My dogs were happy, comfortable, and clearly had a great time with her. It gave me peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. I highly recommend Nolvia to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter! 🐶💕”

About: It is with great pleasure that I offer my service as an outstanding dog walker and pet sitter. I bring professionalism, reliability, and deep love for animals to assure that your fur baby will always be treated as one of my own while they are in my care! I have spent decades caring for multiple dogs of every breed, size, age, and temperament, from energetic puppies and high-drive working breeds to senior dogs with health and mobility issues, as well as many anxious rescues. I consistently demonstrate calm competence combined with genuine affection. I have a keen understanding of canine body language and can sense subtle stress signals quickly, thereby allowing me to adjust playtime, walks and routines accordingly in the moment. Whether providing daily neighborhood walks, longer adventure outings, overnight stays, or extended boarding, I treat every dog as a special individual and am therefore able to offer them affection, love and support while maintaining a firm “leader of the pack” demeanor. I am retired and spend my full time at home with my 8 year old super friendly Brittany, Scout, going on long walks and to the dog park. I have had 20+ dogs of all sizes and breeds, from puppyhood through old age with various infirmities, and I want to dedicate my time to helping my clients feel 100% secure that their fur babies are being cared for as they would be at home with their own family! All babies get free run of my home, are allowed on furniture and I am always well stocked with toys, treats and various beds for lounging, should they so prefer. I have a large, fenced, shaded backyard and a doggie door so dogs have the option to go out any time but I also spend a lot of time outside under the gazebo watching them play.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life growing up! I got my first on cat (Katniss) as a freshman in college, and she is now 12 years old and thriving well! I got my first dog (Albus) the next year and he is a 106 pounds black lab who is also doing very well. I am a teacher so I am off from June-July 20 all day, every day. I can show up on short notice and stay for extended periods if needed! My schedule for the next 2 months is extremely flexible, and I’m willing to work with your schedule as well! I have a dog and a cat of my own, so I’m very experienced caring for multiple pets in a home environment. I have a condo in Metairie a block from the levee where I can take a dog on a good walk, and my parents house in mandeville with a fenced yard where pets can safely play and get fresh air. I can easily crate your dog or cat if needed, follow any specific feeding, medication, or routine instructions, and provide plenty of love, attention, and enrichment. Whether the service is at my home or yours, my goal is always to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away.

My home is located in a quiet, private neighborhood and features a large, fully fenced and gated backyard, giving pets plenty of room to safely explore, play, and relax.
“My first time using Rover and I picked the perfect person. I’ve had my dog for 9 years and always been too nervous to let anyone besides family babysit lol. This was a pleasant experience and I genuinely appreciate how simple Rachelle made it. Thanks so much Rachelle ♥️”

I am also responsible and reliable, so you can trust that your pet will be in good hands while you're away. Can’t wait to meet your pup! The job that I have right now is only part-time. I am in school but all of my classes are online, so my schedule is pretty flexible. Everytime I am in a clients home I make sure to return it exactly how I found it. A home should be your safe space so I wouldn’t want to make any client feel uncomfortable when they get back.

I will always care for your animal as i would my own. ( spoiled ) I have a good availability and experience with all ages of pets. Including training to elderly animals who need special care. “Bianca was amazing. She was quick to respond and was so excited to see Oscar. She sent us some pictures of Oscar, exploring the house and being himself which made us feel very good. If we’re ever back in New Orleans, we will reach out again.”

“Kimba came for a drop in with Natasha’s and had a great evening. She got her walks and dinner. We will definitely use Natasha again!! She also has great New Orleans music advice!”

About: I grew up in an animal loving home and have had them as pets since birth. Since I can remember, I have been the one friends and family have called on to care for pets, young and old, healthy and injured. I have fostered and owned dogs with dog aggression issues and have a special place in my heart for these often misunderstood souls. I am comfortable walking with them and have the physicality to maintain control and safety. As an avid walker, one of the best joys in life is walking side by side with a canine companion. I believe in taking care of animals like children, with love warmth, attention, cuddles, positive reinforcement and boundaries. I have had the pleasure to raise 3 dogs from puppyhood until their elder life cycle and am very comfortable with aging doggos and those with special needs. I also work part time in a grooming shop, so I can get your baby squeaky clean and beautiful for you. I am currently working part-time in a grooming shop a couple days a week and I work from remotely from home part-time. Saying that, my schedule is very open to spend time with animals. I live within walking distance of City Park and walk almost daily. I have open yard that is not fenced in but I have temporary fencing that I can use for dogs who require more outside time than lengthy walks. I have several crates that I can setup for dogs that need them or if you don't want to transport your own. I follow the owners lead if dogs are allowed on furniture, but if so, they are welcome to cuddle on the couch. I prefer that dogs sleep in their own bed, one of my loaner beds or a crate. I will honor the owners feeding schedule as to make the transition easy for everyone. I do have 2 cats in the home who have grown up around dogs their whole life and are generally ambivalent to them. I send daily photo updates and generally treat your baby as my own while in my care.
About: I have always taken care of animals my whole life. I’m a true caregiver, putting the animals needs above everything else. I also work from home, and have a flexible schedule to give the best individualized care to each animal. I set my own schedule during the week, which allows me to spend real quality time with your animal. I work from home, and I have flexible availability. I pay close attention to the animal’s needs. I make sure they are entertained if they need to burn off energy, and have water and a comfy spot if they need to rest. I have decades of experience taking care of all different types and ages of animals with special needs.
