“Tracey did a great job with our two fur babies. She was on time for arrival time and very communicative throughout the stay with updates. If she left she’d let me know but would also be sure to take care of the dogs right before she left and was never gone for too long or excessive. We have an elder dog and a younger dog full of energy. She connected well with both of them. She played fetch with them and did a great job sticking to their schedule even if it meant getting up at 4am when our older dog needed to potty. She paid attention to all the little details we talked about with their care instructions during the meet and greet. She was flexible with the stay as our travels home ended up taking us less time to travel back home. The house was the way we left it when we got home. The dog seemed comfortable and happy and not stressed from us being away. She is a true gem and we plan to book her for multiple other planned trips in our future.”

“Latasha was wonderful! All the cats loved her as soon as they met her. She has a natural talent when it comes to getting to know your pets. She sent pictures of our cats to us everyday on vacation and was super responsive on her phone when we wanted to see our pets. It was such a relief knowing that she was here with them. One of the things I appreciated the most was that when we got here it was as clean as when we left it. She took all the notes and she performed the tasks laid out to her exactly like we did with the cats. She also helped keep them on their schedule by following their feeding times. Latasha played with them which is honestly more than I do sometimes. They may have gotten a little spoiled with all the attention lol. Each day she would send images but she'd also send a little story or observation of the cat. That was nice because it helped us to know that they were acting in their usual ways and not sad that we were gone and missed us. I would 1000% book Latasha again. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
