About: I've grown up with dogs, cats, and other small animals in the home all my life. I also have years of experience with equine care. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, bathe, and care for their pets. I've had dogs of all ages, so I have experience with both seniors and puppies. Though I have a part-time job, my availability is still quite flexible. Your pet will be housed with mine and treated just as my own. I have a spacious fenced-in yard and plenty of indoor space. My two very friendly dogs will keep your fur baby company. Crates are also available if needed.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 15 years and truly enjoy building trust with each animal I work with. I have experience with in-home dog sitting for families while they are on vacation, as well as daytime dog walking and regular drop-in visits. I’ve even cared for and traveled with pets of A-list celebrities! Over the years, I’ve primarily cared for medium and large dogs of all personalities, and energy levels, and I’m comfortable adapting to each pet’s unique needs and routine. I prioritize consistent visits, walks, and check-ins so each pet gets reliable care and lots of attention. At home I have a black lab! I care for pets as if they were my own, with a focus on safety, consistency, and lots of attention. I follow their usual routines as closely as possible with feeding schedules, walks, and playtime so they experience minimal disruption.

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and caring for them has always been a big part of my daily routine. I currently have three dogs and five cats, so I’m very comfortable handling multiple pets with different personalities and needs. Through my own pets, I have experience with feeding schedules, walking dogs, cleaning litter boxes, administering basic care, and making sure animals feel safe and comfortable. I’m used to high-energy pets as well as shy or more independent ones. Because I care for several animals at home, I understand how important it is to trust the person looking after your pet. During visits, I make sure pets have fresh water, are fed properly, get exercise or playtime, and receive plenty of attention so they feel comfortable while their owner is away. I also keep their space clean, such as scooping litter boxes or cleaning up after dogs during walks. Since I care for several pets at home myself, I understand how important it is to be patient and attentive with animals of different personalities. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, cared for, and relaxed until their owner returns.

Plenty of love I have to give, but I also have the experience of 35 years as a science teacher. I’m well-versed in how animals like dogs and cats talk to us through their gestures. Dogs evolved with humans, and I understand that relationship and how dogs meet our emotional needs. Please read my first four reviews which I received from pet owners that I served even before signing up with Rover. The pet owner decides when treats are allowed, if table scraps are allowed, and how much food to give. The dog decides when it wants to go potty. 😉 Just in case, I usually take the dog out before it decides and always before any discomfort. Snuggles welcome. 🐾🥰😻 When serving you and your pet, I like to send pictures. We can also use FaceTime or Zoom to check in. 🐶🤩 At age 61, I’ve been a retired teacher for 3 years, and my activity level allows me to run or play with your beloved dog. In your home, I follow instructions and do the routine for your beloved just like you would. However, if I’m allowed to give more snuggles, or more walks, or more training than you normally have time for, I’m at your service.

About: I have the most experience caring for Dogs and Cats but have also cared for Fish, Rabbits, a Tortoise, and a Bearded Dragon. I am open to caring for other types of animals. I currently provide childcare 2-3 days per week and will have to schedule around that. I can be somewhat flexible, so if you need help on a day I have marked unavailable, ask.
