About: I have been training and caring for dogs for 15 years. I have trained and bred service dogs and protection dogs and can always help with your pets as well! We have a little over an acre for your dog to run, play, and really enjoy their retreat! Medications and supplements can be administered as needed. We have multiple dogs of our own, but I work locally and can leave work to tend to your pet and come back! Whatever your schedule is, we can work around it! I have many years of professional experience. Between different tools and tactics, and knowing behavioral signs of animals, your pet is in good hands! We can even work on some training exercises if you so choose!

About: I've always had dogs my whole life. I've learned a lot about dog behaviour, training, healthcare and welfare from life experiences and from my long-term friend Jill Silver, who specialises in dog/animal behaviour, training, holistic animal healthcare, and raw feeding for dogs. My dogs are my family, and I will treat any dog in my care as such. I currently live and work on the property with my two dogs, and being that I'm looking to turn this business into a full-time job for myself, I would be on the property 24/7, and when I do go out, it is for no more than several hours at a time. Otherwise, my dogs and I miss each other too much. 😆 Although the five-acre property I'm currently staying at is fenced, it's important to note that nothing is entirely dog-proof. I have a separate fully fenced play area right outside my back door which offers plenty of room for your dog to take care of their business, and safely play off leash with my two dogs as well. While my dogs can roam freely within the property's boundaries, any client's dogs would need to be on a long leash attached to me around my waist during any time outside of the designated play area. This way, I can supervise their playtime with my dogs, ensure their safety, and also build a bond with your dog. Once a client's dog has had the opportunity to build a stronger connection with me over time, playtime outside of designated area can be off-leash, and only if I am confident in the dog's ability to come back when called and only if the owner is entirely comfortable in my ability to handle their beloved furry Freind.

About: I’ve cared for dogs for over 15 years — including my own pup, Blair — and I treat every dog like family. Whether it’s feeding, giving meds, or just some extra playtime and belly rubs, I’m all about personalized care. I offer safe, scenic walks around Lake Placid and always keep you updated with lots of photos. I also have a yard for supervised playtime and flexible availability for last-minute bookings or weekend trips. Let’s give your pet a happy, stress-free experience while you’re away! I am home full time, flexible with scheduling with a large yard.I also have a pup loving spouse to assist with more belly rubs and taking pictures of our interactions. I have a large front and back yard and I am home all day. I can provide lots of time outside and room to roam.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 16 I had vet class for 3 years in my school and 1 year of nursing. I worked at the humane society of highlands county in Sebring for almost 5 months now. I love animals with my whole heart. I am available on the weekends and weekdays sometimes on the holidays as well . So I am available to play and help out with your pups. I have a fenced in backyard to keep your fur baby safe. If you need I can cage at night if they are not potty trained

“Julien is responsive and sends updates / photos of my fur baby Mochi. We had some challenges with the time for drop off and pick up and it was accommodated smoothly. She also has a family setting, perfect for my Mochi. Indeed 10 stars and will definitely avail her services again 👍🏼.”

About: I have been walking and boarding dogs for 5 years, gaining experience with a variety of breeds, including large dogs in my household. Currently, I am in the process of becoming a certified dog trainer, and I will be working part-time in this role in the meantime. I have some days off during the week and occasionally on weekends to care for dogs. I am available anytime from 9 AM to 5 PM. If you need earlier availability, please feel free to reach out and request it. I want to assure you that I will be very respectful and responsible while caring for your pup at your home and in mine. I will not touch or look at anything other than items related to the dogs. All I ask is that the dog items are well-maintained and that their food and water bowls are clean. I will walk and feed your dog according to your specific instructions, giving them plenty of love while you’re away. Additionally, I always make sure they are clean and have enough water, especially since we’re in Florida! 😄

“Damaris was wonderful with my dogs. She kept me informed and sent pictures while they were with her. I would definitely leave my dogs with her again.”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and fell in love with the world of cats about eight years ago. As an active person, I have plenty of energy to run, play and keep up with even the most energetic pups! I have a wealth of experience, caring for pets of all ages and personalities. Since I work from home, your pet will get all the love attention and belly rubs they want. Plus with our massive backyard and endless toys, there’s no shortage of fun. I currently work from home and am a homebody that really loves to either relax or run around outside in the yard. I have a huge bath tub if they need some bath time, a large back yard that is safe to play & roam, and even a pool IF they like to and know how to swim. Our whole yard is fenced in and secure. Both dog & cat are very pet friendly and love to play but also know when to give you space!

“Very accommodating. Glad we could have a meet and greet prior to leaving our dog. Will definitely be bringing Maddie back.”

“Sierra follows up leading to the appointment date. She also sends us updates and photos of Mochi 🐶 while in her care! I love that Mochi 🐶 stays smelling fresh when we got her after the doggy daycare! We will definitely be availing her services again!”

I am retired and have no real responsibilities, I am flexible and willing to help out as much as I can. I usually am available! “Susan is a very caring and compassionate caretaker for our 18 year old cockapoo. You can rest assured your puppet is in good hands”

About: I have been caring for dogs for over 20 years. My commitment to dogs, no matter their age, comes from the fact that I love them and I love working with them. Older dogs require a different kind of care, a little calmer, more established routines, puppies are more active, patience and lots of activity. It is important to me the routine that the owner describes for their pet, following their instructions is very important. It is a commitment to take care of a pet, I work from home so I can adapt according to the needs of the pets I agree to take care of. Walks, running on my property (+ 1 Acre) 1 hour of indoor play or more if required. Our property is fenced, our routines are established by our pets, so all security is very important to us, they will be living inside the house with air conditioning and always under my supervision. The walks will be done on a leash and according to the needs of the animal, water is essential, as well as the hours of the same. The instructions of the parents are very important to me, they will always be followed.

About: Hi! I'm Rachel, I’ve spent years caring for my own pets and helping friends and family with theirs, and now I’m excited to offer that same love and attention to your furry family members! I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust, and I treat every animal like my own—with patience, kindness, and tons of belly rubs (if they’re into that). I do my best to make it an stress-free and comfortable experience for both you and your fur babies. I’m reliable, friendly, and genuinely care about the pets I look after. I have a 9-year-old chocolate lab named Roux—she’s very friendly and generally gets along with any pet. I do always take it slow when introducing her to new animals though to ensure things always go smoothly. I have open availability and have a reliable vehicle to be able to get to and from where I’m needed. Whether you need daily walks, drop-ins, or someone to hang out while you’re away I make sure your pet has the BEST time doing it! I’ve got plenty of toys to keep them entertained, and with living on 10 acres of land, there’s lots of space for them to run, play, and burn off some energy in a safe environment (but also can leash them based on each specific scenario). I’m also happy to stick to your pet’s routine, give updates and photos, and make sure they’re safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. When you book with me, I’ll always be upfront about my availability. I’m usually pretty open (as I work from home) unless I’m fully booked, and if I can’t make something work, I’ll let you know right away. I try to stay flexible and am happy to work with you to find a good time. I think it’s really important to connect before a booking—whether that’s meeting in person or hopping on a quick FaceTime. It helps me get to know your pet, understand their needs, and make sure they’re comfortable with me. That way, everything goes smoothly and you can feel confident while you're away. I highly recommend this with any sitter you choose! Okay, let’s chat—I’d love to meet your pet and learn how I can help! :) Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I genuinely enjoy being around animals and caring for them. I’m someone who thrives on structure and responsibility, so scheduling walks, feedings, or check-ins is something I look forward to and easily plan my day around. Whether it’s early morning, midday, or evening, I make time for pet care like I would for any other important commitment—and it never feels like a chore. I love the mix of routine and connection that comes with spending time with pets. I focus on creating a calm, safe, and loving environment—whether the pet is staying in my home or I’m caring for them in theirs. I always follow the owner’s instructions closely, keeping their routine consistent with feeding, walks, playtime, and any medications or special needs. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space, keep things clean and secure, and make sure pets feel at ease by sticking to their familiar environment. If pets are staying with me, I provide a cozy space, lots of attention, and regular updates so owners feel confident and connected. My goal is always to make the pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for—like they’re with family.
