About: New on Rover but I am a seasoned pet sitter. 🐾 I am experienced in caring for a diverse range of pets. I am known for my calming demeanor, which is particularly beneficial for pets that exhibit anxiety or shyness. I too have anxiety, but when I am with animals they make it all better ☺️. That is why this job is perfect for me! I do have experience with puppies and kittens and senior dogs and cats. I can administer medications and feed them any special diets. I can feed and water your reptiles, birds, fish, amphibians, and other pets. Pet care is my full time job. I have my own cat at home so I do go home to check in on her if I am house sitting for the week. I am attentive to your pets needs and behavior. If they are shy or have anxiety I will give them the proper space and time to adjust to me. I am respectful of your home and your beloved pets.

“Michelle is an outstanding petsitter! We couldn't be happier with the love & compassion she showed for our cat & elderly dog over the past 2 weeks. She is a great communicator & sent many adorable photos & updates throughout our trip. Our dog had some medical problems while we were away & Michelle handled it with calm & competence, including an emergency vet visit, coordination with medications & changes in routine that were necessary. She went above and beyond to ensure our dog was comfortable and taken care of. It's always difficult to leave your pets behind, especially when they are older & have health issues. Michelle made it easier with her loving care. Highly recommend!”

“We really appreciated how attentive Katie was with our cats, they’re very spoiled, and she handled them perfectly! She was also super punctual. The love and care she gave our cats truly exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend her, and we already have another booking with her for next month!”

“Erica is wonderful. We've had her take care of our 3 senior cats several times now and trust her completely. She is respectful, loving and we always come home to a clean house. I highly recommend Erica! But... book ahead because she is in high demand and therefore not always available.”

“AAAAA++++ If you need an amazing, responsible, tuned in house/pet sitter look no further. We are incredibly grateful that Pam could fit us in her schedule and on short notice. She went above and beyond to make sure our scared cat (who hides from new people), got food in her system while we were away. She sent regular updates and pictures that put us at ease. Our pets were so comfortable in her presence they looked for her when we got home. Our cats are older, grumpy and have various diets and important asthma medications -we appreciate her attention to detail so our pets could get what they needed following our similar routines. The house was cleaner than we left it, plants watered and happy kitties. We will definitely be using Pam again for a stress free vacation.”

About: I love animals and have been around and cared for them all of my life. I have three dogs of my own and live on a 50 acre farm. The back area is fenced, 1/2 acre. I do work during the day so my husband cares for our Rover pets while I am gone. All dogs love him and he is home during the day. I am a very experienced horse owner and can provide care for livestock as well as cats, dogs and birds. I raise Andalusian horses and have been around them most of my Life. Pets are my passion, are important and I love to be around them. They make me happy and I would love to pamper your pets! For house sitting clients, I do work from 6-2pm. I am happy to house sit but am gone during those hours. My husband lets the dogs out as needed all day long. He is home all of the time, so we do not leave our boarders alone. Our clients pets interact with our own pets. We cannot take in pets that do not get along with other dogs and cats. Our boarders will sleep with us or on their own bed if one is brought.

“An outstanding petsitter! We left for a few weeks and she made sure all our animals were well cared for every day. One of our cats even had an emergency and she went above and beyond by getting him to the vet and sacrificing a ton of time to ensure that he was ok. 10/10 strongly recommended !”

“Carrie was wonderful with our two dogs! I loved receiving all the pictures of them, it definitely made me more comfortable knowing they were happy and relaxed. She left my house cleaner than how I left it; I was incredibly appreciative to come home to clean house!”

“Jessica was great with our senior dog!! I felt extremely comfortable leaving Rosie. Jessica was very proactive with communication and sent pictures of Rosie’s outings during the time we were gone. I highly recommend Jessica for your pet sitting needs.”

My family has many critter members including a Pitbull, Hedgehog, Frog and Bearded Dragon My routine allows for early mornings, late afternoon and evenings along with weekend care so I can support your pet with exercise, food, play, attention and cleanups As a pet owner myself, I know the difference between an ok sitter and a great one! About: I had a dog growing up, who taught me how to love, and be loved like no other! I learned, that a pet, is a family member: and someone’s baby, who trust us to watch over them, while their humans are away! I strive to love your fur baby, as much as you do, and provide the best care possible! I have a partner, who helps me watch homes and pets! He loves animals, especially dogs, and cats! I work full time 7:30-4 pm monday-friday. If it is in Newberg , I take a lunch break where I can relieve/ check in on the pets, as well as my partner, meaning they would not be alone longer than 2 hours at a time! I am off and available weekends full time, with summer, holiday, and other type of breaks! I live in a dog friendly apartment complex, right next to a park! I am also more than happy to keep your fur baby at the comfort of your own home!

About: I have excellent references with over 18 years of experience walking, feeding, bathing, and grooming animals. I have worked with animals as young as 4 months old to as old as 18 years old and had to administer medication. I’ve worked with dogs, cats, horses, goats, fish, birds, and cows. I am a teacher so I am available any time during the week to stay over and with breaks I can go and let them out for play and potty time. I’m off work after 3:45 so your pet babies will have lots of attention! I also have summers off (June-August) and can be home with your pets all day! I live in an apartment at this time so I will not be able to keep your animals here, but I am able to come to your home and be there as much or as little as you need me to be! I want what is best for your pet since I know they are part of your family. When you put your trust in me, I take that very seriously and anything you need directions wise will be followed since you know your pet best!

Jessica T.
“Jessica did a fantastic job taking care of our odd menagerie (chickens, canary, hamster, bunny, hedgehog, and assorted fish) while we were gone for a week. She gave our animals extra care, taking them out to play and making sure they had food and water. She went above and beyond in watering our plants and bringing packages in, and was so professional in her friendliness, communication, and consistency, not missing a day. I really appreciated how she asked before bringing over a friend, and how she let me know right away when something was unusual with our chickens. I would absolutely hire her again and recommend her services to anyone.”

“I first met Tammi in 1993 at a company we both worked at, she was my manager. We bonded over our love of animals. We've moved on to our separate ways after the company was sold but have remained close friends. She has watched my dogs, birds, and guinea pigs over the years when I've had to travel out of town. And I would highly recommend her, as not only just caring, but knowledgable in many different species. She has a love an appreciation for all animals. Your fur babies would not only have their basic needs met, but Tammi's extra special care and love too!”

Justice made sure they were well cared for and went above and beyond to make sure they were kept safe during the winter months.
