“Jenna was amazing with our two pups! We are new to the area and were worried since they have never stayed with someone other than family before. Dogs can always sniff out good people and as soon as they met Jenna they loved her. I would recommend her to anyone and will definitely be using her again!”

“Kari was great! She sent lots of photos and kept us up informed while she watched our dog for an extended vacation. It was a great relief to know that our dog was well taken care of with a great family and other animals to socialize with.”

“Callie was fantastic to work with and she did an amazing job with my 2 dogs. She even went above and beyond and brought one of my dogs to my wedding venue and picked him back up after the ceremony. She was incredibly flexible, checked in to let me know they were ok, and replied quickly. I would 100% have her watch my dogs again in the future”

About: I have spent the past three summers doing overnight dog sitting in my hometown just about every weekend. I have been recommended and continue to get new jobs. I am a part time student at the University of Minnesota so I have plenty of free time. I also serve in the army national Gaurd. I have now been dog walking and dog sitting for over 3 years in Mankato and would love for more opportunities. I am a part time student at Minnesota State Mankato and only have classes in the morning so I have plenty of free time in the afternoon and overnight. In the summer I am home in Brownsville Minnesota and looking for more opportunities near me Over the past three summers of my dog sitting career I have had 5 clients that have me stay at their house over the weekends while they are gone. I love running and exercising so the animals are sure to stay active. I have not run into any problems in the three years I have pet sit before.

“We absolutely LOVE Rachel and her family. We have used them multiple times to care for our dog, and we are thrilled with their care. Our dog knows “Rachel’s house” now and her tail starts wagging at the mention of it.”

About: I started taking care of colleague's pets in 2006 and regularly cared for 4 households' pets including, a German Shepherd, black lab, poodle, and multiple cats. I also volunteered at the Humane Society in AZ for a few years with the adoptable cats at PetSmart, cleaning their cubbies, litterboxes, and helping with socialization. I continued petsitting after finding an ad on Craigslist for a family in my area and watched their home while they traveled over the summer (for 3 years), taking care of their plants, mail, and two dogs - a husky and a greyhound. I would walk them and feed them twice a day, shop for chicken legs at the owner's request, and administered multiple medications in pill form to the husky. They introduced me to their neighbors and I watched their home when they would travel and fed and cleaned up after their English Bulldog and Yorkie at least two times a day. I also watched a friend's senior dachshund regularly when they went out of town. In Phoenix I housesat for a colleague and her partner on multiple occasions and they had 4 dogs and 2 cats. I would stay the night there to feed and care for the animals and keep an eye on the house. I simply left for work and then went there immediately after. I grew up with cats and now have 2 pets of my own, a 5-year-old pug named Bo and a 2-year-old munchkin cat named Elliot. I moved back to MN in 2020. In the fall of 2020, I helped my sister care for a family friend's hobby farm which had goats, sheep, donkeys, cats, dogs, ducks, and chickens. We mucked out the barn every day and hosed out the stable area, let the chickens out in the morning and locked them in the coop at night, fed all of the animals, moved a fence most days for the donkeys and some of the larger animals to roam outside of the regular fenced-in area. I also traveled to Champlin to watch a German shepherd and stayed there while the family went on vacation a few times. Over the Christmas holiday in 2022, I watched a friend's Vizsla/Lab mix who is 11 and took care of things around her house. I fed the pup twice a day and visited midday to take her out and spend time there from anywhere between 30 minutes to a few hours. She would then spend the night with me at my home. I took care of the mail, ran water so the pipes wouldn't freeze, cleaned up after the dog, etc. Watching an animal made me realize how much I missed pet sitting and wanted to start doing it again. I currently work from home on weekdays, which makes it easy to help a few times a day, before and/or after work, and leaves my weekends wide open. I am available overnights, before and after work. My schedule is 8 am to 4:30 pm, with some flexibility. My weekends are wide open for any pet care or home needs. I have a fenced backyard and large home. I would prefer watching animals in your home and caring for them there as they are typically more comfortable but we do have the space if necessary in my home. Walking, feeding, administering medication, assisting with household duties, etc., are all within reason and things I'd be happy to assist with. I have done these things for multiple families and households in my area.

“Morgan and Jennifer were amazing with my dog! They sent cute videos of him. He loved being there and was well taken care of. I will definitely be rebooking with them when I need to go out of town!”

“Joy was very attentive to our sweet Sadie girl. She gave her lots of attention and cuddle great one on one attention as well. Took her on walks and also kept us updated on how she was doing and sent super cute pictures. I will definitely use Joy again when we need over night care.”

“Needed a dog sitter last minute and Lynn was very helpful and accommodating. We typically leave our dog with family but this is one time no one was available. When I brought my dog over for a meet n greet, I was immediately knew our dog was going to do great with Lynn. She treated her like her own! We received pictures and updates daily. Which was so nice since we never leave her and were so far away. Lynn is highly recommended! Responsible and will treat the dog like her own. Our dog wanted to stay with her. Thanks again Lynn!”

About: I have worked at my local dog daycare and have experience outside of taking care of my own animals growing up. I have also pet-sat dogs before for family members and friends. I am using this as my only job, and don't have any other priorities besides being a student. I don't have any classes I have to go to; they are all online, so I will have a free schedule. I have a yard that your pets will be able to play and no other animals live in my home. I always prioritize safety, following feeding instructions, walk routines, and home rules closely. In a client’s home, I’m respectful, clean, and ensure pets are calm, well-cared for, and not left alone.

“Ana and Michael provided a wonderful place for us to leave Blossom for a few days. We were immediately comfortable and welcomed. Blossom made herself at home right away. She loved the fenced in back yard and all the attention. Ana was flexible with drop off and pick up times. She also provided videos and updates on how Blossom was doing. It was a wonderful experience leaving Blossom for the first time. Thank you so much.”

“Christina and Cody were fantastic. This was Zane's first time boarding and they cared for him so well and kept me updated with photos, which I loved! Lovely Family! Will definitely book again!”

“Huck had a great stay with Andrea and her pups! Her communication was great leading up to and during the stay! She is very knowledgeable about dogs. We will def. have her watch Huck again!”

About: I've had dogs and cats all of my life, sometimes three at a time! I've pet sat for friends and family, and I worked at a humane society. My husband and I currently foster one dog at a time from a local animal rescue. I work from home all day except for Mondays. Lots of time to play with your pup and walk them. My home is quiet and child-free. I have a big shepherd mix who absolutely loves other dogs and would enjoy keeping your pup company. I can easily crate and/or separate a dog if that makes them feel safer in a new space. My husband and I are usually home on the weekends, too, so your pup will never be lonely and will get plenty of love and exercise.

“Cody was so great with our dog, it made it 100% easier to leave him knowing that he was having a blast and not exposed to the stress of a boarding situation. We especially loved all the photos and video, it was very obvious that he was extremely well taken care of! Many many thanks to Cody!”

About: Hi there! I’m currently a veterinary assistant with three years of hands-on experience, and caring for animals truly brings me joy. My goal is to make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and have lots of fun while in my care—whether that means going for a hike, playing fetch, or simply relaxing on the couch (if that’s okay with you!). I’m very comfortable administering medications and supporting any extra medical needs your pet may have, thanks to my background in veterinary care. In our home, we have one friendly pup who loves meeting new furry friends. I’m also a nursing student, but my classes are only a few hours a day, so I’m home most of the time and available to give your pets plenty of attention and affection. I’m happy to keep you updated with as many photos and messages as you’d like—it’s important to me that you feel completely at ease while your pets are with me. Let’s work together to create a warm, safe space where your pets can feel right at home! I have class a few times a week, but very much spend a majority of my time at home, there are quite a few weeks I’m also available! When they are at my home whether for daycare or boarding I take my dog on a 1.5-3 mile walk through our quiet town of Courtland. If weather permits I like to go to Flandrau or Fort Ridgley state park if your dog would enjoy that! I also have a backyard that I would be happy to play fetch in with your pets as well!

“I took my 2 dogs there for the first time, and Jordan was great to communicate with, and she gave me plenty of updates on how the dogs were doing. I would highly recommend Jordan to take care of your dogs when you need someone to watch them for you.”
