About: I’ve been taking care of dogs of all sorts of breeds since I was teen. My friends and family have relied on me to feed, take on walks, and their fury friends while they’re away. I have experience taking care of senior dogs as well as dogs with several different medical needs. I’ve dog sat one dog for a weekend and I’ve also dog sat 6 dogs for a week. Owning several dogs is nothing new to me. Currently working a full-time job from 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday. If you live in the Christiansburg/Blacksburg area I am able to do drop by visits during my lunch break. Saturday and Sunday I am pretty available. I’ll make sure your fury friend gets let out at appropriate times and have plenty of time to play around if it’s just a drop by visit. Have a dog with a medical condition? No problem I have experience with dogs who have epilepsy and who are allergic to everything under the sun. Senior dogs I understand the importance in being extra patient and gentle with them.

About: I absolutely love dogs as well as cats and understand that they all have their own unique personalities and are a special part of a person's and family's life. I take the time to get to know their personalities and their routines so that when they are separated from their owners they don't suffer from anxiety and they are cared for the way they are use to being cared for. I am available for overnight in home care. I have found that fur babies do much better in their own environment when their humans are away than in an unfamiliar home or boarding facility. I’m currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to take care of your fur babies. I am available for overnight stays in your home. I care for your pets and your home environment. About: Ever since I was born I had an animal right by my side . I have learned to take care of animals and provide for them. I have taken care of friends, family and neighbors pets in the past. I also have worked at a dog daycare called tail chasers so I have experience with big dog groups. I’m good with cats as well . I’m experienced with walking multiple dogs at a time because I got 3 myself. I’m currently working 3:30 am to 12:00 pm so I will have plenty time to spend with your animals. About: I’ve taken care of my family’s animals for over 10 years. I also have worked as a veterinary assistant since 2020. I graduated undergrad in 2022. I’m currently a full time veterinary assistant at VMCVM ICU. I currently work an overnight schedule but am available during the day! I will be returning to vet school again in January after a short leave of absence I’m able to walk, feed, give medications, and play with your animals! About: I have over 500 hours of dog watching and raising experience (outside of my own pets) and spent over 800 hours volunteering cat care for kittens and disabled kitties I am a grad student with a totally flexible schedule and can work from home easily if needed! I will be able to incorporate your pet into my routine seamlessly. I also have the ability to fully care for your pet at their own home. About: Animals have been a part of my life since my childhood. Having both cats and dogs in my household, I have been trusted to take care of pets my entire life. I have experience in taking care of both big and small dogs, both personally and professionally taking care of pets belonging to others as well as temporarily taking care of foster animals, even those with health conditions. About: Hi!! I’m Makenzie and I am a junior studying Pre-Law at VT!! I have two beautiful dogs of my own at home (a Great Dane and a golden retriever). I love to hang out and play with my puppies at home or take them on walks. If your pup is looking for a friend to walk with, I’m down! My family relies on me to take my dogs out and feed them often. I am currently back in Blacksburg until further notice!! My schedule is completely open except for my classes on Tuesday and Thursday. I will update my calendar if anything comes up. Rover is something fun I wanted to try because of my love for animals (and I’m always missing my own). I am a big keep the dog on the leash person. When taking my dogs out they are always on a leash and will never be let out of sight and that will 100% be applied to your dogs as well!

About: Some of my pet experience includes bathing dogs, taking care of dogs for friends, having my own dog who i care for, and loving all animals. I’ve trained my dog to for certain commands which i believe is very helpful. All my friends come to me when they need someone to take care of their fur babies! I am a college student with a work load, however no job. A lot of my days are spent in my home doing homework and pet care fits into my schedule because I can always be there to play and take you pets out. I don’t have very long classes either or in a big stretch so your pay would be cared for almost 24/7 I care for pets as if they were my children haha! In my home, I have bowls, treats, and toys for your pets. In your home, I would respect the space and take care of your pet as if it were my own.

I am an avid animal lover with more than five years of professional experience working with all sorts of animals from cats to bats to turtles, and am currently getting a degree in Wildlife Conservation. Needless to say, I have committed my life to taking care of animals. I have worked with all ages; from ten-week-old puppies to senior dogs, I’ve seen it all! I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty and deal with messes or accidents with your furry friend. Anything they need I am happy to take care of! I have a fairly flexible schedule that allows me to prioritize your pet! If you have questions, concerns, special cases, etc- I am more than happy to make accommodations and go the extra mile. About: Growing up, I have done pet and house sitting in various cities and situations. I come from a family of animal lovers: my mom won't even kill a house insect, and her mom has been know to adopt cats, birds, and even the occasional squirrel! We have no dogs of our own at this point, but I love to watch other peoples' dogs to scratch that canine itch (preferrably behind the ears! 😄) I am a home body with two little ones that are yet to be in school. I will probably be home most of the time your pet is here. We have an unfenced yard with caged chickens, quails, and goats. As a family, we spend lots of time outside and on walks, so your pet will get plenty of time to excercise.

About: I have taken care of and trained a Doberman Pincher with leash issues. I took in a feral cat and cared for her for 16 years. I am currently taking care of a miniature poodle. I am comfortable with both small and large dogs and I know the power of a calm and assertive energy. I also have a lot of love for cats and understand the process of earning trust. My partner and I have just moved to Blacksburg and I am excited to meet new people. I have all day to care for your pets! My schedule is incredibly flexible. About: I been taking cares of dogs, puppies, kitties and cats good amount in my life. I love any type of pet. Big or small. We expect Ginny pigs all to your big dog. If it dogs I take on walks or jogging. Play toys each of pets. Wash them up. Make sure their eating their food. If it cats I will brush their fury and give them attention as needy. If it’s small animal like small dogs , puppy and kitties I block some parts off house so no one will get hurt. I watch all pets at all times.

About: I don’t work during the week so I’m able to provide a lot more care and companionship to the animals that I care for. I also have been an animal lover since childhood. Ive been gifted with a job that only requires me to work weekends so I am very flexible. I can pretty much work with any schedule given prior notice. I have a large deck and fenced in yard for your animal to play with. It’s very quiet country living so no loud noise or busy traffic.
