She visited Oscar prior to her scheduled visitation so he was familiar with her. During her visits, Heather took the time to give Oscar attention so he felt comfortable with her but also to my other cats in the home. Fantastic! She treated my guys like they were her own pets which I greatly appreciated! She communicated with me while I was out of the country and sent pictures as well. “I was in need of weekly drop in visits for about a month in order to ensure our cat's needs were met. Lily’s a small cat, so I initially requested visits every 7 days. I reached out to 2 providers. One declined because of the distance, and the other didn't respond. I was about to join another pet sitting service to see if they had anyone close by and tried Rover again. Amanda’s profile appeared, and bonus, she was only about 5 country miles away from my house. I sent the details to Amanda, and she accepted fairly quickly. A more detailed text followed to let Amanda know where everything was located. I had set up things the best I could before I left to ultimately make it easier for her. We had several texts about the ideal number of days for a visit. We decided to gauge it on the condition of the litter box, food and water after the initial 5 days between my departure and her initial visit. She recommended 5 days, and she changed the visitation dates, as I was limited to only daily, weekly, monthly, etc. and not a specific number of days. Amanda’s reporting and overall communication was great. Her summaries were prompt, comprehensive and clearly painted a picture a job well done. She was also able to get Lily to warm up to her after the first visit. That alone is a minor miracle, as Lily’s quite shy around strangers and even other family members. The bottom line? I was really appreciative of Amanda through this entire process and highly recommend her to anyone needing services close to her.”

About: I love animals. I always have. I don’t just think of them as animals they are family and while your pet is here they are my family too. Ohana means family and family means nobody gets left behind. I also did dog training and completed it. I just never actually got to open my own dog training program. I’m currently a stay at home mom. I do sometimes sub at my kids school. But for the most part I’m home. Means lots of time to play with your babies and give them all the attention they need. While I am able to do that I am still a mom and I do have to do things while I’m not home your baby will safely be kenneled. I have a huge yard it is not fenced but I do have a small area that is fenced. I have 2 friendly dogs that love to play. I will also be able to crate them for their safety when I’m not home.

About: I've had dogs since I was a child. I have had puppies and right now my dog just turned 15 years old and is still spritely. I also have two cats that we rescued. I am currently working part-time and I will be available to care for your pets on Sundays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays or after I get home from work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the evening. About: I’m very understanding as a cat owner for 20+ years, pets are family. I am patient and try very hard to understand your pets needs and your needs as the owner for them. Rather it’s medication or food or water or comforting needs, I’ll be there. I do not have puppy or kitten experience. I am unsuitable for aggressive dogs. I’m readily currently available on weekdays and weekends. I am available weekdays after 7pm and weekends if after 4pm. Weather may be dependent on conditions on roads locally, and may cause delays. Currently I am taking earlier drop-ins but normal schedule is 4pm. I would pop by your place. I will call or text you in advance as I’m headed over. Varying on your service I would provide most care the pets need. Feeding, fresh water, medications, pet, play or even have talks with the pets too!

About: I have experience with dogs, cats and exotics especially parrots! I have experience with snakes, bearded dragons, rats , Guinea pigs and rats too I’ve watched various neighbors dogs for years and always focus on giving them a fun day since it’s really stressful when your a dog family leaves even for a few days. I currently have no pets at the moment so I can dedicate time to yours! I am working part time so I have a very flexible schedule and my own reliable transportation. With notice I can easily modify my routine to make sure I’m there for your pet In my home I current have it parrot proofed. So we have no chemical or anything toxic that can easily be gotten into. I also make sure not to keep any toxic foods in the house as an extra level of precaution and know that you cannot leave them alone because you never know what any pet will get into especially when their routine is disrupted
