“This was our first time using anybody to watch our dog and home other than family or a boarding center, so we were super skeptical about the Rover process and hiring a stranger to watch our fur baby. However, quickly after meeting Logan, we knew we would welcome her in our home! She was very responsive, friendly and obviously loved animals. These traits were still apparent while she watched our dog in our home for 10 days. She sent us 2-3 pictures or videos of our dog daily (but also stated she didn’t have to if we didn’t want to be bothered on vacation) and we loved getting those updates! When we returned, the house was nice and clean, including fresh laundry and an empty dishwasher. She also offered to water our flowers and they were surprisingly healthier looking when we got back so I know she spent time holding up that offer too. Overall, our dog seemed happy and well cared for and we were pleased with the level of communication she provided. We will definitely use Logan again and would highly recommend her to anybody needing a pet sitter! We just hope she doesn’t get too popular! Thank you Logan!”

About: I just finished my sophomore year at Purdue University. I have an animal science background and a lot of experience taking care of dogs and cats. This includes large dogs, small dogs, old dogs, and puppies from a variety of breeds. I also own 2 cats. I am a prior high school wrestler, so I'm confident in my strength to handle and walk large dogs. As my mom says we’re the “designated dog sitters” for our neighborhood. About: I’ve had my own pups for 8 years now and have worked in the vet field for most of that! I love listening to what you dog needs and paying special attention to their body language! Currently as a cat mom I make sure to plan my work schedule around her to make sure she gets all the love and attention she needs. And I’d expect nothing less from someone taking care of my animal. About: I’ve always always had a soft spot in my heart for animals. My parents have always had a ton, from a bunch of different breeds of dogs to pigs, to chameleons, to bunnies. I’ve always had experience with animals, it’s odd if I don’t have one around! I have a kitty named Nala and a Cocker Spaniel named Goose. They are my pride and joy! I feel as though pet care is just as important as self care. Animals are there for us, as our support, therefore, they should be taken care of just as well. Making sure that your animal is not only healthy, but happy is a priority to me! Having a routine and making sure that all needs are met is a must. I feel as though your home is also your pets home, therefore, enabling them to have their own space is important. Also, making sure your animal is fed and watered and stimulated and energized plays a large role. Playing with toys or running around in the yard are both great ways of stimulating the brain!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since my family got our first dog when I was 5! For 16 years I prioritized brushing, feeding, walking and loving our husky mix. I am also a trusted pet sitter for my coworkers and spent a week with one’s dog and two cats last October! I’m working full time if not a few hours more… I do have plenty of time outside of work that I would love to spend with your dog, we could probably both use the Vitamin C and outside time! I regularly spend time with my parents’ 2 year old lab-retriever mix as they work regular hours and I typically do not. He’s very active and playful, so I’m used to his constant need for attention!

About: I have loved and cared for pets since I was a little girl. Growing up we had 2 dogs and 1 cat that I spent all my time with. I now have 2 dogs and 6 cats of my own that i love and care for everyday. I have good experience with senior dogs as one of mine is 12 years old. I treat every pet i meet as if they were my own and am a lover of all animals. I am currently working part time and take some classes for school through the week. my evenings are very open and most weekdays I have afternoons open as well. I always have time to love on as many fur babies as I can. I have a whole room in my house dedicated to the cats. They have some scratching posts, cat towers, and all their toys to play with, and we also have a catio connected to the window so they can hangout and play out there when they want to. I like to take the dogs on walks and play with them in our fenced in yard every day.

About: I have my own dog. I've grown up with dogs. I worked at a pet store when I was a teenager, and have house/pet sat before. Although, I'm not a vet, I'm observant and will keep an eye out for issues that concern you. Pet health is important. That includes nutrition and grooming. I know some think there is such a thing as over involved pet parents, I think they're family and should be treated as such. I volunteer at my church every Thursday, Backpack Program fifth Wednesdays (when they occur) and Orphan Grain Train every other month on the third Thursday. Otherwise, I take care of my dad who has COPD. I have to be home to cook for him. And take care of my own dog. Eventually, I will allow dogs to stay with me overnight, but I want to make sure my dog and said dogs get along. So that is my availability. I have a pitbull mix. She is very good around other dogs. Especially after she gets to know them. She's not aggressive, just tends to hump when excited. All dogs will need a leash if they are coming with me. I have walking trails in my community. I have no problem walking your dogs in them. Please make sure they have up to date tick meds. Also I live with my dad he will be petting and loving any pet that spends the night. My house is two story, so if you have a senior dog that needs help just let me know.

About: I quickly form bonds of mutual respect with the pets I care for, I have a degree in veterinary science and use it frequently to provide the best care possible. My weekdays are always available, Friday through Sunday is typically my time off but on occasion, I will have limited availability on those provided days. If given instructions, they will be followed to a 'T' if no instructions are given then I will take care of them to the best of my ability with the knowledge.

About: I’ve care for animals my whole life from fish to dogs. I have cared for numerous animals while friends and family members. I also know how to give great belly rubs! I am a per diem nurse. I have a flexible schedule and often make arrangements to my schedule to ensure my own animals are well cared for. I have a fenced in yard as well as two sweet pups that love company. I also live in a residential area that is great for walking. My personal pets are crate trained so that is available as well as the pets are allowed on furniture.
