“We couldn’t have asked for a better house and dog sitter than Crystal! She took such wonderful care of our home and, most importantly, our Frenchie while we were away. It was clear from the start that she genuinely loves animals, and she treated our pup like her own, giving us complete peace of mind. She kept us updated with messages and photos daily, which made being away so much easier. We returned to a spotless home and a happy, well-cared-for dog. We highly recommend Crystal to anyone looking for a trustworthy, responsible, and caring sitter!”

She sent frequent updates and tons of adorable photos, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. Our home was in good shape when we returned, and we appreciated her thoughtfulness and communication throughout the stay. About: Hi there! I have over 3 years of hands-on experience working at Pet Paradise and Dogtopia, where I cared for dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and needs. On top of that, I’ve been a lifelong pet owner—dogs, cats, hamsters, and even snakes! I know how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I treat every animal like they’re my own. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or snuggles, your pets will always feel safe and loved with me. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine! I start and end my days with my own two cats, Anais and Cleo, so I’m already in the rhythm of feedings, walks, and playtime. I’m available mornings, evenings, and weekends for drop-ins, walks, or sitting, and I can adjust my schedule to fit your pet’s needs. When caring for pets in your home, I respect both your space and your pet’s routine. I’ll follow your instructions closely, from feeding schedules to preferred walking routes. I take extra care with things like locking up, cleaning up after pets, and making sure they’re comfortable in their own environment. You can trust that your home and pets will be safe and well cared for.

“I travel frequently for work and added stress of worrying about my dudes is not something I want! Karla is terrific and the boys love her! She’s stayed with my babes a few times for almost a week at a time. She’s incredible about sending messages and photos, is easy to get in touch with and I know when I get home the boys will be happy, healthy, and taken care of (as well as my excessive amount of plants) Thank you!”

About: Hi! I’ve grown up with animals my whole life and have always had a passion for them. I’m so passionate, in fact, that I’m in my gap year before I start veterinary school next year! I have fostered over 20 dogs, so I am familiar and comfortable with a variety of breeds, sizes, and ages. I am currently the mom to a 1 year old dog and a senior dog, so I have first hand experience on the different needs and requirements for a happy and healthy dog! Additionally, I have personal experience in beginner puppy training, senior care, and handling reactive dogs. I am available 7 days a week at all hours. I just moved to Jacksonville a few weeks ago so am hoping Rover can help me meet some furry friends and create forever bonds! As a dog mom, I know first hand the anxiety that comes with having someone watch your pets, so I make sure to provide plenty of pictures, videos, and updates. I am very active and love to be outside so I can take your dog on as many (or as few) walks/runs as they want! Or if your dog isn’t active, we can chill in the AC! Due to my flexible schedule, I can provide both dog walking services and house sitting services (as well as overnight visits if needed)! My schedule allows for me to make your dogs comfort and safety my #1 priority! Due to having a reactive dog myself, I do not allow your animals in my own home for your dog’s safety and comfort! I am very tidy and organized, so I will treat your home with respect, and leave it cleaner than I found it!

“Vannia was awesome. I felt so comfortable knowing she was caring for my little girl, Piper. She is accommodating and communicates regularly. I will most definitely use her again.”

About: I have two rescue dogs. Their personalities are opposite as night and day. One is very energetic and the other is a couch potato! Whether you have a high energy pup or calm one, your dog will find a friend here. My energetic pup knows when to stop playing if it’s not reciprocated in the first 15 minutes. I have a giant playpen and crate for dogs who need their alone time or is required by the parents. Those doors are always open. No need to bring yours. I separate all dogs while eating and let them out when they’re done. We mostly stay in the living room watching tv or outside. I have grown up with labs, chihuahuas and pit bulls. I have been dog/cat sitting for years for family and friends. I am fairly new to Rover. My fur family enjoys hiking and going to the park. We walk the neighborhood for 2 hrs a day. I am comfortable giving medicine. My dogs are my children and I take care of other animals like their mine. I worked as a manager for large department stores so I am very dependable and responsible. Thank you for your interest in me! I am currently working part time. My job is flexible. However, if you’ve booked me less than 48 hrs, we will have to agree on a good time for a drop off. I am able to be present with my animals majority of the day. If you request to board, make sure you bring everything your dog needs for a successful stay. Appropriate size collars/harness, training pads, etc. If your dog is an escape artist or doesn’t walk on a leash well, disclose that to me. So I can prepare myself before each walk and not be caught off guard. I also provide a quiet relaxing space for dogs. If your dog barks excessively and not the casual barking here and there, I would not be able to babysit them. Feel free to reach out to me at any time. I will do the same if there’s a question I’m not sure of.

About: I grew up on a small farm where my family bred, and raised deer dogs. I have been caring for animals my whole life, and dogs are my favorite. I am very respectful, and responsible. I have reliable transportation, and can travel in the greater Jax area. I cannot currently have a dog of my own so this is a great way for me to connect with animals while also helping you out. Additionally, my best friend is a professional dog trainer. I have learned alot from her over the years. So if your dog is trained, or training I am well versed in commands, and how to maintain their progress. I’m happy to hop on a phone call prior to care as I want you to know your animal is in good hands! I am single, child free, and animal free. I am a business owner, and artist. Therefore, I am self employed and my schedule is quite flexible. I am happy to provide service during weekdays, evenings, overnight, or weekends. I will be caring for your pets in your home, and will adhere to all instructions meticulously. I understand that your pet is part of your family, and I will always treat them with care and respect. I do my best to create a bond with your pet so that they feel comfortable, and to ensure they feel safe. I am extremely reliable, accountable, and responsible.

About: I am a lifelong pet owner and animal lover with years of experience as a pet sitter and dog walker. I will provide safe, nurturing care for your pet. I am friendly and trustworthy, I assure you that I will provide your pets with reliable, conscientious care. My recent retirement has given me the opportunity to give loving quality care for your pet/pets in your home any time of the day or night. I am available to give safe, trustworthy care for your pet and or pets in the comfort of your home anytime of the day and or night.

Robinson's Addition pet parents share their Rover experiences
Jamie was quick to fill in on a last minute request. She did a same day meet n greet and the dogs were immediately comfortable with her. She sent photos and updates the entire time she was housesitting with our 2 dogs and gave us peace of mind that they were in great hands while we traveled. Will be reaching out to her again when we travel.

Emily was FANTASTIC! She was prompt to respond and sent me pictures of my babies without me even having to ask. And she didn't charge extra, like lots of other services. She is my new "go to" any time I'm out of town and can't take my dogs. And the price was unbeatable. I felt so comfortable with her dogsitting my angels. Thank you, Emily!

Hallie left my mida at ease while I was away for a few days. From the initial meet and greet all the way through me returning home, I felt so comfortable leaving my guy Gideon with her. Communication was great and I could tell from the first pics she sent me that my dog was in great hands! Thank you Hallie, hope Gideon can hang out again soon :)

Megan is fantastic! This was my first time using Rover and I was nervous. My cat has health issues and I wanted someone to stay overnight with her while I was away. Megan met with me before the booking started. When I met her, I immediately had peace of mind. While I was gone, Megan frequently sent updates and pictures (even though Mia hid the whole time). I was able to relax and enjoy my trip knowing Mia was being well taken care of. I won’t be planning any travel until Mia is feeling better but I am so happy that if I do need to travel I have an excellent sitter!

Ari was very responsive to the initial request visiting our dogs to see if she and they were a good fit. During the house sitting she arrived on time and provided video and text updates. She even stayed till we returned as our stubborn Brittany would not go in her kennel. Everything was easy and Ari was great, will use again.
