About: I have owned dogs for as long as I can remember and currently have 5 dogs and 1 cat I care for. I also have experience working as a kennel tech for 2.5 years and still currently employed where I do things like Feed, medicate, walk, bathe, vaccinate, and other services clients may ask for. I take care of 5 dogs and 1 cat at home and at work I care for plenty more dogs and cats. I am constantly running around making sure they are fed, medicated, and fully updated with additional services clients request. With my job in an animal hospital I am experienced in seeing changes in dog’s body language and knowing how best to care for them for the current situation. About: I grew up fostering cats with my mom, and volunteering at the shelter a lot. I use to cry when I couldn’t take some of the dogs home or when one of the cats we were fostering found a home lol! I’ve always had a big heart for animals. I’m a school teacher with lots of holidays off! This makes me great for people that travel for the holidays, need weekend care, or even just early morning or afternoons during the week! I have a fenced yard for dogs that stay in my home. If the dog needs to be separate from my dog then I have my second floor for my dog, and bottom floor for the dog visiting. When im at the clients house I do my best to make the animal feel as loved as possible, I know it can be confusing and sad for them when their owner is gone but I want to make it a enjoyable trip!

I believe pets are family and should be treated as such. I currently work remotely, so I have a flexible schedule and have ample time to give all the care and attention that your pet needs. I can stay on property full-time if desired, only stepping away for food runs/necessities. I am prompt and professional. About: I’ve had dogs & have cared for dogs my whole life. I’ve never met a sweet happy tail that I didn’t want to pet or kiss! Their loyalty, love & faithfulness are boundless. The safety, security and companionship an animal provides is all consuming. People come & go but a dog’s love is forever. My experience with dogs is extensive as I’m regularly accustomed to playing, walking, bathing, brushing, cleaning up after & managing sometimes erratic behavior from my own two Maltese boys. Bathing, blow drying, brushing both fur & teeth & cleaning up accidents are my reality every week. I also possess the skill set to care for senior dogs with strict medication schedules, which I did regularly while in college. Apart from this; I have pet sit a litter of baby puppies over the years, beginning at 6 weeks of age. I’m currently available to work any weekdays & weekends. Monday - Friday & do not have any time restrictions. I would be available weekends as well. I’m available for dog walks & pet sit-ins. I have a fenced in yard at home for both of my dogs, but I am also very used to walking pets on a harness & leash to avoid any safety issues. I try to have a spare collar, harness, & leash in the back of my car in case anything unforeseen may arise.

I absolutely love puppies and providing them with a routine. You can rest assured your pup will be in a good home! I don’t have experience with senior dogs or dogs with special needs so please keep this in mind! I make pets priority. During the evenings, I will take your dog and my dog for a long walk in the neighborhood or on the beach. I live on Sanibel Island. I am able to bike or drive to your home to walk your dog!
