when the chickens are locked up for the night .

About: I have had both dogs and cats my entire life and don't want to be without them ! My Husky Sharpei mix, Lily passed away in 2021 after 16 years of a long healthy life. It was a hard loss, so I started spending time with other people's pets and decided to turn it into a career. Through the years of petsitting i have learned alot about different animal personalities and i have gained experience with different levels of care. Some of the pets i have watched suffered from high separation anxiety, and have special needs. I have experience giving diabetic shots, administering oral medication, and topical oitments on cats and dogs. I have experience with extended stays, my longest so far being a month. I also have experience watching multiple dogs and cats. I have watched reactive dogs in the past and I am comfortable doing so if i know their triggers. I’m currently offering full time pet care, so I will have open availability to take care of your pets (: I am also willing to travel within a 40 mile radius to pet sit. Once your gone I pretty much resume your role, while pet care is a priority I still clean up after myself so you won't have to worry about coming into a messy home. Cats and dogs love to cuddle with me on the couch, so they will get plenty of attention hanging out with me.

About: As an emerging professional, I found it to be wise to not get an animal of my own quite yet, but through this opportunity I can still be around and interact with your loving animal(s). I have interacted with an array of dogs, and currently my family has had 3 dogs. Brandy, a golden retriever who loved being outside and swimming, Jack (who is in my profile picture) a cocker spaniel who loved a good nap, and our other dog Ziggy, a long haired dachshund who has calmed down over the years but loves to great people with his loud bark. I have experience working with older dogs who require medication, so if your pup/cat needs that attention, I’ve got you covered. I like to think I’m an active person, so walks will be had as well. I also love giving animals baths, so if you are interested that can be included in my services! Thank you for your consideration! I currently have a full time job, but would have mornings, lunch, and after 5pm available to love on your pet. I make it a priority to make sure they keep their schedule and have an ample amount of attention. I think keeping pets in their homes is especially important when their parents are away, so that’s why I am more than happy to come to them. Just like humans, I want to make sure they feel loved and cared for even when you are not there. I love to cuddle and play with all the pets I watch as well so they will not be missing out on attention (haha)!

About: I've been raised with all kinds of dogs since I was young, from Pomeranian to Rhodesian Ridgebacks. I'm familiar with puppy behaviors, as well as care for elderly dogs. My days off are Monday & Tuesdays to give me plenty of time to care and play with your pets in the early mornings to overnights. Otherwise I currently work in the community Thurs-Sun 8am-5pm with Wednesdays being 12-5, though I'm able to step away for any walks, drop-ins, or play times needed! Please reach out with any scheduling requests and I'll do my best to accommodate for you! I prefer crate trained pets, much like my own, but I'm comfortable being around free roam and cuddly buddies! If given enough time in advance, I would love to meet your pet beforehand to ensure a comfortable and informative visit for the both of us.

About: I’ve never lived in a home without animals. Even before I was born, my family never went without a companion. I grew up with dogs and now I have a cat of my own. It’s always been really obvious how much I love animals, and this led me to watching my own family’s pets as well as neighbors’ pets! I’ve also transitioned into helping friends-of-friends with their animals with fantastic reviews (though getting to be around so many amazing animals is the best!) I’m currently in between jobs, but I always make time to see furry friends (even more now!) I can stop by up to 3 times a day and will even do some tidying around the house, both inside and outside. I always make sure to start my visits with checking food and/or water and either cleaning the litter box or picking up poop in the backyard. After that, it’s play time! I’m very flexible with routines your animal needs as well as keeping areas of your house off limits to both myself and your pets! While I am working full-time, I have hour long lunch breaks where I would be more than happy to stop by and take care of your furry friend! I also have Wednesdays off which would allow me to stop by at earlier times! I always make sure that your pet is still staying within their routines to make your absence less stressful on everyone! I love to meet pets before the time that you will be gone to establish a relationship and trust between us! I’m also sure to send lots of pictures so you know you pet is loved, safe, and well-taken care of!
