About: I owned dogs for 40 years so I know how our pets are family. I said goodbye to my little furbaby 4 years ago and while I’m not ready to have my own again, I’m happy to love on yours. I’m single, no kids, so if you have a puppy that requires extra attention, a senior dog who prefers a low key environment, or just a dog that appreciates being spoiled, I’m your gal. I love the energy a dog brings to a home. I live in a quiet low traffic neighborhood so we’ll start and end the day with a walk to get us both some exercise. I live next to the state park and across from the loop, if you prefer your pup to have more exercise. I’ve had three puppies of my own, watched my mother’s brand new puppy during COVID, so I’m comfortable with adhering to your potty training schedule so your training doesn’t miss a beat. If there’s other training you want me to keep up with, I’m happy to do that too! I also have had two senior dogs that passed from cancer so I’m comfortable with providing a relaxing environment for them, as well as medication administration. I work from home and will be taking time off for the holidays so your pet will have my full attention. I’m accustomed to taking care of my family and friends pets, so know how important it is to stick to the dog’s routine. I will take them on AM/PM walks with potty breaks in between but happy to do more extensive exercising on the loop or hiking trails at my house. You know what your dog needs, so I’ll gladly accommodate. I have a fenced in back yard but your dog will only be outside supervised. I live in a quiet neighborhood perfect for morning and evening walks. I also live across from the loop trail and next to the state park in case you’d like your dog to get more exercise in. I’m happy to crate your dog too if that’s your preference. I’m also a snuggler so happy to have your dog join me on the couch or sleep in the bed. It’s just me, so your dog doesn’t have to contend with other pets or kids. They can get 1:1 attention. I only take one family at a time.

I want to offer you complete peace of mind that you are leaving them safe, happy and loved with someone who truly cares. I would love to care for your furry ones if your not able or need care for them while your away. From walking to drop in services I would be happy to be a part of your fur babies life as your caretaker. I currently own 4 mini Schnauzers (Thor, Pandora, Gypsy and Sunshine) who are very precious to me. I also have had and cared for many animals though out my lifetime. Why I love dog sitting I love not only dogs but many different animals. My experience administering medication I have a background as a certified Vet Assistant and have administered meds before for a pet daycare facility in Houston. Therefore if the pet does not get to aggressive I do not mind this action at all. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have regarding this subject. I will be more then happy to try to accommodate your needs. A whole lot of lovins, playtime, walking food and snackies. Me and my 4 fur kids enjoy making new friends, sharing space and having fun. I am generally gone for less then an hour or two but occasionally time away can be up to 4 hrs. I prefer pets that are crate trained for they find crates safe and comfy opposed to punishment. I just like to have this noted to be fair and honest. I absolutely need a meet with the larger dogs to be sure we are a good fit. I am always available for the tiny-medium dogs 🐕 🙂

“I’ve always been hesitant to leave my dog with just anyone because she has separation anxiety but leaving her with Angela was a completely different experience! From the moment I dropped her off, I felt confident she was in the best hands. Angela treated my dog like her own—taking her on fun walks and hikes, playing toys with her, cuddling with her on the couch and even in bed (just like at home!). She kept me updated with tons of pictures which helped me relax and enjoy my trip, knowing my dog was having an amazing time. I can’t recommend Angela enough—she’s not just a dog sitter, she’s someone who truly loves dogs. If you’re looking for someone who will care for your pet as much as you do, she’s the one!”
