I've always volunteered at local animal shelters and cannot get enough animal time! I work from home 6am-3pm, but I am able to work from anywhere as long as there's wifi. I can make drop-ins during my lunch and use the afternoon to hang out for longer periods. I have two large dogs that are timid, so I understand how to introduce myself to a nervous pup. I don't mind cleaning up litter boxes or critter cages and am comfortable giving medications.

About: I am a mature, passionate, and devoted, lifelong dog lover. I am a dedicated provider of nutrition, exercise, health care, and play, from puppy to senior. We have a very large yard that is fully grass so we could take them out to play. Fully fenced and safe. We have approximately a half an acre of fenced grass , lots of Space for them to run. We do keep our pets inside so if you have an inside pet they will be doing the same. They will be taken out for potty breaks .
About: I’ve grown up with dogs in my family my whole life. I currently have a 6 year old dog, a 5 year old dog, and a 3 year old cat and I love them all so much. My wife and I both trained our dogs the basics as in sit, shake, down, and potty training and with all that we found out our dogs are very food oriented. As for our cat we honestly didn’t train him at all but he does run the house. I currently have two jobs. One is Mon-fri from 6pm-9:30pm and the other is an overnight wed-sat from 10pm-7am. Sunday I am free starting from 2pm, Mon-wed I am free from anytime in the morning to 5pm. I can also do any drop ins early in the morning after work if requested thurs-sun. I will typically take care of all the pets in the mornings after work and then in the evenings before work. When I not able to during the days when I work graveyard shifts my wife and siblings are always home to help take care of all the pets. I have a closed off backyard for my doggos and plenty of room for them to run around and play together. Also have plenty of treats and toys for them inside the house as well.

Before moving to New Mexico I was even a professional trainer for a few years and I miss it so much! I am knowledgeable and experienced and will take wonderful care of your pup. About: My whole life I've been surrounded by pets. I was born into a house with a bird and 2 dogs, but once I turned 5 I had convinced my mother to bring home a cat from the grocery store after absolutely falling in love. Years down the line I moved and eventually had 4 dogs that I walked, played with, fed, bathed and mostly took care of myself. With time I moved in with my brother to help him take care of his house with 11 guinea pigs, 3 cats, and a leopard gecko! Once I turned 18 I was finally able to adopt my own cat, and since then I have adopted another one and who brings me so much joy. I love all animals and will take care of yours like my own! I am free everyday, weekdays and weekends! I am willing to change my schedule around to fit your needs as Rover is my main focus at the moment! Safety is always my number one priority. I do my best to keep my eyes on pets at all times to make sure they're not doing something they're not supposed to or getting into things they aren't supposed to. For walks I will never just lazily hold onto the leash, instead I'll be prepared like they can run off in any second. When I feed pets I watch them to make sure they don't eat too fast and throw up, and try to encourage them to drink water as well as check to see if they need to go to the bathroom when they're done. If I'm watching a pet and they show any sign of distress it's of immediate concern to me and I will be contacting the parents, as well as a vet if needed. If you entrust me to take care of your pet I will ensure they receive the best care possible until their favorite people get home! :)

About: I have three years of experience working at a dog rescue, where I took care of anywhere from 10 to 100 dogs and puppies at a time! I grew up on a small farm surrounded by cats, dogs, horses, goats and chickens, and I helped take care of them from the time I was able to. About: I’ve had dogs all of my life, different breeds and sizes, I’ve helped with birth of puppies, nurture sick ones too. I am a dog adoption advocate. I am not working at the moment so my schedule is pretty open. I am currently looking for a job but not in a huge hurry. While waiting I will work at my dream job ☺️Dog sitting. I will provide for the needs and safety of your pets per client requirement with much love and kindness. Having a play time is also a must. 😊
About: I just love animals just like everyone else and am looking to help out. I’ve cared for animals the majority of my life as my parents had that responsibility put on me, I’ve house sit animals plenty times before. I’m available pretty much always, I’m taking the summer to rest as I am a very busy college student but I need something to keep me busy. I don’t have the most optimal space to care for a pet at my place but at your place I am very flexible and willing to accommodate as needed.
About: I’ve had over 100 animals since I was a kid my mom ran an animal rescue so I’ve been around animals my entire life. I’m a local house/pet sitter back home I love the work and I don’t mind going above and beyond for my clients because their fur babies deserve it. Night or Day I’d love to assist with any pet care assistance! (I also do holidays) I’m currently enrolled in the Bachelors program at NMSU so I will work around my class/club/volunteer schedule. About: Hi there! I’m Kris, a passionate animal lover with 30 years of experience caring for dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. Whether your pet loves long walks, belly rubs, or cozy naps on the couch, I make sure they feel safe, loved, and happy while you’re away. While I am new to the Rover app. I am not new to giving you peace of mind that your pet (of any size breed, fur or scales) will be taken care of. I work in the medical field so am comfortable with any special needs or medications should the need arise. I am also a certified (not officially) belly and head scratcher of all animals and am more than capable of playing fetch at great lengths. I will make sure to communicate with you on how your pet is doing, and am happy to provide pictures if requested. I currently work full time two days a week in the medical field. This allows for ample time off to walk, play, or drop in to check on your four legged friends. My schedule is flexible and I don’t mind holidays as long as I am in town. I currently live in an apartment so dog sitting in my home is extremely limited at this time. I am more than happy to schedule a meet and great to get to know you and your loved ones needs and style. I am also happy to take your dog out on walks, have playtime, and any needed cuddle time to help you feel better when you’re away.
About: I have taken care of many dogs and cats over the course of quite a few years. I truly enjoy doing so. I love getting to see their different personalities and giving them that extra love while their people are away. I had my own dog as well for a few years. Fun fact: we shared the same birthday too! He was really my best friend. At the current moment my availability is fairly open throughout the week and anytime. I am open to mostly any hours currently. Book with me! About: Since I was in middle school, I was chosen as the neighborhood petsitter due to my responsible nature and love for animals. To be trusted with the care of a loved pet is the most honorable position I can think of and one that I hope to continue here in New Mexico. To keep an animal happy when their owner is away is something I pride myself in. I also have experience in dosing medicine for multiple types of animals. I'm a graduate student and TA at NMSU with flexible class schedules where I would be able to attend to the daily needs of the client's pets. Because I don't work outside of the University, there would seldom be a time that I would be unavailable for pet care needs. About: I have taken care of several dogs since childhood and frequently care for neighbors and friends dogs if they are out of town or just even need someone to walk their dog. I have an open schedule Monday through Thursday, and I work nights on weekends ,I am also available over night for Monday through Thursday !
