Initially, I was worried about leaving Bruno with another family but on day one after getting updates and photos, I knew he was in the right hands. Bruno even seemed a little sad to be leaving his new friends 🥺 They communicated with me all week and most days I got photos and videos🤍 I truly appreciated them giving Bruno all the love and attention he normally receives at home with us. Bruno was even allowed to sleep with them and hang out on the couch! And I know he loved their backyard and their dog. Matt was awesome with our dog Delilah! He was responsive and accommodating throughout the whole stay. Delilah made some new friends while she was there and clearly had an amazing time being that she's been exhausted after coming home, which is a great sign for us. Chante's boarding service was exceptional. She is a great communicator which made for a very smooth meet & greet, drop-off and pick-up. She provided daily photos and videos of my dog in and out of the house. Upon picking up my Staffy, I realized how better behaved and obedient he was to commands (specially sit and stay). I contribute this to Chante's knowledge and experience with dogs and other pets. I am very pleased with my overall experience and would definitely book with Chante in the future.
This was our first time using Rover for a boarding service and Hailey was wonderful! Our two pups stayed with Hailey for 3 nights and I knew they were in great hands. I was very lucky to find Sofia to watch my puppy Ruby. I could tell from the pictures she sent that Ruby was being taken care of quite well and that they had a lot of fun together. Normally when Ruby is with someone else in a strange environment, she doesn't eat normally, but judging by what was left over, she pretty much ate normally. I will definately ask Sofia to watch Ruby the next time I go on vacation and need a dog sitter.
Taylor was fantastic! She was able to take my golden retriever on short notice, and throughout his stay she sent plenty of photos and updates, which gave me great peace of mind. It was clear he was having a great time and was being well cared for. I would absolutely book with her again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!
Kory was a wonderful dog sitter for the second time! Both were long stays around 3 weeks and my pup did wonderfully. I got pictures and updates. The communication was consistent. My pup can be picky with other dogs but Kory made sure we had a meet and greet - I was happy my pup made some friends! Would recommend.
