She also included Beau with her personal errands such as, going to the nursery and planting things, making a run to the farmers market, and including him with social get-togethers with other humans - which he loves. It’s clear Beau feels Jen‘s home is a “home away from home”. We feel very fortunate and grateful for the services that Jen provided during Beau’s stay. She has always been super reliable and my dogs love it at her place. She has plenty of room to run and play. She often sends me pictures if my dogs when I’m traveling. “100% Awesome!! We have two male Shelties: a mellow senior 13 yo Yogi and the total opposite high-energy 2 yo Jonah. We usually take our boys with us on trips, but this was our 15th wedding anniversary and we planned on some long days in the Redwoods, hiking and beach. All the way back to when she was a little kid she has always taken care of animals whether it was her pet or bottle feeding baby kittens found abandoned with out a mama cat and helping them finding a forever home. In high school she was part of the agriculture program known as the Future Farmers of America (FFA) where she raised 5 animals from pigs, goats and a steer for school projects. Her commitment to animals was recognized by her teachers and classmates and was nominated and elected as a class officer. Now in College she is majoring in Agriculture education with the hopes of one day possibly becoming a High School Agriculture teacher and once again being part of the Future Farmers of America or becoming an Agriculture college professor.
