I am an EMT and I work 48 hours and off 96 hours and it rotates every week. We are a family of 7 and also on a property that joins our family’s all together we have 13 people on our property! It gets a little chaotic sometimes but we enjoy it. We are all huge animal lovers we have 5 dogs, 3 cats, and working on getting some lambs! I am a big runner at our park in Rockport which luckily has a dog park! If your fur baby loves runs we will get along just great! I do love me some lazy days so if you have an old man dog like I do who loves to mosey around and snuggle on the couch I’m here for it too! Thank you so much for trusting me with your fur babies! About: I've loved animals of all kinds since I was a small child. I started out with walking and caring for neighbors dogs and cats of all sizes and breeds. I have volunteered on rescue ranches, worked on a dressage ranch, and even owned and ran my own personal business breeding and selling reptiles. I have no problem checking in with you in any way frequently through texts, calls, or emails (whatever method you prefer) to make sure you and your critter(s) are comfortable! I enjoy spending extra time with any animal and providing peace of mind. I can make sure your pet(s) is fed/watered, and even bathed if needed. I have no problem cleaning up after them as well. I would be available to take your pets to dog parks if you would like and would love to give them the attention they need. About: I have been in love with animals since I was a baby. I grew up in a dog loving household. I have always had pets as long as I can remember. Dogs, cats, turtles, mice, fish, hermit crabs. My goal is to one day have a goat and a pig as well. I worked in a pet store that wolf puppies for 3 years and my primary job there was to take care of the puppies and to teach the perspective new families to potty train their new babies and what to expect for their specific breeds. I have also helped my parents train all of their dogs and sit for them when on vacation. It’s a full house but I love it. I currently work but have time in the afternoons and weekends to walk or check on your fur babies and let them go outside and play or just stretch their legs out of the kennel, whatever the needs may be. I have a large fenced in yard with plenty of room to run and play and a very friendly playful golden doodle that loves new friends. He gets along with all sizes and ages of dogs. My families dogs range from 3 lb yorkie to 90 lb golden doodle and a few in between. My baby is in his bedroom (kennel) when we are not home, one of my parents dogs does not require a kennel when we are not there so I do not require it as long as they are potty trained and do not chew.

I just like to have this noted to be fair and honest. I absolutely need a meet with the larger dogs to be sure we are a good fit. I am always available for the tiny-medium dogs 🐕 🙂

I have always watched neighbors and friends dogs while they were on vacation. About: Hi I'm Elizabeth! I've been an animal lover since I was a kid. I've had dogs from Chihuahuas to Rottweilers and love every one of them! I'm available four days out of the week. I am an EMT and I work 48 hours and off 96 hours and it rotates every week. We are a family of 7 and also on a property that joins our family’s all together we have 13 people on our property! It gets a little chaotic sometimes but we enjoy it. We are all huge animal lovers we have 5 dogs, 3 cats, and working on getting some lambs! I am a big runner at our park in Rockport which luckily has a dog park! If your fur baby loves runs we will get along just great! I do love me some lazy days so if you have an old man dog like I do who loves to mosey around and snuggle on the couch I’m here for it too! Thank you so much for trusting me with your fur babies! When I am working I am gone for 2 days and home four. I live on a property where someone is always home so I have help with my own animals. When I’m off for 4 days straight it’s easy for me since I am just home so those 4 days I am fully available. I do have a routine with crates. I rotate in and out. I do not have a fenced yard so leashes will be needed and if that’s something I can help with I most definitely will! If you’re needing some help with crate training and leash training I will be more than happy to help! It’s a struggle especially with the older pups but yes you CAN teach an old dog new tricks!

“This was my first time leaving Duke with someone and I was really worried he would not do well. We had gone on a meet and greet 2 days before and Duke got along well with Melinda and her 2 dogs but I was still apprehensive. When it came time to drop him off he jumped right out of the car and ran up to Melinda and her husband without hesitation and went right in the house ! Melinda kept me informed with pictures of Duke having a great time and I have to say Duke misses his new friends.
