They understand our dog’s communication style. Let him be a dog. Play like a puppy. But also balanced it with the guidance and directions he is used to. Both Ken and Kelly were exactly what we hoped for when we signed up for care. We drove 40 minutes to drop him off and pick him up. Both my husband and I believe it is worth it. Previously Tripp had been boarded at a kennel. I started using Rover in hopes that he would get more interaction with dogs and humans while we were gone. Boy! Did Ken and Kelly do that!
