About: I love dogs (and cats) more than anything! I am happy to treat your fur babies to the finest care during the day, overnight, while you are on vacation, or once in awhile for walks, hikes, check ins, at your place or mine! A popular request this summer has been from folks on visiting who would like me to day sit at their campground/rv/hotel/air bnb while they enjoy the park, biking, boating or going out to eat. For boarding, My husband and I have a wonderful centrally located home in the Acadia region off the island. We have a fenced in yard and can take the stress out of leaving your pets while on vacation. Pick up and drop off can be arranged at the head of the island if requested. Wedding or event coming up? I can be your pets chaperon then too, just ask :) Need to exercise your pup? Mini day hikes available too- custom fit for your pups comfort. This summer I am taking a sabbatical to my career job which means more hiking, walks and freedom to spend time with your pet- with flexible scheduling :) While my home offers a wonderful spacious lawn and garden area for the pups with a secure 4' ht enclosed fence, pets are never left unattended in the area. My 2-year old mixed pup, Wally, is 20 lbs and neutered. He loves people and pets and can come with me if everyone gets along, but can also stay with my mom no problem. I am responsible, communicative, and have extensive experience in pet care — from daily check-ins on a 90lb Pit-bill to administrating oral medications, managing dogs with separation anxiety to farm-sits and volunteering at animal shelters. Our pets are an important part of our family units, and providing the proper attention, affection, patience, and nurturing spirit has always come naturally to me. As well as following all instructions very carefully. It is also my priority to ensure you are confident in leaving them with me. I will always do in-person meet and greets beforehand so they will recognize me when I return. I will also send tons of pictures and videos and can even do FaceTimes so you can see how we're doing. I know it's hard being away from your pets so anything I can do to set your mind at ease is my pleasure :) I've been told I have a positive and loving energy that animals are drawn to. Each animal is unique with their own special little personality, and understanding and respecting that helps me build rapport. I realize what a sensitive (sometimes confusing) time being apart from their family can be, so it's really my top priority to be a great source of comfort and stability for them and to provide as much warmth and positive energy as I can. About: My name is Molly and I am an Ed Tech/BHP with availability and energy in the summer months. I have a four year old son and a ten year old dog, Zoe. Also popular in our household are Gracie, the seven year old bearded dragon, and Gus, the beta fish. About: Animal Care Technician with extensive experience with dogs, cats and rodents. Cannot train but am trained on proper handling, walking and administering oral medication. 19 years of experience with dogs from pup to elder (including dogs with medical issues) and 5 years experience with cats from kitten to elder (including cats with medical issues). I am currently not working and have a flexible schedule for anyone looking for booking! I will not be allowing boading or doggy day care at this time due to remodeling but I am willing to house sit, do scheduled drop in's and dog walking. My current schedule includes every day except for Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings due to current client bookings. I do not currently house any pets but I have owned dogs and cats for years before and have extensive experience caring for pets of family and friends.

About: I've owned two high energy and high maintenance dogs for the past 5 years, I've owned cats for 15 years. I currently volunteer at an animal shelter caring for cats, dogs, and small animals. I used to compete in dog shows and have followed through with training many dogs thought my early childhood until now. I now am training dogs, working on harness training cats and enjoy taking care of as many pets as possible. I'm currently working part time but do not have shifts longer than 6 hours and mostly work online, so I just need WiFi available for me to work while house sitting. This is a non smoking non drinking household that is quiet and has no other animals. There is a large fenced back yard and a large non-fenced front yard, but the house is on a quiet lightly trafficked street in a not so busy part of town.

About: I am a service dog handler for the past 7 years. I have been training and caring for dogs for over 10 years. I'm the go to person in my friends and family for training and care advice of animals big and small. I have owned and cared for everything from small snakes to rodents and horses. I have worked as a dog trainer, a horse trainer, a groom, and I have worked on dairy farms since I was 14. Every morning starts out with letting the dogs out and farm chores. Followed by breakfast for the dogs. After breakfast we do 30 minutes of rest in kennels while I feed the family. The rest of the day is spent with enrichment toys and puzzle games. Training is spaced out throughtout the day in 10-15 minute sessions. At 8pm the dogs are let out on last time then kennel and dinner time for the night. Our dogs are friendly and out going. We live in a very rural area on 81 acres of hiking trails and farm land to explore. The dogs are always watched when outside. We do have a wireless fence system for dogs that are trained on the e collar and long lines for dogs that are not off leash trained. We have experience crate and rotating dogs with aggression/reactivity problems. I have rehabilitated and socialized dogs with traumatic past.

About: Beside always having family dogs and other pets growing up I’ve pet sat for friends, professors and even my own personal dog trainer. I love connecting with pets and helping make their days as fulfilled as they deserve. I work a very flexible five days a week job for a friend’s business. I generally have off Tuesdays and Wednesdays weekly and would love to add some more dogs into that routine. I won’t be able to care for any pets in my own home currency due to roommate preferences. But in your home I’d be happy to follow whatever guidelines you have to make your pet comfortable. I love working on basic training to support your current efforts if desired or just throwing the ball as part of their normal routine.
