I never allow pets off-leash unless specifically instructed by the owner and it is safe to do so. When caring for pets in a client's home, I follow their established routines as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any special instructions. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship while keeping their environment clean and secure. I understand that trust is important when someone is caring for a beloved pet, so I maintain open communication and provide regular updates and photos.
