9. Shawnda W.
About: I’ve had pets all my life. The past 20 or so years I’ve had several cats with special need, hyperthyroidism, kidney disease, diabetic. I can administer medication. I give my diabetic cat two shots a day. Also understand the importance of a special diet to maintain healthiness. Love dogs, can walk, play, check in on them and clean up after… a walk… Can feed and check in on any other types of pets but prefer no reptiles. Weekdays I’m available after 2:30 pm for longer visits. I work from home and could pop in for a quick check in if needed. My work schedule can be pretty flexible. On the weekend I’m available any time. At this time I would not offer pet sitting at my home. Any rules you have in your home I would follow to a “T” Example: indoor pets stay indoor, no pet off leash, if pet parent wants an anti bite harness. I would do what the pet parent wants.

You’re dog, cat, or whatever your companion may be they deserve the best care and all the love. I am prepared to give that to them. I love and care for animals. I plan to become a vet technician and a pet groomer for my career. I provide a good atmosphere and environment. I am creative and outgoing. I’ve been on Rover a little over one year now, and I absolutely love the people and their fur babies. I’ve been around many different animals my whole life. I am looking forward to meeting you and the your best friend(s) on four paws.

“Helen is seriously the best dog sitter we have ever had. She treats ever dog like her baby and gives them plenty of love and attention. She makes sure to adhere to any sort of walk or food schedule and just does an amazing job overall. She has watched our dogs multiple times and I would not hesitate to have her watch them again. I honestly cannot day enough good things about her abilities.”

12. Hanna H.
“I have known Hanna for 6 years, and in those 6 years I have seen her outstanding ability to prioritize the care of animals in day to day life. Hanna is an excellent student and a mom to 2 dogs. In our community she was known to always be empathic to animals and lend a helping hand. Hanna will be a responsible, caring and loving caregiver, and there is no doubt in my mind she will fulfill and exceed any and every expectation.”

13. Katelyn A.
“Our dogs absolutely love Katelyn! Our Ellie follows her around for belly rubs and rounds of fetch, and Patches loves to cuddle on her lap. Katelyn loves all animals and has also taken care of our picky parakeet and our grumpy hedgehog. She is very patient with reluctant pets, and knows how to keep the dogs entertained and happy. Katelyn is always prompt and extremely responsible and has a vast knowledge of pet health needs.”

18. Hallie T.
“I have had the pleasure of working with and getting to know Hallie for the past five years. She has been the best coworker who has demonstrated her ability to problem solve and be kind and courteous to everyone she meets. She has a passion for animals and goes out of her way to greet the many dogs that pass by our place of work. Hallie has walked my dogs whenever I needed the extra help and both of my dogs love her!”

19. Jenny K.
“Having known Jenny most of my life, I can say I would absolutely trust her with my own life. And if I trust her with my own life, there's no doubt I'd trust her with my pet's life. She herself has been a long time pet owner of cats and dogs. Her pets are her family and she would never hesitate to treat your pets the same. She's dependable, caring, trustworthy, and hardworking. All the things anyone needs to leave home without hesitation. She will do what needs to be done to not only care for your pets, but make sure you never worry while gone. Whether it's caring for them at your home or taking them for walks, their well being will be in capable hands. Safety and love are top priorities. She might even throw in some songs and stories to share with your loved fur babies to make your absence easier for them to handle, or to make their afternoon walks more enjoyable. I would never hesitate to trust Jenny with a loved one, you shouldn't either.”

20. Dani N.
“Dani takes such great care of my dogs! She's patient with my anxious shelter dog and knows how to wear out my high energy cattle dog. I know I can trust her to give them their medications properly and take them on long walks when I'm out of town. Plus she's a high quality dog trainer with years of experience with all types of dogs.
