“fantastic sitter who took care of a very fluffy cat that isn’t left home alone very often. When I got home from vaca, he was still as fluffy as ever and very happy. Highly recommend!”

About: I’ve always enjoyed being around animals and have experience caring for both dogs and cats. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playing, and making sure pets get plenty of attention while their owners are away. I’m active and enjoy spending time outdoors, so I’m happy to take dogs on walks and give them the exercise they need. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, and I’ll make sure to follow your instructions closely so they feel comfortable and well cared for. I’m responsible, dependable, and will treat your pet like they’re my own. My schedule is very flexible, and I am available throughout the week for pet care. I can provide dog walking, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, and other basic pet care. I am available during mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and I can work around your pet’s normal routine. I’m also happy to discuss specific times and scheduling needs with each owner. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet. I will always treat your pets and home with care and respect while following any instructions you provide. I make sure pets are supervised, comfortable, and safe at all times, whether we are going for a walk, playing, or relaxing at home. I’m also happy to provide updates and photos so you can feel comfortable knowing your pet is being well cared for.
About: Animals have always been a big part of my life, and caring for them is something I genuinely enjoy. For the past 10 years, I've cared for both dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and breeds, and I love getting to know each pet's unique personality. I'm also a pet parent to two cats, so I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your pets when you can't be there. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved, whether that means going for walks, playing their favorite game, sticking to their routine, or simply giving them plenty of attention and cuddles. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always strive to give pet parents peace of mind while they're away. I'm a business owner, so I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to work around my clients' needs. This flexibility gives me plenty of time to provide attentive, reliable care and accommodate a variety of pet sitting requests. When caring for pets in your home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I'll do my best to follow all of your instructions, prioritize your pet's safety and well-being, and treat your home with the same respect I would my own. I also believe good communication is important, so you can count on regular updates and photos to give you peace of mind while you're away.
About: I have dogsat in the past for multiple friends. I have one dog of my own,Jax, i trained myself. I’m big on exercise for my own dog as well as making sure he feels loved. I do have lots of fun toys but would like for you to bring your pups favorite toy! I have also worked with pet grooming so a bath will be complimentary for overnight stays if wanted. About: I've been taking care of animals since i was a child. As a professional, I have over eight years of animal boarding and dog training experience. I have experience in animal bathing, and administering medications for both cats and dogs. I love working with young animals, but i adore senior pets the most. I would love to take care of your baby! If you are interested in dog training just let me know. I'm experienced in balanced-dog training and have trained over a hundred dogs through housecalls and group classes. For a typical day, it's potty breaks and breakfast first thing in the morning. If I don't have any housecalls, I'll be home with your pet. Your pet will get potty breaks every 1.5 hours on minimum until their last potty break at 8 p.m. Your pet will get 2 walks a day either around your neighborhood or at a dog park. If I do have housecalls to attend to, my work day will cut short so your pet won't be alone for too long. If I'm doing a dog training housecall, the lesson is typically one hour. We will go over one or two commands at a time and we will train the dog until i feel that the client and dog have a good understanding of what's going on. I can usually cover over basic obedience in eight lessons. I try to schedule these lessons once every week, but its all based on the clients schedule. I never let your out of my sight while their are in my care. The only times I would ever leave pet would be to go to housecalls or gather supplies. I will take your pet on walks, training practice and provide them with a bath if you ask me or if they get too dirty while in my care.

Frequently asked questions about Rover
Rover is the largest marketplace for local pet care. Whether you're looking for pet sitters, dog walkers, or house sitters who specialize in pet sitting, you can narrow your search by entering your ZIP code to find sitters within walking distance in your neighborhood.
You and your sitter can agree on a care schedule that fits your pet’s routine and the sitter’s availability. Pet Sitting can be booked as a one-time or recurring drop-in visit. If you need overnight care or dog walks, you may also be able to book House Sitting or Dog Walking through Rover with the same sitter, provided they offer those services.
Before booking, confirm:
- the timing, length, and frequency of visits;
- the care instructions the sitter should follow;
- which parts of your pet’s usual routine should be prioritized;
- how often you would like to receive messages, photos, or other updates.
Not every sitter offers the same services, availability, or booking options. Review their profile and discuss the care you need through Rover before booking each service.
If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poop breaks occurred. You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available 24/7 by email or chat if you have concerns.
The personalized, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit .

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
