“We love Anna! From the moment she asked if she could come meet my pup before booking, I knew she was amazing. Gracie, my 1 1/2 year old Maltipoo can be challenging and she was so patient and amazing with her. I felt so at ease going to my sister's wedding knowing that someone so caring, reliable, understanding, professional, and communicative was in my home with my fur baby. What I love most about Anna is her love for animals which shines through as soon as you meet her. She will contact you with any questions, which I love, and sent pictures and updates, also love! If you are thinking about booking with Anna, stop thinking and do it. You won't find another person quite like her! If we ever need a sitter again, she will be the first one we call. 💕🐶🐾”

“It was amazing! Adriana stayed at our place with Pelusa for ten days. We came back and Pelusa was happier than ever, in perfect shape, active, spectacular. Pelusa is a very demanding border collie, and it demands both physical and mental activity. Adriana was up to the task. She also kept us updated with pics and asked us if she had any question. She was sweet and caring with Pelusa and you could tell from his reaction when she came back to return the keys. A great experience, couldn't recommend her more. Thanks! ¡Mil gracias!”

“Atxiri helped me watch my dog Freya in my home while I went out for the evening. My pup is a rescue who is still settling in and struggles with separation anxiety, we are working on slowly do desensitizing training but going slowly. Atxiri arrived early and Freya was comfortable with her in just a few minutes as she took the time to sit on the floor with her and let Freya approach at her own pace. She was very responsive via text and sent me lots of fun photos. Additionally, I asked her to keep an eye on a potential cough Freya was experiencing and she provided me with detailed feedback when I returned home. She was very respectful of my home, caring to my dog, and communicative throughout. I highly recommend her!”

About: 📍 Service area includes the Great Neck Peninsula and surrounding areas of Manhasset and Port Washington. ——— ✅ Reliable, Experienced, Ready to Care for Your Pup! 👋🏼 Hi, I’m Christian — a dependable, active dog walker and sitter based in Great Neck, NY. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and house sitting, and I’m currently available for new clients! With years of experience caring for dogs of all breeds and temperaments, I know how important it is to find someone you can trust. I’ve walked everything from Italian Greyhounds to Mastiffs and understand how to handle high-energy pups, leash reactivity, and separation anxiety with calm and care. 🐾 I work fully-remote in legal compliance, which means I have a flexible schedule and can give your dog the attention they need, whether it’s a midday walk, a check-in while you’re at work, or overnight care in your home - my office is wherever my laptop is. 💻 I got my start walking dogs through Wag! as part of the first group of walkers in Boston while studying at Northeastern University. I’ve been a reliable companion to dogs ever since. At home, I live with my fiancé and our labradoodle, Callum — a sweet, goofy 5-year-old who’s taught me a lot about patience, especially when it comes to leash reactivity and anxious pups. 🐕 I’m always happy to do a free meet-and-greet to make sure it’s a great fit. Let’s connect — I’d love to meet you and your dog! 😁 I work from home full time as a legal compliance analyst, so my schedule is very flexible and I’m happy to accommodate your scheduling needs. In both my home and my clients’ homes, I focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I follow any provided routines closely, whether that’s feeding schedules, medication, crate time, or favorite walking routes. I’m attentive to each dog’s specific needs, especially when it comes to things like leash reactivity or separation anxiety, which I’ve personally dealt with and fully understand. My remote work schedule gives me the flexibility to give pets my full attention throughout the day, not just during quick visits or walks.

“Titi Angie was great and extremely professional. We had her house sit Ralphie while we were out of the country and she was super responsive and communicative. Ralphie was super happy and took to her quickly, we felt so at ease with her taking care of Ralphie.”

About: I’m a proud dog mom to a 5-year-old Shiba Inu and have also cared for friends’ and neighbors’ dogs and cats over the years. As a pet owner myself, I completely understand the worry that comes with being away from your furry companion. That’s why I treat every pet in my care as if they were my own—with patience, love, and attention to detail. I'm responsive, reliable, and committed to making sure both you and your pet feel safe and comfortable. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate quality time to caring for your pet. I’m available for daytime check-ins and walks, and I can easily adjust to your pet’s routine and specific needs to help them feel comfortable and cared for. In your home, I’ll follow your pet’s routine closely—whether it’s feeding schedules, walk times, or play preferences—to keep things familiar and stress-free. I always treat your home with respect and maintain a clean, safe environment for your pet. You’ll receive regular updates with messages, photos, or videos, so you can feel confident knowing your pet is in good hands while you're away.

“Keoma was a pleasure to work with as an in-house sitter for my elderly dog. He is high need, including needing multiple doses of medication each day and Keoma was very attentive to him. She was always quick to respond, sent me lots of photos and videos, and left the apartment as she found it. I will definitely trust Keoma with my dog in the future.”

About: Hi there! My name is Lauryn, and I’m a dedicated pet care professional with over four years of experience in both professional and volunteer animal care. I’ve had the joy of working with dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, and energy levels—from playful puppies to senior pets requiring extra TLC. I pride myself on being a loving, responsible, and fun caregiver, always ensuring your furry family members feel safe, happy, and well cared for. With professional training in basic animal medical care, including medication administration and pet CPR certification, you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is in capable hands. Whether your pet needs a leisurely stroll, an energetic adventure, or just some extra love and attention while you’re away, I’m here to provide top-quality care tailored to their needs. Let’s make sure your pet gets the best care possible! I’d love to meet you and your furry friend—reach out anytime! I am available from Sunday- Wednesday 9am- 2pm every other week; and Sunday-Wednesday 9am-8pm. I work at an animal emergency hospital so I will be out of the city outside of these times. Depending on if I am able to take the pet with me to work at the emergency hospital which they allow I can provide the proper care when it comes to at home sitting and walkings. I am very skilled at walking hyperactive dogs. I do not under any circumstances allow dogs to be off leash, Only if it is in a fenced reserved area. This is for many reasons mainly the dogs safety and others. On hot days I collapsible water bowls, and bags to pick up after them. I do not allow interactions with other unknown animals due to contracted diseases, illnesses or fleas (No kennel cough on my watch!!), or unknown reactions of other dogs. When it comes to house sitting or visits, I make sure the parent provides a list of (contact information, preferred food, possible health conditions, medications needed to be administered, toys they like, commands, emergency primary veterinarian contact, placed they don’t like to be petted, etc). I like to have daily check ups or however many times the parent wants to check up on them or updates. I am able to provide Zoom calls or FaceTime calls with the animal if needed. As for daily physical activity, if there is a specific reserved area or park where there aren’t many dogs and your animal is well trained, we may go play at the park or out for a run for a short time. The safety and happiness of your furry loved one is my first priority when in my care!

“John was responsible and reliable. We felt so comfortable leaving our pups and our home in his care. He was super responsive and came to meet the dogs before the care began. Thank you John!”

About: Having 2 dogs of my own, I know how much clients/dogs owners care for their babies. They need to be fed, exercised, trained and taken care of as if they were little kids. That's what I do with my own 2 dogs and that's what I would do with any other dog under my care. My goal is to create a trusting and safe environment for the dog and return him or her to their owner as happy as ever.

“Antoinette is lovely and our dog, Larry, really enjoyed being with her! She clearly loves dogs - took Larry for a great long walk - and sent pics to us! I highly recommend her!”

“My dog is feisty and doesn’t get along well with nearly anyone, but she loved Sara! Very responsible and communicative in important situations. She stayed at our apartment and left it cleaner than we did! Would highly recommend!”

About: I have experience with dogs of all ages, and I am an expert puppy trainer. I am well versed in all the basics of walking, feeding, giving medications and comforting a dog when sleeping in a new environment. My experience has also helped me to develop fun training activities that will ensure that your pet will enjoy their time with me and possibly return to you with some new tricks to show you. I work from home so I have a lot of time to spend hanging out with dogs. I also love my clients that require extra walks because it’s a great reminder for me to get away from the computer screen and get some fresh air. I have a wide empty entry way in my apartment, perfect for my daycare clients to get comfortable. I also have a large fenced in backyard for us to play in when the dogs need to burn off a bit more energy.

About: I love dogs and have had them my whole life. My dog Peanut, who’s in my profile picture with me, is my pride and joy, and I plan on taking care of him when I have my own home. My parents are out of town for work quite often, so I have cared for him on my own for extended periods of time, and I love spending time with him. I helped crate train him when he was younger as well, on top of other skills. I would love to help take care of others’ pets, and get to know everyone’s amazing animals! I’m a full time college student, and go to school on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, so I will definitely have weekday availability to anyone in the city who needs pet care. I’ll be mostly available in the afternoon, but I also have my hours available on my profile. I have one small-medium size, very friendly dog at home, and a fenced in backyard in a quiet neighborhood. I would prefer to do visits in the clients home, because I do live with my family, however depending on the dog it may be possible.

About: I’ve taken care of pets of various friends and neighbors over the last few years. I have always wanted a pet of my own and treat every pet like they are. I am a hard and detail oriented worker. I will clearly communicate with you how your pet is doing as well as sending pictures and videos. I am currently a teacher on summer break so I have nothing but time to come and play with your pups! Nothing would be more fun for me than to get to take your dog for a walk and have some quality playtime with them while we enjoy the summer sun! I have experienced both dog and cat sitting while clients and friends of mine have gone on vacation. I have taken dogs for walks, cleaned out litter boxes, fed them, and enjoyed some playtime. Unfortunately, my apartment does not allow pets so I cannot have one of my own, but I would be more than happy to care for your pet in your home.

About: I’ve walked many dogs of all sizes and shapes, and I’ve also done overnight dog sitting at my home, including hypoallergenic breeds. I treat every dog like my own, giving them personalized care, attention, and lots of love. I’m reliable, communicative, and always make sure your dog feels safe, happy, and well exercised. Pet care works perfectly into my schedule. I am a freelance photographer and videographer so my schedule is pretty much free this summer since most of my work comes to me and I am free to choose. Whether your dog stays with me or I come to you, I keep their routine consistent and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. At my home, I offer a clean, calm environment with plenty of play, rest, and attention. In your home, I’m respectful of your space and follow all care instructions closely, providing updates so you always know your pet is in good hands.

“Andrew stayed at our home for a week to care for our rescue dog, Melvin, and our cat, Dolce—and he was absolutely incredible. Melvin is usually slow to trust new people, but thanks to Andrew’s calm, patient energy, they bonded beautifully early on in the stay. By the end of the week, Melvin was completely attached, and we were honestly amazed at how well it went. Dolce also got all the love and care she needed. Andrew was respectful of our home, incredibly reliable, and easy to communicate with. We came back to happy pets and a spotless house. This was our first time working with Andrew, and it won’t be the last—highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and kind pet sitter!”

Saddle Rock pet parents share their Rover experiences
We had a great experience with Sally as our dog walker and sitter for Henry. She was flexible with scheduling, which made things much easier for us. Sally was attentive and caring, making sure Henry got plenty of exercise and attention. Her friendly attitude made her easy to communicate with, and we appreciated the updates she sent us while we were away. We highly recommend Sally to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter. Henry certainly enjoyed his time with her!

Zoe did a fantastic job pet sitting at my home while I was traveling. From the moment we met, I felt completely at ease leaving my dog, Emmett, in her care. She was professional, kind, and got along well with my shy dog. Throughout the stay, I received regular updates and photos and it was clear that my dog was being well looked after. I highly recommend Zoe to anyone looking for a responsible and loving dog sitter!
Kelsey watched our two German shepherds for us overnight and she was incredible. We have a very large, anxious and hyper 2 year old and a 4 month old puppy so we were very nervous about leaving them at all let alone overnight, however Kelsey met with us beforehand and we instantly knew she was warm, responsible, and a true animal lover so she was the perfect sitter for our pups. When we got back from our trip, our home was incredibly clean and our dogs were happier and safer than ever. We highly recommend Kelsey!!
