About: Should have heeded my original calling to be a vet but instead, I've made a life around animals by taking care of a variety of animals all my life from cats and dogs to farm animals and birds. I also have vast experience with pet-sitting for friends and neighbors. I'm currently working flexible hours from home and can offer care for your pet in your home or mine and am able to do overnight sitting as well as offer morning or evening care. I live in the country and have a friendly lab that is vaccinated and dog-friendly/cat-friendly, and house cats that think all dogs are their friends. Can also utilize a crate if preferred.

About: I have taken care of my own pets, neighbors pets and my grand cat and dogs. My grand dogs are very energetic Huskies! I love animals. I love walking dogs or taking them to the doggie park. I enjoy throwing balls, sticks and whatever else they bring to me and playing tug a war with dogs and of course giving and getting doggie love. I enjoy cat cuddles, playing chase the laser with cats or just sitting with a cat in my lap and listening to it purr. I am retired. I am available anytime. I live in a quiet neighborhood with a large fenced in backyard. I am located between the Westwrn MD scenic RR and the Potomac Eagle Scenic RR which makes it convenient for us to host your fur babies while you enjoy scenic views of our beautiful mountains and towns. I have a large 4 Ft high-fenced in backyard. Lots of trees for shade and plenty of room to run. We live in a secluded area where walks are quiet and trails are plentiful.

About: I’ve taken care of my own pets all my life. I have been in the Veterinary field for 6 years as a veterinary assistant, and for the past 2 of those 6 years I have been a Registered Veterinary Technician. I work Tuesday through Friday in clinic. I have time during my lunch to come do check ins for those who are local. I can do a lot of weekend care. I’ve worked with various types of pets. Dogs and cats alike as well as some exotics. Medically trained Registered Veterinary Technician. I take your concerns and pets needs into consideration.

About: I have had animals my entire life: birds to horses and all in between! After purchasing a puppy and having a senior dog with past medical problems, I understand how important it is to find a safe and happy haven for your pet while you are away! My husband and I own a small farm. We have chickens, pigs, goats, turkeys and our two Dogs Evie and Remmy. I work from home full time so pet care provided 24/7 for everyone. We have a fenced yard/ field. My pets go outside about every hour for potty and fetch breaks. We also have great time and nightly cuddles on the couch. I am able to accommodate senior dogs to high energy dogs.

About: I’ve taken care of cats for a year but I also had a cat growing up. When I did have 2 cats they were my world. I enjoyed every minute when I had them. I’m very passionate about caring for cats. I was working full time at the hospital but I’m free every day Monday-Friday until I get the job that I want but after I get that job I’m still available I don’t have a fenced back yard but my neighbor is a pet friendly environment. I’m near a park that is safe for animals as well.

As an adult, I have found a passion for providing my animals with enrichment, fulfilling their psychological needs as well as the physical. I can't wait to meet your furry friends! I believe in advocating for your cat or dog's autonomy. I am familiar with both dog and cat body language cues, and I respect those cues. In the context of house sitting for your pet, this means that if your pet doesn't want to be picked up, petted, or held, I will respect that. If I am out on a walk with your dog and a stranger wants to pet them, I am comfortable saying No. It's about your pets comfort and respecting their boundaries.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 12 years old. I grew up in a neighborhood so it wasn’t hard to find people who needed pet care. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me for overnight, boarding, walking and feeding. I am not currently working full time so I have plenty of free time to take care of your pets. It will switch to evenings and weekends once I start work again. Neighbors have always trusted me to be in their homes and with their pets. I have watched them for weeks at a time so this required being unsupervised with access to the property

About: I have owned my own personal animals for the past 6 years, I have 3 dogs (all beautiful muts) and 8 cats. Aside from having my own furry kids, I've also worked in animal rescue for a little over 4 years. This job field has given me so much experience working with every sort of dog breed, and any cat temperament. I currently work a full time job Monday-Thursday but I would love to be more involved in the animal field again. With me having fridays off I feel this is a great opportunity to spend time helping others and hanging out with animals! Since I do have my own animals, I will not be able to provide in home care. However, I will be more than happy to set something up with you to do care for your pets in their own home!
