“Callie was great with our dog. She picked up her poop and spent a lot of time with her in the yard. Petting her when she was just sitting. Mia would give her a lot of kisses. I would definitely have Callie watch my dog again.”

“Marci was incredible with our girl Eris. It was very clear from the pictures that our girl LOVED spending time with Marci. We will absolutely book her again when we have another trip!”

About: I have taken care of senior dogs who require medicine doses and health monitoring. I have also cared for very young puppies and kittens who have needed to be bottle fed. I foster kittens a lot and it truly is so rewarding to see them grow healthy and enjoy life. I have had pets at my home and I have house sat and kept an eye on pets. I just graduated high school May 2026 so I have a lot of free time. I wake up early in the morning and just do tasks around the house. I am home full time right now. I have siblings but more importantly one 9 year old brother who is gentle with animals and understands how they should be treated. I have a lot of free time on my hands and i am very flexible so any routine a pet already has at your home can also be matched with me. I also am able to drive. Our backyard is fenced and we do not have any permanent pets in the home right now. We do sometimes have foster pups or kittens which are kept in a bedroom that has a code lock on it so they can be nursed to good health in peace.
About: I've been raising dogs since I was a teenager. I've literally raised them from birth, I've got experience breeding dogs and have helped them during the birth process. I just recently became a cat owner so I don't have very much experience with them but am learning new things all the time about them. I'm not the grooming type so if you want nails clipped or trimming done I suggest seeking someone else for that. I'm okay with giving them baths but that's about the extent of it. I've walked up to 3 dogs at once so I'm efficient in walking dogs. As shown in my headline I'm a big animal lover, they're my weakness, kryptonite, Achilles heel. I'm more emotional over their deaths than humans. My availability varies due to having a part time job and having animals of my own to care for but I'm capable of juggling all that I make sure my pets always have food & water, I also make sure they go outside to relieve themselves and just to get some exercise
About: Animals have been a part of my life since I was a child. A dog's love and dedication for its human is so special and I believe they deserve the same. I am retired, so I have the freedom to make my routine work around the needs of the pet I have agreed to care for. I will be happy to abide by the pet rules that are in place at the home of my client. I will also, always treat the pet with love and respect and will give them my full attention.
“Haydn was wonderful with our dogs! She was reliable, communicative, and clearly cared about making sure they were comfortable and well taken care of. She kept us updated, followed instructions perfectly, and gave our pups lots of attention and love. We came home to happy dogs and everything exactly as we left it. We would absolutely trust her to watch them again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and dependable sitter!”

“Sahvanna provided excellent care of our pets, Molly, Mason, Piper , and Sophie. She was very punctual with her visits and gave my husband and I updates and pictures after every visit. The updates and pictures gave us peace of mind that are pets were being loved and cared for all their needs. I would highly recommend Sahvanna to our friends and family! She is wonderful! About: Me and my family have raised our dog Soske since he was a puppy, about 6 years now! My sister and I trained him and through my experience with him I’ve learned a lot about dogs and taking care of them. The biggest priority for me when taking care of animals is safety, with fun being a close second. I’m a masters student at UCSD and have a lot of free time when I don’t have classes. Anytime I’m not busy with coursework or studying I’d love to spend taking care of pets! Whether it’s going on walks or taking care of your pet in your home, my biggest concern is ensuring the comfort and safety of you and your pet. I’ll do my best to watch over and entertain them like they were my own.
About: Hi, I'm Darron, but most people know me as Dingo. For most of my life I've been guiding people through outdoor adventures. From whitewater rafting on the Kern River to exploring the backroads and trails of Kern County, helping others experience the outdoors has always been my passion. Today, I bring that same passion to dogs. I founded Dingo's Wild Side because I believe most dogs need more than a walk around the block. They need opportunities to run, sniff, explore, problem solve, and experience the world the way dogs were designed to. Every adventure is built around safety, enrichment, and fun. Whether your dog joins a small pack hike or enjoys a one-on-one solo adventure, my goal is simple: Send them home tired, fulfilled, and smiling. What Makes Me Different Small Pack Sizes I intentionally keep groups small so every dog receives personal attention. Real Outdoor Adventures These aren't neighborhood walks. Dogs explore ranches, trails, river corridors, parks, and natural areas throughout Kern County. Adventure With Purpose Every outing provides: Physical exercise Mental stimulation Confidence building Socialization Environmental enrichment Safety First Every adventure is carefully planned around weather, terrain, group dynamics, and each dog's individual needs. My Experience Hundreds of dog adventures completed Professional outdoor guide background Experienced with large and high-energy breeds Comfortable with multi-dog management Experienced with reactive and shy dogs Strong understanding of canine behavior and body language When your dog joins me for an adventure, you can expect: Safe transportation Careful pack management Plenty of exercise Fresh air and exploration Photo updates Clear communication Most importantly, your dog will have an experience that goes beyond a typical walk. My Promise I treat every dog like an individual. Some dogs need miles of hiking. Some need confidence. Some simply need a chance to get outside and be a dog. My job is to figure out what your dog needs and help them thrive. Caring for dogs isn't something I do on weekends—it's my full-time career. I've built my life around helping dogs stay active, engaged, and happy through safe, enriching outdoor adventures. I love dogs, and I take the responsibility of caring for them seriously. Welcome to a full acre of dog heaven. Plenty of room to run, plenty of friends to play with, and endless attention from someone who truly loves dogs. Dingo's Wild Side was built with your dog's happiness, safety, and enrichment in mind. From the moment they arrive until the moment they head home, they'll be treated like a valued member of our extended family. With years of experience working with dogs of all sizes and personalities, I make it my mission to provide more than just supervision. Your dog will enjoy exercise, socialization, mental stimulation, and real outdoor adventure. Grooming services can even be arranged during their stay, making pickup easy and convenient. Every dog deserves excitement, challenge, and the opportunity to simply be a dog—and that's exactly what they'll find here.
“Madeline was very sweet and communicative. She responded fairly quickly to my last minute drop in request. She did great with my dog and my house while I was gone. Will definitely reach out again next time.”

About: I’ve been the family baby/dog sitter since I was 13! My whole family have always had pets and relied on me to take care of them! I’ve also taken care of my neighbors dog for several years enthusiastically. I’ve always found dogs to be the closest comfort, which is a reason to trust me. I’d take care of your dog like my own, as I hold them mine very close to my heart. I have a part time job working with kids, so I’m very available to book! I’m fully available four days of the week and I always have time to spend with your fur friends before and after work. In my home, I occasionally use a crate for my german shepherd, most of the time he is loose. He’s gotten accustomed to sleeping on my bed or my parent’s bedroom and we feed him early in the morning. Following his morning meal is a long walk. We make sure he’s well groomed with daily brushing and a wash once a week. Levi has allergies so we make sure to always apply topical remedies and purchase a high quality kind of dog food.
About: Hello! My name is Julie. Let me tell you a little about us! At our canine and feline paradise of Sioux City Ranch, my husband Tim and I, make sure your four-legged family members are top priority. It’s been that way for five years and you can bet it will continue to be that way for many more. We LOVE DOGS! Across our expansive property of four acres, my husband and I provide dogs and cats (and horses) of all ages the space they need to stretch out and be comfortable. In addition to my work with Rover, I have many years of experience working with dogs both young and old, including special needs pets requiring scheduled medication and other accommodations. I have a certificate for canine first-aid and emergency procedures to better prepare myself for working with senior dogs and those spirited pups. Unless otherwise requested by you, your canine will have free reign of completely fenced our property. Both inside and out! We will never bring them to a dog park and expose them to the dangers of common diseases, like the many forms of parvovirus, and aggressive breeds. We have lots of comfy dog beds available, or you can bring your pup’s favorite! When your pet is with us, their comfort and health are our primary concern. Are you worried about the highly unlikely scenario of your pup running away? Upon request, we offer an optional dog tracking device ( Whistle brand) that allows us to locate them within minutes. However, I have never had the need to use it, as we supervise our charges when they are outside and inside. Your dog is truly under 24 hour supervision. I know what it’s like leaving your furry child with someone, unsure of what’s in store for their stay ahead. Rest assured, I will provide your dog or cat with what they need for a stay of relaxation, affection and entertainment. That includes: Plenty of running around and playing in our ½ acre fenced-in playyard Comfy and clean beds and mats Age-appropriate toys and rope tugs 24-hour supervision Lots of hugs and photo shoots 😊 For added convenience, we also offer: Pick-up and drop-off Overnight boarding Drop-in visits while you’re away We offer our pet-sitting service with the confidence that comes with raising six fur babies and raising and training Border Collies for more than 10 years. Each of our agility/herding dogs are well-behaved, house broken, obedience trained, and have either been prepped for the show pen or retired. We feel that our dogs are family, and you can bet we will treat yours like they’re one of ours. And yes, that extends to cats, as well! Please bring the following to your dog(s) overnight stay: Food with feeding instructions; Bed (optional) or something from home or favorite toy; Well fitted collar with ID tags and leash; and Crate if that’s what your dog is used to sleeping in (optional). I look forward to meeting you and your dog soon! My husband and I are both retired, so your dog will receive 24/7 care and attention. One or both of us are always home to care for your dog. I have a fenced and cross-fenced 1 acre area for the the dogs to play in. Your dogs will never be kenneled or caged. They will be provided ample opportunities for exercise and rest.

About: I’ve been caring for pets since I was 15. I love animals and do my best to ensure they are receiving my best care possible. That can mean ensuring they get their medicine on time, or simply ensuring they don’t pee on your carpet. I’ve taken care of dogs, spiders and snakes. I promise, your pets are in good hands. I am a full time college student, but have plenty of slots in between classes, which are perfect for walking or training dogs for 30-60 minutes at a time. I love to take pets on walks to ensure they have plenty of time to use the restroom. I’ve walked dogs in sketchy areas with aggressive strays, and have yet to run into a problem. I’ve also had leashes malfunction on me, but I ensure the pet is back in your care without a worry.

About: My experience ranges from newborn to senior care. Family has trusted me to care for their dogs and cats while on vacations. I currently am a mama to two 7 month old kittens, after my labrador mix passed away in July. I currently work full-time for the school district, but I am available in the evenings and weekends. I will be available full-time during the summer months of June, July, and half of August. Also available full-time during school breaks such as Spring Break and the 2 weeks of Winter Break. I have a fenced in backyard but I can not currently house any pets in my house. I have two cats and I feel housing a dog would cause issues.
