“Apollo loves Bri! We are so glad we found her on Rover. She sent a lot of pictures during his overnight stay and he always looked super happy. After this stay, we have continued to take Apollo to Bri's in-home dog day care. She does some training with him and he comes home exhausted from all the play time throughout the day. Thanks, Bri!”
“The pups had another outstanding stay with Lindy. This is definitely a second home to them. She provide clear communication and made sure I knew how our fur babies were doing every day.”

“Absolutely awesome caretaker of our English Bulldog. She was attentive and communicated some health concerns that's may have led to more serious issues. We are so thankful to have found Isabella on Rover. She may have helped save our dog! She sent pictures, and kept us updated throughout the visit to the vet I recommend 5 stars!”

“Excellent experience with Jennifer. Took my pup in on short notice and was extremely flexible for drop off and pick up. Sent pictures and kept us updated on how things were going. Will definitely use again!”

“We loved having Victor watch our Basset Hound, Bunny! Victor has a clean, beautiful home that gives dogs space to roam and has a fenced in backyard. I really appreciated the daily walks Victor gave our dog as well as pictures for me to know she was doing well! We will book with him again!!”

“Isabel was great to work with. She came in so clutch, after our original sitter got sick, and we needed to scramble to find someone in a day. It ended up being the best thing that could have happened - as Isabel did a wonderful job. She was fast to respond, and scheduled a meet and greet right away. She lives in a rural area, and has a fenced in backyard - which is ideal for dogs like Brady to roam free and have fun. She was also great about sending pictures and updates - without me having to ask, which I really appreciated. Brady seemed to have a wonderful time, and I'd highly recommend her.”

“Vicky and her husband were amazing. They took good care of Ginger- who is a bit of a nervous dog. She sent me pictures and responded very promptly every time I messaged. I will definitely be requesting her service again.”

“Kristal really helped out over Christmas. Our dog had her own stocking, we got daily pictures or videos, and Kristal picked up/delivered our dog from/to our home. Without her our Christmas trip would not have been possible.”
“We were very pleased with Jazzys care, when we picked her up she was very relaxed, Ro sent us multiple pictures and updates as to how Jazzy was doing through out the 5 days she watched her, she always look very content. We will definitely use Ro again. We highly recommend her.”

“Thank you June for taking such great care of my two pups. You made me and them feel at ease as soon as we walked that the door. I especially enjoyed the pics and videos to let me know how they are doing.”

“Shanna was excellent! She is very knowledgeable about dogs and works with them regularly which is a plus! She is an expert in dealing with dogs of all kinds and different temperaments. she takes them on long walks in the beautiful forest where she lives and has a beautiful home that is viable for dogs. She was very detailed in her daily reports of Remi and I was comforted to know that she was with somebody who knows what they are doing!!”

“Such an amazing experience! I was at complete ease knowing our Ellie girl was taken care of. Danielle was so great with keeping us updated and I was constantly reassured that Ellie was feeling right at home and loved. I can’t say enough great things about this experience! Thank you Danielle and your family for loving our crazy girl.”

About: I became a dog mom at 19, and have been dog-sitting off and on ever since! While the extra income is always nice, I mainly do it to prevent coming home with a new puppy every week. I treat all the dogs I meet like they're my own and give them as much love as I do to my own babies - an 11 year old Lab mix and 6 year old German Shepherd! They both have loved every dog I've ever had staying at my house. I'm comfortable with all breeds and all ages, and have no problem giving medications if needed. I am available during the daytime for long walks and have a very flexible work schedule, which means a lot of play time for your pup! I’m currently working remote part-time and have the flexibility to choose my own hours, which means I have plenty of spare time during the day to spend with your pup! I treat your pets as if they are my own, giving them the same amount of love and attention if not more! I always make sure they are well cared for and that the client comes home to a clean house and happy pets!
“Hayley was wonderful with Duke & Tuna while I was on a work trip. She was able to be flexible with my schedule. This would be Tuna’s first time be boarded in someone else’s home and my partner was nervous about it, but Hayley was extremely communicative and made Duke & Tuna feel right at home. When we went to pick them up, looked like they had a wonderful time. We certainly will be booking Hayley again for next time!”

About: My journey started with owning cats growing up and training every animal I ever owned leading up to my first dog. My cats and even my bird. When I was 12, I started dog sitting Pierre, my mom’s coworkers Yorkshire Terrier. He caused me to fall in love with dogs. I became obsessed with AKC dog shows, my mom and I watched it every Thanksgiving morning after the parade. I actually loved anything with animals. I owned many cats from the age of 4 through my teenage years. I love cats but they can’t do what dogs can. Finally after years of begging, my mom got us our first dog, Omega. He was a beautiful standard poodle and was so smart. My best friends mom had a friend who needed to rehome one of hers, he was 1 when we got him and I taught him all he knew from down, stay to jumping over a pole. Before going off to college I chose to foster dogs in need and I fostered three successfully who went off and found their forever homes. It was the most rewarding thing. So I decided if I can work with dogs my entire life and just be around them all day for a job Id be in heaven! Naturally my teenage brain thought “I’ll be a Veterinarian”! I completed 3 years at Virginia Tech majoring in Animal & Poultry Science doing the Companion Animal Tract. I was able to receive a lot of hands on experience with animals of all kinds; pigs, cattle, sheep, horses and chickens (of all ages). I learned skills from halter breaking heifers to administering shots in 3 different ways. Though I do enjoy animals of all kinds I eventually came to the realization that I thoroughly enjoy training dogs and I’m constantly training my own. I currently have two that im working with regularly just for fun at one point and so it dawned on me that I’m in the wrong career. So while in the process of developing and launching my own personal Dog training and boarding business. Since I work from home, I have the time and knowledge to be able to dedicate to helping others who are in need of these services now. Trusting their fur babies will receive the best of care and would be made to feel at home. If your baby is more comfortable in their own home I’m happy to accommodate to their needs. Leaving your fur babies is not always easy, trust me, I’m having to do it for the first time soon myself and with me you can have the peace of mind that your furry friends will be in great hands, as I will treat them just how I’d expect mine to be treated ! With nothing but love, care and patience. I have Experience with all ages! Omega was with us until he passed at the age of 14! My dogs recently had an accidental litter and I raised up 10 puppies who all lived and are 12 weeks old now ! I’m familiar with administering pills or medications if necessary. 7 puppies remain in my care as I want to make sure they go to great homes and I plan to train them as service dog prospects ! I train dogs in basic and advance obedience, on and off leash training, and some skills like protection and sport work. I work from home full time starting my work day at 12:30 pm and ending at 9 pm. I get two 15 minute breaks and one 30 minute lunch through the day. During which they would be able to potty and play. So your furry friend will always have someone home with them. It is a goal of mine to eventually do this full time. I have A large yard on an acre property. Dogs who are trained off leash can roam in the back which has rock boarders lining the property. For those not trained off lead i have A long 30 ft lead which will still allow them the freedom to run around. I have two adult dogs and a litter of puppies still with me who can keep any anxious friends company. And for those who need to be alone, my two can be kept upstairs in my room and the puppies can be crated leaving your friend the entire downstairs to roam or in my work office with me while I work. I have two large crates which can be used if your friend has a hard time getting settled in a new environment. I provide an enriching environment where your fur baby will learn how to be a better k9 citizen everyday ! Picture and video updates can be sent regularly !
About: I have had animals at home since I was born. I have raised my Australian Labradoodle on my own since she was eight weeks old, crate, train, and potty trained her within four weeks of taking her home with no accidents! We just got another puppy from the same breeder and she is doing wonderful. My husband, son, and I would love to care for your fur baby. We are the family at the function that sits in the floor with the dog 🩷 My older dog free roams during the day, our puppy is in the crate. My husband and I work full time Mon-Thurs and are home early on Fridays. My girls get a mile walk every day & yard play. We have a small lot fence for our dogs, we walk, and play, and snuggle. In my home dogs are family. With 2 friendly dogs to play with they will have a great vacation!

Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
