“Talk about AMAZING! Rochelle and her husband are so sweet and absolutely love having these pups. The time and energy they’ve used to make their home and backyard a doggy haven us outstanding. Sooner is family to us and Rochelle and her husband treated him the same! The frequent updates, many pictures and videos I received were wonderful! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to be able to drop their pups off and be able to have a worry free time away!”

About: I love dogs and cats. I grew up having 2 dogs, that yearly gives birth for 4-6 pups, and 3 cats , that also gives birth almost yearly. I am doing pet sitting because I can't afford having my own pet as of now. I have 3 kids of my own and I also run an In-Home Childcare. But I also want my kids to grow up being around pets. Being able to take care of pets brings back mg good old memories when I was still a child. I may have my day job with kids but I know I can still take care of dogs and cats at the same time. We have an unfence front yard but there is also a park just around the corner so walking and playing wont be that hard. I may have a work but I am still able to take care of your furbabies same time as I take care of my own. I have my own pup that can be a good friend and company for yours. He is good with cats so it will be a great playdate for everyone.
“Sheila was fabulous! I was nervous leaving my sweet puppy for the first time and for a whole week at that but she made me feel so comfortable the moment I dropped my Charli girl off. She sent videos throughout the week and Charli was a very happy girl when I picked her up. 10/10 recommend!”

“I'm very picky about who watches my babies. I won't be leaving them with anyone else but Patrick and Claudette. If there was an option to give 10+ stars, I definetely would! They are absolutely amazing people and treat your furbabies as if they were their own. The 4 days that we were on vacation, we received pictures and videos of our boys and were updated via text as well of how they were doing which put this mama at ease knowing they were so loved and so well taken care of while we were away. Thank you so much Patrick and Claudette!”

“Anthony and family were a great choice for us! We were blessed to have them for our first time using Rover.com. They sent us frequent pics and updates which helped make our trip more relaxed. Thank you Anthony and family for all you did!”

“This was our second time using Nancy and her and her husband were fantastic! Took such great care of our 2 dogs and kept us updated. Would definitely recommend her and will use her again!”

“Luis was great, very caring, and has lovely, large grounds where my dog could run at full pelt, chase squirrels and play with Luis’s beautiful dog. Would highly recommend and look forward to using his services again in the very near future”

About: I have 7 years experience of working as a veterinary technician / kennel assist. My special skills is having patience, being understanding and a soft heart for fur babies. I’m currently working part-time on furthering my education online so I will be available to walk your fur babies Monday- Friday from 8:00am-2:00pm. I care for my own fur babies a tremendous amount and yours will be cared for the same. I am very much a giver, and they will receive happiness.
“Blair was amazing! I always worry when I have to leave Lola because as sweet as she is she keeps me on my toes but Blair was very understanding and even worked with Lola to control her jumping. I know my baby was in great hands and we will definitely be back.”

“I just tried Rover for the first time and chose Patrick because he was an all-star sitter with glowing reviews. We moved to Mansfield two years ago and were still using our previous sitter about 30 minutes away since we hadn’t tried anyone outside of family before, but it was making it tough logistically. Patrick and Dusty were incredibly communicative, very organized, and had a clear system in place, including labeled totes for pet’s items, printed checklists of what was brought, and detailed notes on what Rosie needed and when. They have a very secure backyard, and Rosie was allowed on the couch, which was perfect since she loves elevated spots for a better view. I received so many cute photos and videos during her stay. It was clear they were loving, attentive, and gave Rosie all the pets, attention, and cuddles she wanted. I’m so happy to have found a sitter in our area that we can rely on. Thank you for taking such great care of our sweet pup!”

“As soon as we met I could see that she has a genuine love for animals. She was so sweet with our pup, sent pics and updates and even left him with a little treat. We will always look for her first and will definitely only use Rover from now on!”

“I can not say enough good things about Joshua and his wife. We were in a very last minute/desperate situation, and they opened their home immediately for our dog. Oliver had never been boarded so we were unsure how this would go, but they eased our minds right away. We were given many updates and pictures. Oliver came home very happy. We will always book with this family moving forward.”

“Jessica was so great with our 2 dogs. They quickly became very comfortable with her. She sent pics and videos daily and they always seemed very happy. We will definitely be using her again!”

“Julie and her family were so sweet and phenomenal with our 4-year old golden retriever! They took her in and treated her like family and she was all smiles when we picked her up! You’re in amazing hands with this kind-hearted family… absolutely recommend!!!”

“Dayna and her family took such wonderful care of our dog,Mac! It was his first overnight with a sitter from Rover and we were having a hard time leaving him so soon after we moved to Texas. He was treated like one of their own and he obviously felt relaxed and calm in their home. When our flight was delayed and we could not pick him up until later than planned, Dayna assured us it was not a problem and offered to keep him overnight if we needed to. I love that Mac felt so comfortable! I am grateful we have found a perfect place where we can leave him if we need to travel and not worry. Thank you,Dayna!”

“Laura is always our go to when we need someone we trust to babysit our dog. Our dog loves Laura and her husband and always comes back so happy and well taken care of!”

“Shawndra was a great sitter for Luka. He really liked her and I was pleased everything went good. It was one less thing I needed to worry about while I was away. She was the best and the communication was top tier”

“Lauren & Justin were beyond AMAZING!!! Charlotte did not want to leave! Lauren was in contact contact sending updates & photos of our pup while we were away on vacation! They even agreed to meet prior to her stay, so that when we dropped her off she felt safe and at home? We hope to get to use their services again...but know there is a good chance our girl will try to stay home with them for forever? Huge thanks again to Lauren & Justin for your care of our lil puppy!”

Many sitters in TX ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
