“Elliot was a great pet-sitter, house-sitter and companion for our kitten Pinot! With his daily updates and pix, we had great piece of mind knowing that Pinot was is good hands and had lots of play time when we were away.”

“Nicole is an absolute gem of a house and pet sitter! From the moment I left, I felt completely at ease knowing my cat, Arrow, was in such caring hands. She sent sweet photo updates every day—each one a little love note from home—and responded to my messages with lightning speed and so much warmth. When I returned, my house was spotless, cozy, and serene. Nicole had even washed and made the bed, which felt like the most thoughtful welcome home. Arrow was happy, relaxed, and clearly adored—his energy said it all. It’s rare to find someone so kind, attentive, and respectful of both your space and your beloved pet. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nicole for any house sitting or pet sitting needs. She’s a true caretaker, and I feel so lucky to have found her!”

“Rachel was wonderful. The pups loved her. The house was well taken care of. She is very responsible and sent lovely updates and pictures. Would definitely use her again. This was our first time using Rover and it was a great experience.”

“Lupin and Blackberry both LOVE Nyah and it’s only the second visit! Lupin jumped In her lap right away and blackberry came right up to her for pets! Nyah has been so flexible and reliable!”

“Amazing! Toni stayed at our place for 9 nights with our dog. She was totally reliable and communicated very thoughtfully. We were concerned since it was the first time we had hired someone we didn't know to take care of our cherished girl, but Toni put us at ease and we were able to enjoy our vacation without worry. She even stayed home with Fiona during the 4th of July fireworks, because she gets very nervous. She made sure that our pup got long walks, love and treats, and that she stayed cool during a heat wave. Our house is quirky, and Toni handled it just fine. The house was also spotless when we came home. It was obvious that she bonded with our dog, and made her feel loved. We will definitely be asking Toni to housesit next time we go out of town!”

“Michelle was absolutely fantastic! Her calm, gentle presence instantly put my dogs at ease, and they bonded with her right away. She cared for them with genuine warmth and professionalism, and I returned to happy, relaxed pups. I would gladly have her watch them again without hesitation.”

About: I have hands-on experience caring for both cats and dogs, including shy rescues, playful puppies, and senior pets. I’m gentle, reliable, and deeply passionate about animals. I’ve volunteered at a cat lounge and understand how to build trust with nervous pets. What sets me apart is my patience, strong communication, and the love I put into every visit—I treat every animal like family. Pet care fits easily into my routine since my schedule is completely open. I’m available daily for feeding, playtime, walks, grooming, and any special care needed. I love animals and always prioritize making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I follow routines, respect their space, and create a calm, trusting environment.

About: I grew up having cats and dogs my whole life. I adopted my own cat in August of 2023, which has been the best experience of my life! I love all animals and would love to help other busy pet owners! 💛 I just moved to Santa Rosa and I am still looking for a full-time job. I have all the time in the world to care for your babies! I am willing to accommodate to most any pet needs. My goal is to make your fur baby comfy and happy, whether it’s in their own home or mine. My cat is absolutely spoiled and I will treat your animals the same!

“Cloe was great staying with our boys while we were away for a few nights. They were well loved and well taken care of and when we can home the house was in great shape. I will be booking Cloe again next time we need a dog sitter.”

“I had the pleasure of hiring Madeleine to take care of my dog, Cash, while I was away for the holidays, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! From the very first interaction, it was clear that Madeleine is not only professional but also genuinely passionate about dogs. She took the time to understand Cash's needs, preferences, and quirks, which put my mind at ease. During the time Madeleine was with Cash, I received regular updates and adorable photos, which really made my day while I was away. It was evident that she provided plenty of love, attention, and playtime. Cash was happy and well-cared for, which speaks volumes about the quality of care provided. She even gave him a new toy. Madeleine is reliable and communicated effectively. I felt confident knowing that Cash was in such capable hands. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your dog like family, look no further than Madeleine. I will definitely be booking her again in the future! Thank you, Madeleine, for your amazing service!”

We will definitely have her stay at our house again. She’s an exceptional animal person that can be trusted. About: I grew up in a household that always had a pet dog, cat and at times other rodents and reptiles. I have always loved animals, so I helped a lot with pet care at home and with neighbors. Horses have aways been my favorite, I started lessons at 10 and started working around 14. I am 26 and have been in the industry since then. I have ranch sat for properties with over 100 different individual animals including horses, pigs, goats, sheep, llamas, chickens, dove, quail, rabbits, dogs and cats. I have also had job positions where I am solely responsible for 8 horses on a remote ranch on an island with no vet on it. Although this is less dog experience it shows my ability to handle responsibility and provide excellent house sitting and animal care. I have also watched and helped care for roommates and friends' dogs and cats throughout my life. Basically, my life has always involved caring for a plethora of animals including dogs and cats. I just moved back home after travelling and I do not have a set routine yet. Therefore, I am currently available whenever! This will eventually change. I care for pets with the utmost attention to detail with the goal of having a good time! I am very respectful of other people's spaces, beliefs, training methods, etc. When caring for pets in a client's home it is fairly simple. I just follow the instructions given and ask questions as needed. The important thing in my opinion is clear communication. I try to maintain the pet's routine as closely as possible as I believe that helps decrease stress in transition and change. I am very active so love to take dogs on walks and runs. I love spending time with animals, but I do provide firm boundaries. Unless I am asked to use a handling methodology or strategy, I mostly use positive reinforcement and reserve negative reinforcement for potential dangerous situations.

About: Though i’m more of a cat person, i love dogs very much as well. I’ve always walked dogs for my neighbors, as well as my own dog, Sophia! I am at a point in my work life where I am relatively free, leaving me lots of time to spend with your fuzzy friends! One thing I am always extra careful of is making sure I respect animals boundaries. I will never force an animal to be social, and I prioritize comfort and safety at all times.

“Kelli was an absolute dream. Our house was spotless when we returned and the pups and kitties so well taken care of. She put my mind at ease from day one and the pictures she sent of the pups twice a day helped me feel not so far away. I highly recommend Kelli for any kind of petsitting. We were gone 9 days and that felt like a lot, but she made it so much easier.”

“Kayla was amazing and took such great care of our dog and house while we were out of town! I would highly recommend her for any Rover services. She is very organized, detail oriented, super professional and most importantly, she will love your pet like they are her own. Can’t wait to book Kayla again!”

Adriana V.
“Adriana would make a fabulous pet sitter. She loves animals and has cared for all kinds of creatures, including many cats and dogs. She is kind, loving, patient, and very caring, and I would feel confident in her ability to be a caregiver for my animal. She is quite knowledgeable about animal needs, and understands animal behavior. She has rescued many cats and dogs and has helped them over come their fears and other challenges. Adriana has volunteered at Fawn Rescue, an organization that rescues and returns orphaned fawns to the wild, as an educational assistant who teaches children about wildlife in Sonoma County.”
