When I picked Rusty up, he showed no signs of distress — something I’ve unfortunately experienced in the past with other caretakers. Her environment was always clean, safe, and welcoming. During one of Rusty’s extended stays (more than three days), it rained, and I’m pretty sure he splashed in every puddle possible.
