“Mal did a great job taking care of our four cats! She was responsive, spent extra time there, was able to give our fiesty cat her medication, and went above and beyond keeping everything clean and giving us updates! We will definitely book with her again!”

“Rachel was a dream/lifesaver!!! Not only did she have an instant rapport with my anxious-about-new-people puppy, but she responded immediately to my sudden and very last-minute need for help when our usual pet sitter had a conflict about an hour before I had to leave town for the weekend! I was afraid I’d have to cancel everything but in a matter of about an hour Rachel came to meet me and our two dogs, get instructions and a house key, and that was that. I liked her immediately — she clearly has dog-whispering skills! — and I had NO qualms about leaving town with them in her care. I cannot thank or praise her enough — did I mention that she even noticed a scheduling error I’d made in my rush to get the paperwork done? She handled everything with ease and generosity. And the photos she sent each day of the dogs made it very clear that they were in very good hands, so we were all very thankful for Rachel! We will definitely call her again. RW”

“Mariah was an absolute gem. She paid special attention to how Zoey was feeling each day, and was able to meet her needs whether it was anxiety meds or a visit to the park! Thank you mariah!! We will definitely be hitting you up for our pet sitting needs in the future.”

About: Hi, I’m Amaya! I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and truly love caring for pets of all kinds. I’ve grown up with dogs of all sizes and breeds, and I love teaching them tricks, going on walks, and making sure they feel safe and loved. I also have years of experience working at a pet boarding facility and volunteering at our local animal shelter, so I’m confident handling dogs and cats of all ages, temperaments, and energy levels. Whether it’s snuggles, playtime, or structured care, your pets will be treated like family with me! I work part-time at a restaurant, so my shifts aren’t the same every week. But no worries—I update my Rover calendar regularly, and I’m great at swapping shifts last-minute if I can. Just let me know your dates and I’ll make room for your pets! Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I currently live with three cats and three dogs, so I don’t offer boarding or in-home pet care at this time to ensure a calm, controlled environment for everyone. However, I’m more than happy to provide drop-in visits and walks, and I take great care to follow your instructions, routines, and preferences exactly as you leave them. I always treat pets and their spaces with the same respect I give my own. Whether I’m stopping by for a quick potty break or taking your pup for a walk, I’m committed to creating a safe, loving experience every time.

“Trisha is a gem! She is so friendly and was amazing with Luna. You can tell she really does love animals and treats all fur babies as her own. We will definitely be booking with her again!”

“Gabby was fantastic! We are so happy to find a pet sitter for ourselves as we are usually doing the dog sitting. We've been afraid to leave town without the pups since we moved here and we're confident that Gabby will always do a great job!”

About: I have been trained on dog and cat CPR, I have a flexible schedule and love dogs! I have owned and cared for dogs for with high engery, low energy, nervous energy and even aggressive energy. I am a disabled USAF veteran with a lot time on my hands that gives me a flexible schedule to be able to care for any pets needs. I have Military Base Access I have three cats: between cuddles, ensuring they have a healthy diet, yearly checks up and safe outdoors time (my cats all have harnesses and leashes) my cats have a happy life. One of my cats has high anxiety and shy. I have learned how to interact with her where she feels safe and will nap with me.

“Emily is great! She always communicates well and she lets me know if my puppy is having any issues and how they are doing. She also takes lots of pictures. Would still highly recommend!”

About: I’ve taken care of 3 dogs at once on multiple occasions. I currently have 2 dogs at home that I grew up with that are around 12 years old while the other is only 3 years old. I also currently have 2 of my own dogs that are 1 year old and 5 months old. I have some experience with puppy training as I’m currently in the puppy phase with my own. I just graduated and am trying to pass my certification test so I currently don’t have a job but I am looking around. I am free most, if not all, weekends and weekdays. I love dogs so I like to give them love and cuddles as well as some play time like tug-of-war, throwing a ball, or even play dates with my puppies.

About: Please use my promo code… https://www.rover.com/sit/rosal48641 I have a Great Pyrenees and am used to large dogs and no issue handling smaller pets as well. I periodically watch pets for friends and family. Distance and time are very flexible most days. Let me know if you need assistance and I can find a way to make it work. Periodic walks are necessary for pets of all sizes and for humans as well. :) Favorite part of my day with my Pyrenees is long walks and sunshine.

About: I have had pets since I was born and have been sitting since I was in high school. Experience with many breeds and types of animals. I’m here to feel safe so your pets will feel safe as well. I work full time M-F 8-4 and part time a second job at nights on weekends. Can pet sit/house sit anywhere inbetween or for multiple days overnight. I do not have pets in my house but my family has 3 dogs your pet can play with if wanted at the park! I am able to crate animals if needed and walk them if needed. Love to play and keep them company according to their needs

“This was our first time using Rover and we are VERY pleased with Julia! We met so she could meet our dogs and we were impressed. We had her scheduled for 2 drop ins and she did a great job! She was very sweet to our pups and did everything we asked her to do. She communicated well with pictures and notes and sent a text if she had any questions. We will definitely be using her again!”

About: I have been dogsitting for two and a half years dog. I have watched various breeds and ages. I also have experience with fosters and elderly dogs. I am pretty flexible. I do dogsit two to three times a week for a family friend from 11-12 but that is pretty much it. I would prefer to care for your pets at your home. One of my dogs has back issues and we cannot risk her getting injured.

About: Southern Illinois born and raised! I’ve been around animals all my life and have loved every second of it, from puppies to seniors I have all around experience. Tend well to schedules, love walking and playing with the fur babies! I am currently a stay at home mom to my sweet two year old little girl. My husband is in the Marine corps and we just moved back after 7 years of being gone from Illinois and now stationed on Scott! With my husband’s schedule I have the flexibility of doing what I love and that’s carrying for the fur babies! My house is a two story with baby gates at the top and bottom stairs. I have a fenced in yard, with two precious little fur babies. If you crate your animal my laundry room is on the main floor of the home and is quite spacious for crates or if you allow free roam the downstairs is where your little one will be!

About: Hi everyone! I’m Tessa and I’m a stay at home mom to our daughter, 2 dogs, and 2 cats! I am a very big animal lover and I am excited to make a new friendship with all of your furbabies! I assure you that I can meet any and all of you and your pet’s expectations. I have been actively involved with animals of all shapes and sizes ever since I can remember and it has proved to be one of my happiest hobbies. I will care for your pet like my own and cannot wait for the memories we will make together! Since I am a stay at home mom, I usually have more time to carve out of my day to care for your pets! However, the most available times I am able to care for your pets include weekday evenings (M, W, F) and weekends! I will follow any instructions that you need me to tend to or complete. I respect people’s personal space/homes and will not cause any disruption going to or from your home.

She's a dog lover and dog owner as well. Also, not to age discriminate, but she is an adult and not a younger person, so she's reliable and trustworthy.”
