When I meet with family, questions are answered in order to arrange the best schedule for you and your pet. Currently pet sitting is my full-time position, which allows flexibility to keep your fur baby as close to their usual schedule. When caring for a pet in their home, I do my best to keep the same routine and care that the parents keep. Ongoing communication, learning about each individual animals personality, likes and dislikes, and any medical concerns are important to make sure your pet is getting the best care and you have piece of mind while you're away.

About: Hey there my name is Danielle, I have taken care of dogs of all ages ranging from puppies going through their first heat to senior dogs with lack of abilities. Growing up I had all sorts of pets in my home and enjoyed sitting and dog walking in my neighborhood. Also one of my first jobs was at a dog boarding and day care facility. I love all breeds of dogs and cats and just want to keep them happy and healthy and have a fun time. I am available on the weekends and I love the outdoors so any chance to get some sunshine is my favorite. Meeting new people and pets is something I always look forward to. I have a fenced backyard, and my dog is friendly. I do not leave dogs unattended outside because I want to be sure they won't try to escape the yard or dig holes. When in a client's home I am sure to read all instructions given prior to my drop in. I make sure that the their pet is given my full attention during my time there. If I have any questions I am not afraid to ask. I will also send updates and photos if requested.

About: I am a certified dog trainer in sc, I worked at the local petco for three and a half years as their senior dog trainer. I worked as a dog bather for 2 years. I can do nails if the dog is not aggressive. I worked at a local boarding, daycare, grooming, home visit, and dog walking facility for 2years as well. I also have vet tech training, so medication is not a problem. I currently have made this my full time job. My availability is pretty open, and I’m very flexible with my days and times. About: i have had four years experience working with dogs, including boarding and daycare services, as well as Rescue. this does include dogs who need medicine or special care as well. i deal with many different breeds, and sizes of dogs every day. I have 5 pups i call my own who love adventures and learning new tricks and i’ve owned cats growing up. i am not afraid to get a little fur on my clothes or even a little dirt, because what’s a pet without a little fur? I'm currently working from home, so I will have plenty of time to play with babies and give them all the love they need. I am available weekdays, weekends, evenings and Holidays. I live on 10 acres of land that has about a 50x50 fenced in yard for the dogs to run and play. I also have lots of space to walk and play with them. I live on a dirt road with very little traffic, so your babies are safe and will have lots of room and fun!!! When your babies are in the house, they are able to do just as you let them do at home. I do separate everyone when they are eating (that way there is no one eating someone else's food. Everyone comes in and sleeps at night. I also have an ADT system on my home so if I am out they are safely put in the house behind locked doors with an alarm system on. When they are outside, I have a camera on the fenced where the pups can be watched from my phone.

About: I have been around animals for as long as I can remember. My earliest memories go back to when I was around 2 or 3 years old petting the two cats we had under the dining room table. Later on my family got 4 of the 5 we still have today. I can't imagine life without them. I've had several dogs over the years. Winston, Sticks, and now Scooby & Nevill. My pets are family to me and when I take care of others' pets I treat them with the same respect. I've pet sat off and on for the past few years and I take the well-being of animals very seriously. I have watched over small dogs (pomeranians) and cats. However, I also feel comfortable taking care of larger dogs I have owned and befriended dogs of larger stature/strength in the past. (I had a Black Lab, my sister had a Saint Bernard, and my brother an ~90lb Pit Bull who I was very close with.) Overall the point is that I am very fond of animals and have been taking care of them my whole life. I have a deep love and respect for our furry friends. About: I have 25 years of experience as a pet sitter being self-dubbed the "overnight queen" as I specialize in overnight stays of any length. The dogs and I have FUN slumber parties during which I fully engage with and interact with them, playing with their toys and giving the most excellent tummy rubs imaginable! Owners are happy too as they return to a happy pet - dogs "tell" by their behavior and in over 500 pet sits, every dog has been safe, sound ... and happy! In fact, many owners say I did a great job because "my dog acted like it didn't even know I was away!" All dogs love me ... and I love them. Dogs are people, too - only better ! I am self-employed so can set my schedule, especially with as much advance notice as possible. I often bring my little 9 pound, Shih Tzu, which I keep and a carry crate and kennel that has worked out fine with both dogs and cats. We can arrange a meet and greet ahead of time to make sure everyone is comfortable. I have separate bedrooms if dogs need their own privacy, but I do try to have dogs interact and be friends. I have a long hallway to play fun games and go get it!

About: My first job was at a German Shepherd training facility when I was 16. I was responsible for bathing, feeding, exercising, and playing with the dogs! I was one of their main caretaker for a couple years. I was also the primary puppy trainer at the facility. I’ve also had dogs of my own my entire life—big and small, and I absolutely adore dogs and love working with them. It makes me truly happy and relaxed to be with animals and I’m trying to find a stable living doing something I love! About: Taking care of dogs is second nature to me. I am a dog loving household and am always itching to find another 4-legged-frito-smelling doggo to love on. I have 2 dogs, a schnauzer mix and a labradoodle. They are couch potatoes, so anybody would fit in here. I just recently completed my Veterinary Assistant Certification through Midlands Tech where I learned the key skills of Veterinary Assisting. I have always had a passion for animals which can even be reflected in my formal work experience. I worked for Tractor Supply for shy of two years where I was first introduced not only to brief pet care, but also livestock care as well. This fueled an undying passion for me and was the starting point of when I realized I wanted to make a future with the biological and technological aspect of animals. From there, I worked for QC Supply for a while where we specialized in more agricultural equipment, products, and biosecurity chemicals. Our specific store catered mostly to the commercial poultry farms in the area and taught me the true work and knowledge that goes into getting the stock from farm to table. Along the way, I’ve also had the pleasure of taking care of the pets of family and friends, aiding strays, and making steadfast connections with the animals who come into my care. From here, my plan is to complete my prerequisite classes and then apply to the Veterinary Technician program at Piedmont Technical College. That does not completely rule out your pet getting care, it could just mean that I would need to arrange “shifts” for my son with his dad or another family member to make sure he’s not alone for a long period of time in the hospital and I’d be able to step out for a bit. I think having an established routine leads to a very happy, well functioning pet. Whether it’s my pet or yours, the routine is the pet’s only concept of time. They like to know what to expect and when to expect it. Regular feeding times, consistent potty breaks, engaging with the mid afternoon “zoomie” spurts, and nap times are all very important for both canines and felines, as it all helps them establish what they want and need at different hours of their day.
