About: I've grown up with all sorts of dogs and cats. I have trained lots of dogs and pride myself in being very patient and calm. Kati came over to meet my cats a few days before we left and allowed me to show her around and how to care for them. She did a wonderful job taking care of them. One of my cats is very skittish and doesn’t do well with new people. Every visit she included a picture of them which helped put my anxiety at ease while so far away, My skittish cat was clearly comfortable with her even coming out to play and get groomed. She even cut their nails and brushed them for me. Kati was a wonderful pet sitter, I 10/10 recommend her and will definitely use her again.
Amanda and Cody always do an awesome job! I've booked them for drop-in visits many times, and they've been willing to help when something unexpected comes up, like making an extra trip to check on the kitty for us when we were worried that a summer power outage might have turned off the air conditioner. Absolutely fantastic people. I needed a last minute dogs sitter and Bree and Calvin responded within an hour of me leaving my request. Our poor dog got sick during the visit and made a mess in his kennel and they were so good to clean not only the kennel but the carpet also. 10/10

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
