About: I’ve been the go-to dog sitter for friends and friends-of-friends around the area, with most of my clients finding me through word of mouth. Apparently, the dogs have been giving me five stars, so I figured it was time to officially join Rover! 🐾 My schedule is pretty flexible! I typically start work around 9–10 AM and have the ability to work remotely for a couple of hours during the day, but I do need to be physically at work from 3–7 PM. This gives me flexibility for morning and midday walks, drop-ins, and plenty of time for pet care outside of those hours. I’m happy to care for pets wherever they’re most comfortable! Whether that’s walks and adventures outside, playtime at home, or simply keeping them company, I’ll follow their normal routine and make sure they get plenty of love, attention, and care while you’re away.

I am a dog trainer with over five years training and owning dogs. I am a balanced trainer so I train based on what works for you and your dog! I worked as a kennel tech for a vet clinic in the past so I am experienced in proper leash walking dogs of many sizes, administering medications, bathing and other healthcare. I have also trained many anxious and reactive dogs so I know how to safely handle any pets with behavioral issues and make them feel as comfortable as possible (and potentially even work on those issues)! I also volunteered at Kitty Kat Haven regularly and own several cats. I own extra kennels, beds, bowls, leashes, and toys. I do own a litter box and my dog is very cat friendly and is trained to ignore a cat or dog if I tell her but will play with any dogs that want to! My cats are used to many different dogs and have even made friends with most dogs I have boarded in the past. I am starting a dog training business in Little Rock. That means my life revolves around working with and caring for dogs. I am out of my home to run errands and meet my clients for lessons and other appointments, usually no more than a couple hours and I often adjust my schedule to customize for need of the pups. About: My first job was for a local petstore which I worked for 10 years. I took care of reptiles, birds, fish and small animals (ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs,hamsters etc) I learned SO much about animals with my time there, I even hand raised a Blue Fronted Amazon parrot, which was absolutely amazing and such an honor!! From there I moved on to dog kenneling work. I learned how to administer medication and learned alot about canine body language. I began my career as dog groomer after gaining basic skills at the kennels. I have now been professionally grooming dogs for the past 15 years. It is my career by trade, but my favorite part is spending that one on one time while babysitting!! I am great with all kinds of pets, from furry to scaley. I am comfortable administering medication, I love playtime and cuddle time all the same. When I care for animals, I try to duplicate their day to day experiences because we all thrive on routine right...this I have found helps your absence to not be as hard on your animal. Early morning visits and evening visits can be as long as needed or even overnight stays. Mid-day visits during weekdays are limited to an approximately 20 minute visit between 1-2 pm. I feel a home visit is necessary prior to the first visit to get down the routine of different animals and for your animals to see me in their home as a friendly person.

I got into this job to earn a little extra cash doing what I love most. Hanging out with animals! I have had pets my whole life. I love animals and I understand how special your fur-baby is to you. When I was little, I ran a pet-sitting business in my neighborhood allowing me to experience working with all kinds of pets. In addition to that, I fostered various dogs and cats throughout high school. I look forward to meeting you and your animals! I am a full time college student, so I try to fit this job into the time I have at home in Little Rock. I am currently available daily for the summer, and as school rolls back around, I will be available on some weekends and all holiday breaks. I will update my availability as circumstances change. About: Hey I’m Hannah! My Experience - From the time I was born I was raised with animals.Throughout the years, I've owned 6 different dogs, 2 cats, 2 rabbits, 7 ducks, 12 chickens, 1 beta fish and 1 hamster. My Dog - I rescued a Yorkie from a puppy mill in July of 2018. I named her Franky and we've been inseperable since! My Approach - I prefer to use positive reinforcement and treats when training a dog to obey commands. I can give your pet all of the pets and cuddles but can also respect their space if they’re more independent. I am flexible with pet care, but would prefer to have at least three days notice to work around my schedule. I am able to do local services as well as services within the same state. If I must travel for overnight services, I would like at least a week notice. I do not currently offer daycare or sitting within my home, but I am available to come to you in the event that you book with me!
