About: We’re a husband-and-wife dynamic duo with a lifelong love for animals! Between the two of us, we’ve cared for a wide range of pets — from dogs, cats, chickens, horses, cows, rabbits, and ducks to small pets like rats and hamsters. I grew up on a ranch, where my father taught me to love and care for animals of all kinds. My husband grew up surrounded by dogs and small animals, developing his own deep bond with pets. Today, we share our home with three cats and four dogs, and we’re passionate about treating every animal we care for like a member of the family. We’re a husband-and-wife team who both work full time, but we have plenty of availability in the mornings, evenings, and on weekends. We love starting and ending our days with playtime, walks, and quality care for the pets we look after. Your pets will always get lots of attention, love, and reliable care built into our daily routine. We are current with all of the safety and care procedures for cats and dogs. It is our goal to not only ensure safety and health, but to help your animal feel comfortable and loved.

About: I have been caring for animals my whole life and I have also spent time volunteering at animal shelters, walking and playing with the animals. I am comfortable around dogs of all sizes, ages, and breeds. Family friends and neighbors have relied on me to walk, feed and stay with their pets when they are away or during their busy schedules. I have experience with senior dogs and puppies. I love to get outside and adventure, so I can take your pup/s on local trails like Dale Balls or Atalaya. I'm currently working part-time so I have a flexible and fairly available schedule. Mornings and evenings are always free for me, and the optimal time for walks or adventures. Depending on the day, I can also provide afternoon care and have the flexibility to work with your pets needs. Weekends are also usually free for me and I can provide full-day care or longer outdoor adventures like hikes! I am respectful of boundaries and understand that some pets might be hesitant towards a new person and might need longer to get comfortable. Getting a clear understanding of what comforts and routine the pet has (favorite toy, sleeping spot, treat after play time, etc.) will help me maintain that routine and make sure the pet is as comfortable as they can be. I also have experience with senior dogs who prefer to stay closer to home and can be patient and attentive to their needs. I pay close attention to the behaviors of the pet and communicate with owners if there are any changes to that behavior. It's important to meet the pet once or twice before caring for them to make sure a connection has been established and that the pet is comfortable in my presence.

We love to get up in the mountains and explore and run on all the local trails. I am happy to accommodate whatever your dog needs and likes. I love my pups and I know I will love yours too. I look forward to getting to care for your precious four-legged. Thank you for the opportunity! Your pups will be in the best of hands.

Please get in touch for pricing.) I meet with first time clients to get the lay of the land. We go over everything from vet contact info, to the everyday things- food, exercise, the chasing of squirrels. :) Schedule is tailored to your munchkins needs. About: What can I say, I love dogs!!! Iv'e been around dogs my whole life, beginning with my Husky that loved chaperoning me around our backyard when I was a baby. I'm very grateful to have the experience with a dog since youth! I was raised around other animals too, bunnies, mice, and hamsters. Lol but I bond especially well with dogs. I hope to make new memories with your pet if you choose me! I am flexible and willing to work around your dogs schedule and my own. We can work something out to meet both our needs of course. I have plenty of time to care for your pet! I can be available overnights if needed if you are going away on a trip.

About: Dogs are my great addiction. I've owned dogs and walked and trained them all my life, but until I settle into my next job, I can't have a dog of my own again, so I'm petsitting and walking dogs for extra “dog time.” I have trained dogs for decades and now I also walk dogs at the Santa Fe Animal Shelter. in the past, I assisted a vets, once in the mobile spay/neuter clinic in the Navajo Nation, and in a few other instances with wildlife rehab and injured animals. I kept all my own dogs into old age and love senior dogs. With my family I raised 2 litters of Shepherd puppies, and Ive fostered mothers and puppies at my home. I work part-time and online, and can fit my schedule around your dog, cat or housesitting needs. I'm an early riser and love to be outdoors in any weather so you never have to worry that your pet's schedule will be interrupted. Your home is as important to me as your animal family and both will receive loving care and attention from me. I've cared for many homes in New Mexico, Arizona and Colorado and have excellent references from clients, neighbors and friends to share.

“I have known Jackie since she was a baby. She has always loved animals, particularly dogs, since I can remember. She is a gentle and patient dog owner and is intuitive when it comes to communicating with them. She does have experience pet sitting and her customers have been happy with the care she gives their furry friends. I would most highly recommend her caring for pets-- she is honest, trustworthy, careful, and most of all loves to play with dogs to help engage them and make them feel comfortable.”

“I'm happy to write a testimonial for Abigail. My dog, Falcor, absolutely loves it when Abigail comes to dog sit for us because, not only is she obviously a serious dog lover, but she takes him on long walks and hikes in the natural area near our house; he looks forward to her visits and is a really happy dog while she is here. Abigail also loves our 18 year old cat, Moxie and will sit petting her until she is sound asleep. She is so reliable and very responsible, I love it when she stays in my home and can rest easy and enjoy myself knowing that my home and pets will be safe and well taken care of. Linda P”

“We were so fortunate to find Debra and lucky enough to have her house sit / pet sit our dog Rex for us twice with another stay on the calendar. We are looking forward to a longstanding relationship. Debra's attention to detail is very much appreciated. From administering medication to walks, talks and belly rubs. Our home as managed as specified, errands run and a happy dog. Communication is so very important and Debra is great. Photos of Rex daily, so very enjoyable. Crystal”

Caroline K.

“Caroline kenne ich schon seit über 15 Jahren und sie ist eine sehr verantwortungsvolle und zuverlässige Person. Sie geht so liebevoll und zärtlich mit Tieren um wie ich das sehr selten bei anderen Personen gesehen habe.”

Mel W.
“We have been super happy with the top notch care Mel has given to our pup. He is incredibly attentive, goes out of his way to accommodate our crazy travel schedules, and makes sure our dog has a fun time while we are away. It really is priceless to go on travel and not have to worry about my dog. Also, our pup has had severe stomach issues, so she now has a limited diet; Mel has accommodated her diet and is very careful to feed her meals on time. Lastly, not only has Mel been super responsive with us, he voluntarily reaches out with pupdates and photos that brighten our day, when we are missing our pup. If you ever need a dogsitter in the Santa Fe area, Mel is your guy. We are happy clients and appreciate how loved our dog is when in Mel’s care!”

Karen-Joyce G.
“I’m currently on my 19th house/petsit of this year. If I have any question at all about a dog I’m currently caring for I call Karen-Joyce. She’s got years of experience not only as an owner but as a trainer, walker, sitter, vet’s assistant and volunteer at the local humane society. When owners leave their pets in the care of others they want them not only to be fed and walked and played with, they want them to be loved. No one I know loves dogs (and all animals, really) more than Karen-Joyce. She is passionate. The fact that she will go to the local humane society to walk dogs when she has the time is that passion manifested. Who does that? Someone who absolutely loves dogs. If it’s important to you that your dog is LOVED while you’re away, this is your gal!”

Brandi D.
“I've known Brandi and Sandra for many years and I've asked Brandi to walk my dogs and both of them have house-sat for me when I've had to travel. They are a lovely, very sweet mother-and-daughter team and my dogs love them. Marley is blind (and 11 years old) so he doesn't get around as much these days as he used to but whenever Brandi is around he seems to have a little pep in his step. Jesper is a spunky 4 year old that runs circles around Marley; he's super cute and keeps us all entertained. Brandi has a way of handling them both very well.”

Ivory D.
“Ivory is a thoughtful and kind dog sitter. She looked after our two dogs with great care. We have one dog who has some special needs and Ivory always made sure she was home to be there for him and give him his medicine. She followed our household routines, which was a peace of mind when we were out of town. Ivory was a clean houseguest and took her responsibility as a dog and house sitter seriously. She genuinely cared for our dogs and I highly recommend her to look after your pets!”

Brooke C.
“Brooke is absolutely amazing! We've been using her over the last two years to watch our precious bulldog. She is kind, responsible and treats my fur baby like her own. I won't use anyone else! She's even great in an emergency, we were out of state and our dog had a severe hot spot so Brooke took her to the vet and cared for her until the end of our vacation. I can't say enough about her! She's the best!”
