“Jessica was fantastic—super responsive and communicated clearly throughout. Our dogs loved their morning walks while we were away, and we’ll absolutely reach out to her again for future trips.”

About: During the past nine years, I've generally taken care of small pets, but I also have experience with medium/large-sized dogs. Also, I've fostered a lot of cats and kittens and placed them in loving homes. I do work full-time at a retail store, but I'll do my best to meet your pet(s) needs. As a pet owner myself, I always check to make sure your pet(s) and mine are healthy and ready to face the day :) I have a cozy fenced yard and two little dogs to keep your pup company. Additionally, I provide a medium crate for your dog(s) if required.

About: I am a friend to all dogs and cats! I have had pets all my life and love taking care of fur babies. I work from home and am always available for a drop in, daycare, and especially a home for the holidays. I have a friendly small dog and aloof cat in my home . My home has a fenced in yard with plenty of grass for potty breaks. I am also experienced with giving medicine in case your little one has any conditions which require said service. Whether it's going for a long walk around the neighborhood or taking a trip to the dog park, I promise your pets will be happy and safe with me! I work from home as I mentioned so I am available for all of my services anytime. I take my work phone with me so if I need to stop by during business hours, it is perfectly fine! I care for every animal by giving them love and attention. I am the kind of person who enjoys spending time with animals so whether they’re in my home or I go to your home I always enjoy spending quality time with them and making sure they know they are safe and well cared for.

About: I have been dog and cat walking and sitting since the age of 11. Sometimes as my full time job and sometimes as a way to make some extra cash. I absolutely love all fur babies of every size, breed, and age! I am not assuaged by the more aggressive and/or larger dog breeds. I have experience caring for pitbulls, boxers, huskies, golden retrievers, labradors, collies, and hounds, as well as various smaller breeds. I have pet sat for both dogs and cats from ages 2-months to super seniors! I love them all! I am not currently a pet mom to any cats or dogs, but I have been in the past and my partner and I are the pet parents to a feisty bearded dragon, one adorable turtle, two silly toads, one lazy pac-man frog, one chill beta fish, and a tank of four high-energy salt-water fish! 😊 We recently laid to rest Pixie our hamster, Lucy our ferret, and Anthony our saltwater eel. Lucy and Anthony were in our lives for 7+ years 😢 I will treat all of your fur babies like they are my own! I originally signed up on Rover as a way to make ends meet while putting myself through Nursing school; and although I have since accepted a job as a full-time nurse, I decided to continue Rover on the side. I also regularly volunteer at Memorial Medical Center as an Auxillain. Aside from these two commitments my schedule is pretty open. I unlisted myself from house sitting; however, I may be able to house sit for you in 3 to 4-day stretches, so if this is all you need please reach out to me. Unfortunately, I cannot house any pets in my home either overnight or during the day due to restrictions set forth by my apartment complex; however, I am free to pet sit overnight or during the day in your home (in 3 to 4-day stretches). I have found this is normally less jarring for your fur babies anyway. I am also free to dog/cat walk either on a regular basis or sporadically. The needs of your pet will be taken into account on an individual basis. If you have a question about my experience or ability to perform a specific aspect of your pets care, please just ask. *I am willing to negotiate rates*

About: Since I was in middle school, I was chosen as the neighborhood petsitter due to my responsible nature and love for animals. To be trusted with the care of a loved pet is the most honorable position I can think of and one that I hope to continue here in New Mexico. To keep an animal happy when their owner is away is something I pride myself in. I also have experience in dosing medicine for multiple types of animals. I'm a graduate student and TA at NMSU with flexible class schedules where I would be able to attend to the daily needs of the client's pets. Because I don't work outside of the University, there would seldom be a time that I would be unavailable for pet care needs. I have always adhered to the highest standard of the needs of an animal based on the human owner's desire and interactions with their pet. I am adaptable in a multitude of ways, including the needs of the animal I will be caretaking in their place of comfort instead of a new environment. I have a clean background check and pride myself in creating an atmosphere of trust and dependability.

“Jean-Luc seems to have had a great time and looks so tired and happy so he is gonna take a big nap since he had so much fun exploring. Sadie was very communicative and patient with my crazy puppers. I recommend her if you have a puppy or a hyper dog bc she did very well when taking him in and he was happy to meet a new friend will definitely come back to Sadie:)”

About: I provide an safe haven for all my fury and non-fury friends. I provide an clean safe space and make sure all is provided for all my fury friends. Cienna P.
“Cienna has so much passion for animals. She owns 2 cats and 2 dogs and they’re very well cared for. She has been walking my dog and feeding my cat for me for over a year now. She tracks her walks on a fitness tracker and makes sure she sends me the results so I can see how far and how long she walks him. He looks forward to her walks and greets her with much love and enthusiasm. My cat follows her around the house everytime she comes over to feed him. I feel so comforted knowing she is there to take care of my furry family members when I am out of town. 100% special care.”

Alex Y.
“Alex is wonderful! Professional, kind, and great with my dogs. I have 2 very high energy dogs- an Australian Shepard named Mulder, and an Australian cattle dog named Scully- she always makes sure to take them outside for tennis ball to get some energy out. Alex is attentive, reliable, and I can call on her short notice. My pups love her and I always call her first when I need a sitter.”
