Their comfort is my conscience around-the-clock. My top priorities: They feel safe, their body temperature is comfortable, fresh water, potty relief, mealtime joy, socialization and exercise. Your dog will be in an environment offering pleasant and playful canine encounters. My methods to introduce your dog to my daily pack are done at your dog's pace, after they've calmed, then gradually they meet the rest of the pack. During playtime, higher energy dogs are paired with like personalities and always supervised by me to ensure fair and balanced play. If necessary, I swiftly redirect play like a referee in a sports game.

I best accommodate for small - medium sized dogs up to 25 lbs. I've cared for pure &/or crossbreeds of the following: Bichon, Beagle, Boston, Brussels, Cairn, Cavalier, Chihuahua, Corgi, Crested, Dachsund, Frenchie, Golden, Havanese, Italian Greyhound, Labrador, Lhasa, Maltese, Papillon, Pekingnese, Pomeranian, Poodle, Pug, Schnauzer, Shepherd, Shih Tzu, Spaniel, Terrier, Westie, Yorkie.

Our 8,500 sq ft property is fully walled in by a 5 1/2 ft masonry wall with exception of the front courtyard with a lowest wall height of 3.65ft (precisely 43.5 inches). Our property is completely surrounded by porch or tree shaded yard. Our French doors stay wide open on good weather days opening out to a beautiful front courtyard, side patio, and spacious backyard patio. There is plentiful outdoor space for run and play. In summertime our air conditioning is set at a comfortable 76 F, while in wintertime the heater is set at a comfortable 70 F. We have a dog door allowing access to beautiful and spacious yards for plenty of exploration and exercise. Please note walks will not be made off property. An added feature is our first patio we call the 'catio,' serving as a security yard to keep guests doubly secure from escaping. JENNIE'S DAYCARE ONGOING PROMO: After your first 2 daycare visits, a discounted rate will apply as follows: Weekdays (Mon. - Fri.): $41 per dog, per visit, applies after your first 2 visits. Weekends (Sat./Sun.) & Holidays: $46 per dog, per visit, applies after your first 2 visits. Included: Bring your pup's meal and I will serve. BOARDING INCLUDES: 1. Special care and medication needs. 2. Light face grooming (dog permitting): Eyes are wiped/maintained during their stay. Face hair/fur is combed for a fresh face on their pickup day. If your dog is 6lbs or less, a spa bath may be substituted. 3. If crate-trained, we will supply a crate so you can leave yours at home. We have crate sizes small & medium. SERVICE ADD-ONS AVAILABLE (Fees Apply): 1. Sitter drop-off and pick-up is only offered for locations up to a 5 mile radius from my house. $25 each way. 2. Teeth Brushing and Body Brushing. Updated May, 2026: Now into my 11th year with Rover, thank you prospective and returning clients for visiting my profile! At this time, I work best with clients seeking periodic boarding for their small dog(s) up to 25lbs. With me, you will find greater reliability, consistency, and peace of mind. My mission statement: To be your go-to dogsitter and have your dog accustomed to a routine at our home. Our dog Woody is now 14yo and is not as fast as he used to be, but he still wakes up every morning anticipating the daily arrival of fur friends coming for a stay. He's my sidekick, and our mutual joy is to make a loving fur community within the home we live in. Caring for the daily pack and maintaining our house is my F/T job so I am present and interactive each day with your dog. My husband is also an animal lover and supports my love of caring for them. It is essential to me that every guest has a positive experience. From shy or anxious, to seniors on meds, to high-spirited youthful souls, I meet each dog where they're at and we go from there. I started with Rover in Jan. 2016 and have since developed my best care and socialization techniques inspired by my favorite dog trainers and behaviorists like Cesar Milan, Joel Beckman, McCann Dog Training, Susan Garrett, and so many more. Basic training commands (sit, stay, wait, place, etc.) will be used daily.

Our Westie is excited when we arrive at Jennie's place. As the gate opens he heads for the dogs" area and starts sniffing, a great joy for him and all dogs. Her photos and videos are a bit of joy assuring us that he is doing well. Yes, we consider Jennie to be a top notch daycare and boarding provider.
Boarding Macfu with Jennie allows us to have a short vacation knowing he is in a safe and dog friendly place. So deserving of the five stars.
We feel so comfortable leaving our 13 year+ Westie with Jennie. He is well taken care of and has the opportunity of interacting with other dogs. The photos are a delight to receive. Next week we are boarding him with her for two nights.
Jennie takes the best care of the dogs she looks after. She is very careful about introductions and makes sure my dogs are happy and enjoy their stay. I have a senior who takes daily medication and a younger pup who is nervous around new dogs. Jennie made sure to help the young pup come out of her shell and I trust her to take the best care of my senior too. If you have a small dog, Jennie is a sitter you can trust.
