“Aaron took the time to come over before petsitting to meet the animals and learn about the routine. He even took my dog on a short walk as part of the introduction. I felt very comfortable leaving him in charge of my pets and house. Everything went smoothly and Aaron was pleasant and communicative throughout.”

“Bella was very kind and attentive. This was our first time leaving our pups with a sitter and she exceeded our expectations. We left very detailed notes and she was very thorough and followed directions. It helped make it easier on us and our dogs! Also, one of our dogs ended up on medication during the time we were gone and Bella was able to give her medicine everyday. She was easy to stay in contact with and gave us updates regularly. We highly recommend her.”

“Cassie was the perfect sitter for our pooch. She spent nine hours over two days with our dog Ginger who was never happier, but a little sullen when Cassie had to go. Cassie was punctual, totally professional and kept in close touch during her time with Ginger, sending updates and photos. We most highly recommend Cassie as the best sitter for your dog! She was a pleasure to work with.”

“Andrew was great! He took excellent care of Willow and sent photos throughout my time away. Willow peed on my couch while I was gone and he got supplies to clean it and it is like it never happened. I would recommend booking with Andrew.”

“Colin is an outstanding young man who went above & beyond while watching our dog & cat while we were away for the weekend. From the meet & greet before the overnight stay, we could tell that Colin was an animal lover & very experienced in caring for pets. While away, Colin went above & beyond in making sure Memphis & Knox were extra loved on and cared for, and even sent daily updates with photos/videos. We don’t trust just anyone to care for our pets, and without hesitation would recommend Colin to anyone looking for pet care!”

About: Along with cats and dogs I have cared for multiple reptiles such as pythons and geckos, rabbits, hamsters and ferrets. Your pets are family and I will care for them as if they are mine. I am currently a part-time sitter as I’m also in college. I’m free any time during weekends, but I work as a Vet tech for an emergency clinic during the week so my schedule on rover isn’t always accurate. I try to be as flexible as I can :) I will follow instructions given and always ask the client first before an action if unsure. Your pet will be given the best care and my utmost attention.

About: I have taken care of all sorts of animals since I was 10 years old! Horses, chickens, cows, donkeys, fish, hamsters, goats, sheep, rats, kittens, dogs, etc! I am happy to help with any pet needs! I have recently graduated from college and am working part time working towards full time! Pet sitting and care fit well into my routine as I typically work 4 hour shifts at a time leaving great time to check in with pets! My weeks are flexible just reach out if you have any questions! I try to have what is best for my animals including fenced in yards and proper food, cages, and medicines. Although I do not offer boarding, I will make absolutely certain your animals stay safe in my care!

About: Animal lover with a passion for pet sitting, I offer personalized care with a unique blend of patience, creativity, and a deep understanding of animal behavior. I am a full time student but with an easy class schedule. I am available any day and have flexible hours. I would be able to come home and care for pets at any time. I have a very clean home and safe for animals. I have a porched balcony and a nice backyard. I would be able to house animals for one day or a week!

About: I’ve lived on a farm for most of my life, I’ve had many years of experience taking care of all sorts of animals as well as any types of administrative medicine and training! Pet care is always a joy to me, as a college student I try I balance life and school the same. Although I focus on my dreams in the near future I always go back to my roots with growing up with animals it’s my passion. My own animals at home which range from a variety of large farm animals and regular domesticated animals, I have a deep respect for animals and how they feel living in their environment. I believe all animals deserve the same treatment and respect, whether that be regular feeding and walking or even just playing with toys, I love making them feel special and comfortable.

“Sarah kept me updated on how things were going, and she was always prompt to respond to my messages - two things that are highly important to me! My boy is a typical small dog and can be a little fiesty but he seemed to warm to Sarah very quickly! I had to find a pet sitter at the last minute when my scheduled sitter got sick and Sarah was flexible and accommodating so that I didn’t have to change any plans!”

About: I’ve grown up with childhood dogs of all kinds from tiny chihuahuas and mini labradoodles to big breeds like Saint Bernards. I’ve learned that every dog is different, and their care really depends on their breed, personality, and routine. I’ve helped care for my siblings’ pets, looked after cats and dogs for neighbors, and I’m confident handling different energy levels, sizes, and needs. I’m also a runner, so I love taking active dogs on longer walks, but I’m just as happy keeping older or more anxious pets company and making sure they feel safe and calm. I’m currently working two on-campus jobs this summer, but I still have plenty of flexibility throughout the week. I’m usually available for dog walks or check ins in the mornings, late afternoons, or early evenings, depending on the day. I’m great at keeping a routine and following instructions closely, and I’ll always make sure your pet is cared for on time. I live in a quiet campus dorm that’s clean, calm, and pet-safe. There’s nothing harmful lying around, and I’m happy to let pets on the bed or bring in a dog bed if needed. It’s a simple space, but I make sure it’s comfortable and welcoming. I’ll take your pet out for regular walks and give them plenty of attention while they’re here.

About: I have a dog myself (4 years old) and I understand how hard it is to find someone to take care of your dogs while you’re away. I would absolutely love if you trust me to watch your babies and I will send you lots of pictures and updates if you’re comfortable with that. I’m a graduate student at Appalachian State and live super close to campus so I’m at my apartment most of the day when I’m not in class. I am quite flexible, I do live in an apartment so a lot of what I’ll do with be out and about or playing with my dog if they’re good together. I am available to watch them often and I’m the only one on the home so you don’t have to worry about them running away for any reason.
