“They were extremely accommodating with our pick up and drop off schedule. I have used river maybe five or six times in the past, and that last time I use them I had a very bad experience with poor communication and people were so polite and had a beautiful property and kept in constant communication with plenty of pictures and when it was time for me to pick up my dog, we had a lot of traffic and we’re over an hour late and they were happy to oblige. I will definitely leave my stellar with him anytime and I plan to leave her with them in the future anytime I need a sitter. They sent me lots of pictures. They even went as far as printing out some pictures for us, and they gave Stella a little bandanna like she would have when she left a groomer. They were very polite and had a great backyard, and my dog was very happy when I picked her up, so I know that they treated her well. They are definitely an A+ sitter. I highly recommend them and I have used the multiple times was good and bad and I had nothing but good things to say about them.”

“Heather was amazing! I was very nervous at first with leaving my dog over night with anyone but she made Asher feel at home and that was very comforting. She kept me updated through the day with pictures and videos and was very responsive with all my questions. I will definitely be reaching out to Heather for the future. “Desi and Marilyn are fantastic! They are very kind and clearly love and understand animals. They were able to get my anxious Bernadoodle around other dogs in a gentle way that didn’t seem to overwhelm my pup. The set up for dogs is amazing. These dogs are probably having a better time than the owners on vacation. The responsiveness to any texts was within a min and included some pictures which is fantastic for a nervous first time Rover boarder parent. I would highly recommend them for any pets stay.”

“Rebecca and Danny took excellent care of my giant baby. I could tell when he got dropped of that he'd had plenty of exercise and he felt very close to Danny. He even gave him his version of a goodbye hug. (Which basically means he leans his entire body into you for a snuggle.) Would definitely Board Amadeus with them again!”
