About: I have had dogs of many breeds and personalities all my life. I will care for your dog as my own and will enjoy getting to know them. Your pup will get lots of cuddles and positive interaction. I would love to hike or walk your pup, play fetch or tug. I currently work remote so I will have flexibility and time to spend and care for your pet while you are away and keep you updated with photos and notes about the visit. Also available for trips to the vet. Your dog's care and safety are my primary concern and I will let you know if there are any questions or concerns. Making sure your dog is happy and relaxed when you return.

About: Hey there!! I've been around pets my whole life and absolutely LOVE them. We had a dog (dachshund) growing up as well as other animals like Rabbits and Guinea Pigs! I've had cats and dogs throughout my life as well. My bestie dog was named Sadie (corgi/husky mix) who was 17 when I had to let her go to the rainbow bridge March 2021...it was the hardest thing I've ever had to do 💔 I had her since she was about 1 yr old. She had a pacemaker put in about 2 yrs prior to passing and had a great life but I miss her like crazy. I've been Petsitting a long time but since Sadie passed, it's really helped heal my heart and has truly been a blessing. Most of my clients are from word of mouth over the years but I have this to help others get in touch with me if they need some help! I live in Lake Toxaway but I have jobs anywhere from Highlands, Cashiers, Sapphire, Lake Toxaway to Brevard. I mostly stay at my client's homes but I do bring some dogs to my house if it ends up being a better option. I also do drop-ins and daycare as well. I've done puppy care and senior care as too so that doesn't phase me. I also can do medication or treatments needed. If I'm booked up for in home pet care then I can do drop ins 2x a day for cats 🐱 I can possibly offer that for dogs too but they usually need it 3x a day. So that would all depend on my availability. I work part time caretaking properties/cleaning, and childcare so I'm mostly home! When I do need to leave I'm not gone more then 3-6 hrs, depending on the job. I can travel further if I can move jobs around in my area. I'm very flexible and try to make things work if I can! I currently don’t have a fenced in yard but I will walk around my neighborhood and have a decent sized backyard. I treat your babies like they're my own so they get lots of lovin. Sometimes we go to the State Park too! If they like car rides I'll take them to check my mail or little errands.
