About: I have had dogs my entire life. My dogs have been and always will be members of the family. We currently do not have a dog as our 14 year old lab passed away from a stroke last year. We do allow dogs on furniture and we do take excursions to the park in good weather. This can be your dogs home away from home. I am retired and am home unless I am traveling. We have a fenced in property with woods and a creek that your dog can enjoy on walks unless you prefer they just stay in the main yard. When your dog is here so am I to ensure your dog is well cared for. I have a single family home with a fenced yard. Pets are allowed on furniture and bed. I enjoy excursions to the park with my dog for walks and relaxing. Children are grown and gone so it's just a couple who enjoy dogs. We have a senior Labrador who is very friendly, has all vaccinations and has free roam of the house. I am also available to sit for your dog in your home if you prefer. I follow any instructions for your dog you want me to, including administering medications.

About: Your dog will be my dog while in my care. I am a huge animal lover who has always made my animals a part of my family, not just an animal. Starting May 4th, I will be training for a new job. My training hours will be 8-5, if you can work around those time please reach out. My yard is not fenced so your babies will only be outside when I am out there with them, leashed if required. I do not agree with leaving a dog alone all night when they are already seeing a difference with their family being gone. If they are dog friendly they would have socialization as well with my friends and family dogs so they could get some interaction and extra exercise! I currently work from home so frequent potty breaks or administration of medication would not be an issue. We would be one big happy family all day long My dogs are not crated when I leave the house but do have an extra large one if required for your baby. If you need me to do a drop in visit, my hours for availability are in the air for the next couple of weeks until I am given my new works hours.
About: I've had different dogs in the house for my whole life. As a kid my family brought dogs in for foster care. We've taken care of multiple dogs with disabilities, including deaf dogs and partially blind dogs. Dogs get along with me well and I'm good at getting shy dogs to warm up to me. The dogs that I own eat at the same time everyday and go out as needed, but if your dogs need to be treated differently it will be easy to change things for them. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
