Pet Sitting in Rocky Bottom

About: I am need of full time employment and have been pet sitting for friends and family for over ten years now. I absolutely love dogs and spending time with them because their love is unconditional. I grew up helping take care of my family's dog for about fourteen years and then helped raise a puppy who is turning ten in October. I enjoy being around dogs and playing with them so I feel like this is going to be the right gig for me. I am very positive and outgoing and love spending time outside. I'm currently unemployed and hoping to pick up as many gigs as I can to get a new routine started as I settled in a new location. I adjust based on the animal's needs. Some dogs I've watched have been incredibly more active and needing of attention than others, as well as cats. It's all about hearing what the owner needs for their pets while they're away to ease any anxiety they have of leaving them.

About: My love for dogs led me to start to house & dog sit for neighbors, friends and family, and even getting my own small pup too! About: I grew up with dogs, jazz, and playing sports. We had a German Shepherd-Collie mix that I was very bonded to as child. Then came Duke, the Dalmatian, and then Kirby the cocker spaniel. When I housesit, Daisy comes with me. She's an 11-year-old mixed breed of beagle, shepherd and lab. She is spayed and fully vaccinated, including Lepto and Bordetella. I'm grateful for Rover and being exposed to different breeds and personalities of dogs. I am available Monday through Saturday, preferring to take Sunday off. I have commitments at Farmers Markets in Etowah on Wednesday between 2 and 7 PM and Brevard on Saturday between 8 AM and 1 PM. Walking, brushing. Play with balls / toys. Prepare snuffle mats and lick mats. Cuddle time. Talk time. Planned hikes and store trips with permission of parent.

About: Hi!! I’m Sky, an adventure seeker, an outdoors enthusiast and the most passionate dog person this side of the Mississippi 😆 I’m new to the area and settling into my new home. I have the PERFECT set up at home for pets (giant fenced-in yard, access to many hiking trails/dog parks, etc.) More importantly, I am extremely passionate about animals and giving them the love they deserve. I’ve had dogs my entire life and have always been called on to dog sit for family & friends. Your pet will be safe, snuggled, and loved in my care! I typically have 3-4 days off in a row, every week. This makes it easy for me to give your pet the attention he/she deserves. My average work day is 6-8 hours, so if pet setting falls on a work day for me, this is the longest stretch of time your pet would be without care. I have no other pets (yet) 😆. So your dog will get my undivided attention! My home offers a large yard, many dog walking opportunities in the area, pet-friendly furniture, and an indoor camera for the kennel or dog room, so you and I can keep an eye on your dog while I’m away at work!

About: Hi! I love animals and have always had them throughout my life, ranging in size from rodents to horses. Currently, I have a cat and miss having a dog in the home, so I would love nothing more than to make sure your pet has the care and attention you would give him or her yourself. As a doting pet owner, I understand the importance of knowing your pet is in good hands and well cared for and just how important updates can be when you are away. I am open to working with your schedule and learning anything particular that you and your pet may need. My services include walking, running, playing, feeding, administering medicines, or even bathing and brushing your pet. Just let me know any particulars in our meet and greet! Currently in between jobs and looking to fill in my schedule with some furry childcare. I have a flexible schedule and will only list on my calendar my availability. I am available to stay in your home since I know how important it can be for making pets feel safe. As a world traveller who uses home exchange, I will always leave your home as I found it if not neater and let you know of any issues right away.

About: I have been around all types of animals and pets my whole life. I don't mind taking care of any type of pet you may have from babys to seniors, cats of all breeds and dogs of all breeds and sizes. I’m also good with taking care of other domestic pets, exotic pets and farm animals. I only work part time so I have a lot of extra time to care for animals and enjoy being outdoors walking, biking and hiking. I can also just enjoy sitting on the porch with a cat in my lap and a dog at my feet. I have a fully fenced in yard for dogs to run and play in. We have a back deck that can be closed off for playtime. Inside we have room for play and crate time if needed. My house is open and available for fur babies to relax, run, play and have pet beds for sunbathing or relaxing.

About: I am a certified Veterinary Assistant and have been working at Brevard Animal Hospital for the past 3 years. Currently I am a college student where I am minoring in Animal Science. I live on a farm and have 2 dogs and 3 cats of my own! I am not only comfortable with pet sitting duties such as feeding and changing the litter box, but also giving medication (both oral and injections) if necessary. Please consider me next time you need a sitter for your baby! I have 2 dogs, 3 cats, and a variety of farm animals that I take care of each and every day! Working at Brevard Animal Hospital the past few years has equipped me with the necessary training to take care of pets of all sizes. I am comfortable with the typical pet sitting activities, such as feeding and changing the litter box but also giving medication (both oral and injections) if necessary.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life and done pet sitting since I was about 12. My daughter and I love taking care of all kinds of animals. We would love a chance to take care of yours. I’m home most days. When I do work outside of the home, I may be gone 4 to 6 hours. I am able to bring your pet with me, or let them stay in the cage at home. I have a very friendly Aussie doodle who loves to play with other dogs. I do have a small fenced in area and a large wooded area and walking trails.

About: I’ve had animals since a very young age. I live where I can have horses, goats, and chickens other than just dogs. I have a true love for caring for animals and making sure our pets are all healthy. I currently am retired and I have an indoor small dog and a large lab outdoor dog. I know how difficult it can be to know you have to leave your little furry baby indoors all day without you to walk or have any contact with them. Dogs have that need to walk, run and enjoy the outdoors with people and/or other animals. I plan to fit my schedule to your needs in all possibility’s. I also owe horses, goats and hens that take valuable time to care for. I will do as the client request when it comes to the amount of time to be walked and feed.
