I cannot say enough good things about Jenna! This was my first time using Rover because my usual kennel was booked, but I will not be going back to using a kennel after this experience. Jenna was so professional, caring, and communicative- dealing with an anxious pup during thunderstorms and fireworks like a champ. And the pics! It was clear to see that my fur baby was part of her family while we were away. Jenna is an angel!

Jenna is so great with my GSP I never have to worry about a thing! She is reliable and professional and tries to set you up with backup recommendations if she’s not available. Highly recommend!

We’ve hired several dog and house sitters over the years, and I can say without hesitation that Jenna exceeded every expectation we had. Our home was not only well cared for—it was better than we left it. Jenna went above and beyond by cleaning areas we hadn’t gotten to before we left and kept everything spotless throughout her stay. Coming home to a pristine house is not something we’ve come to expect, but it made a lasting impression. What truly set Jenna apart, though, was the care she gave our dog. Our dog, Ella, can be dominant and has required a lot of patience and training. To see her not just cared for—but genuinely thriving—meant everything to us. Jenna gave Ella what can only be described as her own vacation. She took her along on errands (something we’ve been cautious about while Ella is still in training) and safely introduced her to new environments and people. One of the highlights was Ella getting to spend time with Jenna’s students at the golf course—something we never would have imagined for her. The photos Jenna shared made it unmistakably clear: Ella was happy, engaged, and completely at ease. That level of trust, care, and confidence is rare. Jenna didn’t just watch our home and dog—she elevated both experiences. We would absolutely trust her again and recommend her without hesitation.

We’ve had Jenna stay with our small zoo several times now. She’s amazing-consistent communication and the animals love her. So wonderful to be away and not worry about our pets.

After a terrible house/pet sitting experience recently, I was very anxious about leaving my home and pets with someone again. Before booking Jenna, I read through all of her reviews and then reached out. She even came over to meet my pups beforehand (who instantly loved her!). Even though I was still nervous, I decided to move forward—and I’m so glad I did. I’ve never felt so stress-free on vacation. I had 1000% confidence that Jenna would not only take great care of my house but also love on my pups like they were her own. My dogs have a lot of quirks—food aggression, sibling rivalry, and a tendency to door dash—that usually make me nervous about leaving them. Jenna took all of this seriously and handled everything beautifully. There were no issues the entire time we were gone. Thank you, thank you!

Jenna was amazing in our house and for our dogs. I highly recommend her and would book her again if possible .
