Mindy was happy to see us but not in the least anxious. We are considering an overnight visit prior to the week-long boarding in November Sylvie really loves what she does. She has a great area dedicated to the pets' needs. Pets are not confined only to this area. Looking forward to going back.”

About: I have lots of experience with dogs and cats. Throughout my childhood animals were my escape from reality. My dad bred dogs and I always loved them so much it was hard to say goodbye. In high school I took in a stray cat and it kept getting pregnant so I raised like 5 litters of kittens as well. To be honest I like animals more than people your babies are in good hands. I like to walk and get my steps in everyday so it won’t be much different walking with the doggos. I have dog and catsit for close friends and family but never strangers. Excited to do it! I work from home and my job is very flexible. I am my own boss so I can pretty much take breaks whenever I need to take your fur baby on walks or feed them as well as give them lots of attention when needed. My availability is very open and I love all animals. Since I work from home I’ll always be here to make sure your animal is well cared for and happy. I also go on multiple walks daily anyways to try and stay active so its perfect!!

About: I grew up with dogs and have been caring for them since I was young, so being around them feels natural to me. I’ve helped friends, family, and neighbors with walking, feeding, bathing, and giving their dogs attention and exercise. I’m reliable, patient, and make sure every dog feels safe, happy, and well cared for. I wanted to become a Conservation Biologist at one point of my life instead I went into Public Health! My schedule is flexible, so I have plenty of time to spend with your pets. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and sitting, and I make sure they get lots of attention, playtime, and care while you’re away. I'm a PhD student and do a lot of work from home. Live close to campus. I provide a safe, clean, and calm environment in my pet-friendly apartment, with access to a small yard and nearby Himmel Park for regular walks and exercise. I carefully follow all care instructions, monitor pets closely, and ensure they feel secure and comfortable at all times. I'm a traveler and can't have my own pets but a temporary pet companion is always welcome and adored!

“Ashley and her family are the best! We were in town to deal with some business and with varying hours and she happily was very flexible about what time we needed to pick our Lily up! Our dog had a blast and was pulling on the leash to get back to the door when we brought her back after the first day. Ashley provided walks, training sessions,rest time and playtime. Our dog is on a low-fat diet for medical reasons and she conscientiously gave her the treats we brought. She sends several videos during the day so you can see your baby. There were a couple other dogs in care at the same time and she did an excellent job of introducing and monitoring the dogs. Overall a wonderful experience! We don’t live in Tucson but if we ever return for a visit we would definitely use her again and we highly recommend her to others ❤️”

“Our 3 year old greyhound, Rowdy, enjoyed his day at Steve's. For Rowdy it was like getting to spend an entire day at the dog park. He had outdoor sniffing around time, indoor lounging around time (Rowdy's favorite past time) and he even got to ride in Steve's car to the nearby park! Steve is very attentive to each dog's individual needs and quirks, and he has the space for them all to be comfortable (separated, if needed) and he is there, where they can see him, for dogs with separation anxiety, like Rowdy, it's the most important. We recommend you trust your dog to Steve's care.”

About: I've had dogs most of my life. First was Lance, a Springer Spaniel, when i was 4-yrs old. Add German Shorthair Pointers, Weimeraners, Labs, both English and Anerican Cocker Spaniels, terrier mix breeds and my current pup is a Long Hair Chihuahua. Most of my dogs have been shelter rescues. Also, I foster dogs for local shelters. I am retired and spend most of my time at home working in my new garden reading, or crafting. When we have dog guests, our time is devoted primarily to our visitors. Human away time rarely exceeds 4-hrs per day. I have a large fenced yard to run and play in whenever they want Chewy, the Chihuahua, is a friendly companion. Indoors is a dog-friendly/dog priority 3-bdrm home. Plenty of space if a visitor needs some quiet privacy or a mim with pups wants separation. Daily walks add to our exercise regime. Balls, frisbees and dogs are shared. Treats abound!
