About: I was raised with pets and have had a dog for over 30 years. Zara is my new sweetheart she's a shepherd husky mix and she's a year and a half old. I will only be dog sitting or dog boarding for ONE PUP at a time to give the utmost personalized attention.🐶♥️ I am retired and at this time I'm only offering drop off daycare and boarding Thursday through Sunday... We will only be outside in the cooler times of the day and can use the sprinkler if you allow. Your dog will be allowed on the couch and I am very good with giving specialized feeding as my dog has some healthy add-ons for her kibble daily. About: I’ve had pets my whole life growing up! I got my first on cat (Katniss) as a freshman in college, and she is now 12 years old and thriving well! I got my first dog (Albus) the next year and he is a 106 pounds black lab who is also doing very well. I am a teacher so I am off from June-July 20 all day, every day. I can show up on short notice and stay for extended periods if needed! My schedule for the next 2 months is extremely flexible, and I’m willing to work with your schedule as well! I have a dog and a cat of my own, so I’m very experienced caring for multiple pets in a home environment. I have a condo in Metairie a block from the levee where I can take a dog on a good walk, and my parents house in mandeville with a fenced yard where pets can safely play and get fresh air. I can easily crate your dog or cat if needed, follow any specific feeding, medication, or routine instructions, and provide plenty of love, attention, and enrichment. About: I’ve been around and caring for dogs for as long as I can remember, and caring for animals has always been a passion of mine. My dream has always been to open a rescue of my own one day! I work from home most days of the week and am rarely gone for more than a few hours for in-person meetings. I provide lots of walks along the greenway and time in my fenced yard too. I keep my dog on a predictable schedule of feeding and walks and provide toys for stimulation. I always keep fresh water available both inside and outside so that they are not dehydrated. I am divorced and have my sons every other week. They are in middle and high school and are confident and comfortable around dogs. However, your dog will be cared for by me. Although they will likely want to play with your dog too!
