They were very accommodating to a very short notice overnight boarding. They sent me updates and pictures throughout Piper’s stay and she was very happy and tired whenever I picked her up. If I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely be contacting them. 😊

I would give Brittney 10 stars if they were available. She is the 5th or 6th Rover sitter I have used (in three different states) and though all were good, she is by far the best. At our meet and greet, she had a form and asked more questions than I would have thought of. And she took notes. I received several photos and updates while I was gone. My girl came home happy and tired (a good thing) and I know she will be happy to return to Brittney's the next time I travel. And I won't worry that she is being well taken care of. Many thanks and kudos to Brittney.

Perfect boarding experience with Melana who really did go above and beyond what I was expecting. Great communication with a warm and friendly personality. She used an AI app to create a great Christmas photo of my Schnauzer who had a great visit playing with a Corgi. Highest marks, totally recommend and looking forward to my next booking with my favorite boarder.

Sherri has been amazing for my dog’s first time boarding. She listens to what your dog’s needs are, shares updates on the daily; even her dog, Winston, is a wonderful playmate.

About: I raised my dog Rocky from when he was a puppy, so I’m experienced in caring for pets of all ages. I’ve pet sit many times before learning about Rover. Every pet is different, and I’m prepared to do my best to meet your pet’s individual needs. I believe a routine is incredibly beneficial to pet care, which is why Rocky is part of my routine. If your pet is staying with me they will be feed and walked first thing in the morning. Potty breaks throughout the day for pets with more frequent needs. Then second feeding and walk at approximately 6:30 pm. If I’m sitting at your place, if your pet has its own routine we will follow it, if not I will adopt a routine based on the environment. Previously, my house was a 3 dog 3 cat house. After some relationship changes, it’s just me and Rocky. Rocky is completely submissive, although he’s a Goldmation he very much embodies golden retriever energy, and gets along with pets of all shapes and sizes (like I said, 3 cats) When sitting at your house you can be sure that both your home and pets will be cared for. Cleaning is one of my favorite activities, so you might find your house is even a bit more tidy than you left it. And Rocky is very low maintenance and stays home when I pet sit, meaning that if you want me to spend as much time at your place as possible, I can do that.

Rebekah & William are amazing! They have a warm and fun personality that makes both humans and dogs feel welcomed. They took excellent care of our Sebastian - I’m sure he felt like he was staying at grandma and grandpa’s because he was so spoiled with attention and with their huge backyard. We especially loved all the photos and videos they sent - brought a huge comfort to us. Your pup will be well taken care with them. Hoping to use their services again.

About: Hi! I’m Loretta — lifelong dog lover, proud rescue pup mom, and your pet’s new favorite human. 🐶💛 My kids and I share our home with our sweet rescue, Lucy, who’s friendly, playful, and always up for a game of zoomies or a neighborhood stroll. I know how busy life gets — work, school, travel — and I’m here to make sure your furry family member gets the care, love, and attention they deserve while you’re away. Services I offer: 🐕 Drop-in visits for potty breaks, playtime, and snuggles 🚶 Long or short walks to match your dog’s energy level 🏡 Dog sitting with plenty of love and belly rubs 🎾 Playdates with Lucy for social, dog-friendly pups Whether you have an energetic pup who needs a good romp or a senior dog who just wants gentle company, I’ll treat them like one of my own. Expect lots of tail wags, happy photos, and total peace of mind. 📩 Let’s set up a meet-and-greet — your pup will thank you! 🐾 work night shift three nights a week, which means I’m available most days for drop-in visits, walks, or midday playtime. I can also care for your pup while you’re away at work, making sure they get the exercise, company, and love they need. At home, I have a fenced backyard with plenty of space to run, plus a small doggie pool for cooling off on hot days. Inside, my pet-friendly setup is perfect for lounging on the couch or gazing out the window to “monitor” the neighborhood. On the evenings I’m not working, I’m available for evening visits and will give your furry friends the best care and attention possible. I love being outdoors — we can stay active with trips to the park, long walks, or a good game of fetch in the yard. While my own dog, Lucy, is very social and loves to play, I also happily accommodate dogs who are shy or prefer quiet one-on-one time. I have a fully fenced yard with plenty of space for safe roaming and play. In our home, we believe our space is our pup’s space — they’re welcome to snuggle where we snuggle. We can enjoy walks around the neighborhood, play ball in the yard, take trips to the park, or simply relax together. My dog, Lucy, is friendly and sociable, and can be a wonderful playmate for dogs who enjoy socializing. If your pup prefers alone time, I can easily accommodate that as well. All dogs are welcome to sleep wherever they’re most comfortable — whether that’s curled up with the family, on their own bed, or in a kennel. Your dog’s comfort and safety always come first.

This is the second time Sarah has watched my dog. Again, she did a great job. My dog was happy playing with the other dogs and Sarah's daughter. I plan on booking with her again.

Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Royal home-away-from-home, we recommend packing:

  • Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
  • Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

Many sitters in AR ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
