I follow my dogs' usual routine as closely as possible—feeding times, walks, play, and quiet time—to minimize stress. I also make sure they have access to fresh water, cozy resting spots, and lots of affection. If a pet has special needs or preferences, I’m happy to accommodate them. In your home, I treat your home with respect and your pet like family. I stick to their established routine, including feeding, walking, playtime, and any medications or special care. I’m attentive to their behavior and comfort, and I always make sure they feel safe and loved in their familiar surroundings. I also provide regular updates, so you know how things are going while you’re away. I dog sit numerous times for my colleague's senior dog while their family is on vacation and am very reliable. About: I have taken care of animals for neighbors, family friends, and complete strangers for many years. I have multiple animals in my classroom at school including guinea pigs, rabbits, a bearded dragon, and turtles. I also have several dogs and cats of my own! I am an agriculture teacher and FFA advisor. I like to assist families during the summer as well as during the week in the evenings or during longer holiday breaks and weekends. I have a lot of flexibility outside of my normal working hours of 7am-3pm during the school year. I love to ensure that I am comfortable taking your furry family members for a walk either on a loose leash or with a harness. I also enjoy working with families who have invisible fences or fenced in yards which allow the pets to run freely! I am comfortably crating dogs as needed for safety reasons.
